I know we all wish we were crusing around in a General Lee but most of us ain't that lucky. So I'm curious what does everyone actually drive. I drive a 2001 black Mercury Cougar... I named her Ledi. She's a 5 speed... I hate automatics (no offense to anyone, but they just ain't as much fun) got a V6 2.5 liter, a sunroof and 6 disc in dash CD changer. She's my third car, I bought her used with about 38,000 miles on her, before I had a 1996 green Pontiac Sunfire named Sway which eventually just gave out and a 2002 navy blue Chevy Cavilier named Jesse which I totalled out. Hello everyone, I just bought a 1968 Ford F350 and am starting the process of turning it into a 1967 Cooter Ford wrecker clone. I hope to have it done in time to take it to Cooter's Last Stand this summer. I have taken out the grille (I have a 67 grille in my basement) and other trim pieces, in preparation to redo a cab corner, fill in door mirror holes, then strip the old paint and repaint. Then I will take the bed off of the black Chevy in the picture, and move it over to my Ford. We all know the General is the coolest car in Hazzard, but what other cars do you think are cool in Hazzard. I think both Daisy's car and jeep are cool vehicles. In real life, I drive a 1989 Chevrolet Cavalier Z24, black exterior and interior, 2.8 litre engine, automatic transmission, with sunroof and a heater like a furnace, a broken tape deck and stereo and a broken air conditioner.

I have to say #1 for me is my '70 Dodge Challenger... I like pretty much all mopars though, would be very happy to own a '68 Super Bee or a '71 Demon.... My dad and uncle both have 2nd gen Chargers. Another uncle has a '66 Charger w/ a 440. It's the prettiest 1st gen I have ever seen. My grandpa has a '47 Plymouth, Moonshiner special... It's actually what's called a business coupe. It's got a big trunk w/ a few hidden compartments. Non mopar cars? My favorites are '67 Fire Bird w/ the 400 Ram Air IV and a muncie 4 speed. Or a '69 Mercury Cougar XR7 Eliminator. Any of the BOP GTOs or 442s or GSs... I like... Just not really into Chevys that much... Or Fords... I like GT35…

Rowdy purchased XP29H9C273905 (a 1969 Dodge Charger) in Dec. 2010 and 2B3KA73WX8H282431 (a 2008 Dodge Charger) in Sept. 2011 The 1969 Charger body will be mounted on the 2008 Charger frame then given the General Lee theme using the 1969 exterior and interior. It's official! I have decided that when I win the lottery (It's no longer a question of 'if' it's when! LOL) I'm gonna go do some serious car shopping! My first purchase would be a 1970 Mustang Boss 302 Next would probably be the General! (Duh!! LMAO!) Then a 2010 Ford F-150 Raptor SVT (Purdy & sporty truck!) Yesterday, I was on my way to pay my bills. I had to stop at the bank to get some money, before I pulled into the bank I passed a state pig. At this time she didn't do anything. I pull out of the bank and seen her sitting on the side of the road talking to another state pig. I get about a mile from my bank when she pulls me over. I found a '79 F350 wrecker a while back and the guy held it for me until I could buy it. It had been his yard crane for years and he finally just parked it. After it sat for 5 years, slowly sinking into the ground, we used a back hoe to pull it out of it's grave. A testament to old Ford trucks. I had it fired up and running in 30 minutes after we got it home. The brakes on the other hand were a different story. I had to replace all the steel lines, brake hoses and brake master and booster. I also replaced all the fuel lines and filter. I just took it for it's maiden voyage today. I still have lots of work to do, but it's well on it's way to becoming a useful piece of equ…

From my Granda dying, to finishing school, to a nasty breakup and lengthly fight with my ex. Anyway I'm back now with my latest crazy invention! I missed this story at the end of last year, but luckily it was mentioned on the new series of 'The Grand Tour'. Here's a '68 Dodge Charger fitted with the 426 Hemi Hellephant crate motor similar to the one found in the Hellcat. As well as the 1,000-hp engine, there's a six-speed manual transmission, six-piston Brembo brakes and Hellcat wheels measuring 20 inches in front and 21 inches in back. More info here. Well I'm at it again! While I'm waiting for my friend with the welder to come home, my over imaginative mind went into overdrive. Firstly let me begin with this bike. I got it back in July, and used it as a parts bike. After I stripped it down to the bare frame I left it sitting in my scrap pile, which I would eventually take to the scrap yard. It was around this time that I decided to build my own bike. I needed a front steering pipe (headset) for the bike, so I cut the one out of the scrapped blue frame.
