Hi there everyone, with the loss of Ben Jones (Cooter) in these past few hours.. it’s set me to thinking. What about our dreams? Cooter followed his, not only achieving a solid career in US congress. But also opening up the Cooter’s Place museums, HazzardRun car shows, etc. So that leads me to my question, what’s your dream in life? We’re all given a short amount of time on this earth. And I reckon we should put it to good use. Feel free to share your thoughts and ideas! - Tom

Still can’t believe it Meadowmufn, doesn’t seem right you know? It’s 2:22am, as of the time of writing this. The bar here in town is closed, but when I’m able I’ll be stopping by my local Boars Nest in memory of Cooter. World is a lot sadder place to live in at the moment...

The original first season is a definite standout favourite to me, it made Hazzard feel more depth in a sense, mind you ain’t nothing wrong with the rest of the series. But backlot shoots don’t compare to Covington in my books.

Currently excited the boys are now on prime in excellent watchable quality, and hoping they release the show in higher quality for consumers via Blu Ray. If other series can be remastered, no doubt Dukes can be just as easily done. As for what I’m doing, well it’s been a hot minute since I was logged in. Forget when, life got busy lol. But I’m still just a good ol boy, never meanin no harm.

Howdy y’all, just wanted to give a heads up in case nobody knows, not sure. Dukes are now available on Amazon Prime to stream, in excellent quality even though its the same as the hd tv airings I think. But definitely watchable! Given that I hope Warner will release the series again on blu ray in much higher quality than the old dvd prints.

I got some more great pictures of the boars nest, plus the General Lee got to check it all out unfortunately I can’t post the photos as it says the size is too large. @Meadowmufn y'all got your ears on? Should I add them to an external url or my photo album on here? Also big news, big news. Not sure if shared this yet but found myself a girlfriend and she’s actually joined this site. Trying to get her into Hazzard, one jump at a time. Yee Haw!

Well well and well again, it’s Christmas Eve, here’s hoping y’all have a Merry Christmas! Tonight I’m planning on heading to the local church, and spending the rest of the evening with family at home, culminating in a night curled up with hot cocoa and a good holiday movie, The question is should I watch Christmas Comes To Willow Creek, tonight or tomorrow. Hmmm..

With Cooter’s Last Stand having happened, are events still a regular occurrence? Someone needs to keep this going for generations to come, Hazzard will be forever.

As far as I’m concerned, Dukes will always be one of the best family tv shows that ever aired, and let me say, I’m not a dad right now but I hope to be someday, and I want to share the love of Hazzard County with my kids, whether I have good ol boys or good ol girls, Hazzard is for everyone!

Catherine Bach still looks dang fine at her age, honestly. Must be some good genes.
