Ive been looking around Hazzardnet lately, and looking at some of the writing on the more open boards, especially a board that used to be my favorite past time, a place I once really enjoyed writing on. The Round Robin Board. For those of you who dont know me, Iam Chet Duke and Ive been known for alotta trouble around Hazzardnet over the many years (almost 10 years) Ive been here. But no matter how much trouble I got into I ALWAYS made the best effort to write legible so people could understand what I was doing, where I was and who I was. Off the top, there must be at least 10 different story telling, which of most beginners and late comers and people like me who have been gone a long time , just can't play. Maybe it's just me, but the one Kay started , which I am part of , never gets any attention like the other ones do, only mostly me , Daisy and Kay, well 80% of the time anyways. I am just ranting, but to me there is just to many on this site.....

Howdy, Well our first meeting didn't go so well. It was a flop. No one showed. Oh well. I'm trying a new approach, having an open thread for the book club. Howdy Y'all! I'm bored so I making another post it really just babble so Im puttin it here...but I do need y'alls help...The other day I was playing scrabble and I decided to dump all the letters out and see if I could make a Dukes of Hazzard scrabble...Of course I see al the letters...It is very hard when you are limited to only a few of each letter! I was thinking about opening up a RP site so that people can play particular characters and what not. I know you guys know how all that works because I believe I may have rp'd with some of you all before. I'm thinking about making it through greatestjournal because I've had a lot of experience with that and find that I like it the best. I don't have all the details right now, but those of you who are interested let me know what you think. Either post here or leave me a message. The Dukes sure had a lot of wheels on the show in their 7 years. Everybody's favorite vehicle was the General but I wonder what was everyone's second favorite. There's a wide variety to chose from....there's 3-wheelers, a rolling casino, Nascar cars, the Beaudry's beat up truck, Jimmy Carter's Presidential limo, a million muscle cars, a couple Rolls Royce's, Loretta Lynn's RV and much more. My favorite is Mis Tizsdale's dirt bike. (don't LOL, I'm serious). I'm wondering...what's yours? Possum on a gumbush. I'm gone.

Hi folks! Just an FYI that Brian and I will be out of Hazzard for awhile. In fact, we'll be out of the country. More 'n that, we'll be out of this planet! LOL. I don't know how feasible it would be for it to be listed by character. for ex. i would want to see all rosco stories, i would hang into the forum with stories featuring prominantly him. The same can be done for any character. just an idea. don't shoot me!

Hi everyone, I have been working on touching up the ending of my DoH story, and I am now stumped. Can someone tell me please how Enos addresses Jesse? I know that Cletus has called him 'Uncle Jesse' and Jesse's reaction is 'I ain't your uncle Jesse'. I have heard Enos say 'Uncle Jesse', but not directly when the two characters are speaking to one another. Since I have always thought that Enos would be polite, I wrote that he called Jesse, 'Mr. Duke'. Does that sound about right? Thanks for any assistance.
