Dukes of Hazzard General Discussion

Hey all, long time no see :-) Here's something that I noticed a long time ago, and it's been bugging me ever since but I never asked around : In "Repo Men" (Georgia episode) there are some interior scenes at the Duke farm, that clearly show the "california kitchen". I haven't found any previous posts about this. Does any know if this was a set they built in Georgia? If so, it would seem strange they didn't make it look like the "real" Georgia farm kitchen. Or were they already shooting in California when they were filming Repo Men? Or did they re-shoot these scenes later on?

Can anybody help me out with some tips on building a Hazzard model? I have a man on Facebook that been helping me out some but I'm ready to get busy. I sure would be glad of somebody can help me out Thank T?J (aka dukesfan4life1978tj)

What was the reason given for Bo and Lukes return and Vance and Coys leaving?

I'm building a detailed model of the Hazzard Garage, trying to match everything seen in the series. There is one object in the garage that is a mystery to me- in one corner is some sort of 'hood' object. Anyone have any idea what its supposed to be (in the context of an auto repair garage)? Didn't those two old timers have a history of going a long way back of knowing each other? All's I remember that Jesse somehow got even with the Boss when Hogg was about to win money over a race or something and Jesse just announced on the loud speaker that Boss was going to donate the money to charity or something. To protect his good name, Boss reluctantly gave in, but they celebrated with hot dogs and other snacks. Which episode was this?

...the last DOH aired(if the airdate on the DVDs are correct). Later this evening, I'll relive Feb 8 1985 and watch Opening Night at the Boar's Nest. I doubt I saw it that day. I wasn't into DOH as much as a kid. I watched it every now and then. I think I watched more reruns after '85 then I did when it originally aired. I was very young during those days-6 years old when it started and 12 at the end. At that age, I didn't take any TV show seriously-just whatever I felt like watching.

I remember seeing part of an episode where Rosco and Boss arrested Bo and Luke for a stolen General Lee. Then Bo and Luke said claimed the car as their's but Boss said open the doors and the doors opened. I am not talking about Episode 7 Dukes Meet Cale Yarborough.

Where is the Hazzard dam located? (Ransom of hazzard county S6) Do this exist for real or is that footage from other show/movie?

Remember when they brought in the box of shirts "Hogg's Fight of the Century" ? either just a few on the top really said that, and the rest of the box was just shirts.... or, the whole box was full of those shirts.... now, Im just curious, where did those shirts go? and also, like, in other cases, you see like various stuff in the background, just random stuff, J.D. Hogg this, and J.D. Hogg that, and on and on. .. . . . all those episodes, all those tiny details in the backgroudns, in office settings, and outside places as well.......... where did all these small things dissappear off too?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place to post this. but I just found this video and love it.

Is it just me, or were none of the original interior sets used in this movie? Not to mention Uncle Jesse's house was completely different from the show. Never thought he'd be one to tear down his ancestor's house and all.

I sometimes drive an ATV, up at a cabin by country roads. I was wondering how I can drive like the Dukes and do jumps with the ATV like the Dukes. I'm planning on practicing.

I have seen still pictures posted from scences in the show. Does anyone have or can make some of various shot of the jail cells down stairs of the Courthouse? And if you can some of Luke in the Kitchen talking to Jesse about Amy from Luke's Love Story Thanks Dixie

Do any of Y'all know where i can find a copy of the script cause this is one of my favorite Hughie Hogg Episode he is even more coldhearted then Boss Hogg aka Uncle Boss to him but i would really appricate it if anybody can tell me where i can find one i have checked Ebay they don't have it.

Non of the Dukes ever switcht clothes much (except Daisy then ofcourse) but when they did I thought they looked quite nice. I loved Bo in the Brown jacket and all the men (including Jesse lol)) looked very handsom in tuxedos. What do you think: shirt or tux?
