Whilst working on my recent Fan Art project, Buildings of Hazzard, I realised how many changes take place to the stores and other buildings around Hazzard Square. I thought we could have some fun recording the changes. Most of us know that after the Georgia episodes Hazzard Square relocated to the back lot at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank. Below are 2 different views of the square as it is now. I have numbered the buildings for reference purposes. As you can see, the square hasn't changed that much, notable exceptions are: building 10 has been re-clad; buildings 16, 22, 23, 24 and 25 are totally different and have been rebuilt since Dukes. Hey y'all! A while back on the Hazzard Square thread I suggested that someone make a thread on the ranches used in Dukes. So I took it upon myself to try and unravel the mystery that is Valencia Oaks Movie Ranch. Hoss kindly supplied me with an aerial photo of the ranch from 1980,so sit back,grab a buttermilk or jug of shine and enjoy!! Over the years i have found many rare pictures of the dukes of Hazzard on the internet and saved them on my local hard drive. Because i couldn't find a thread generally about these i thought i'd start my own. Unfortunately for many of these pictures I can't find the source of so some might be from this Forum. If some were from this forum i am sorry for re-posting them. If i can find the source of a picture I post I'll post the link to the source. Well guys, I'm watching the ball game part time and Scooby Doo part time. ( Mainly depending on which one is moving and not stagnating!) I'm also enjoying an adult beverige! Are any of you fellow Hazzardites watching the game or....?

This section should make everyone happy. This is where I will put things from now on, that way if it's not right word for word, 100% screen accurate to what is spoken, Hoss our admin or moderator or whatever his job is here, doesn't have to go to the trouble of correcting it.

Well, it's racing time here in Hazzard, but of course it's ALWAYS racing time in Hazzard Co. The Moonshine Mauler is the favored winner this year, because of it's super charged engine and Hobie is the driver! There ARE some other racers though, who plan to give Hartkins a run for his money!

Did anyone else see it? The 2 guys one Blond one Brunette driving an orange 1970 Dodge Charger. They drive into the drive thru jamming to the radio. They drive up to the speaker and the driver the Blond guy says "We'll take 2 Chicken Potpies." 😀 Yeah I know the series didn't use any '70 Chargers only '69 and doctored up '68 with '69 parts on them before anyone points that out to me. But still a cool and Dukes related commercial to me. 😁

Hello. I've been after a DVD set of the show, but I'd like to know if any of y'all have made picture quality comparisons between all the ones available? Far as I know, there's the "Original Set" with the Confederate Flag, and then two repackaged releases (Standard DVD cases and a newer with two fat cases containing all discs), released in the U.S. Now, in the U.K., there were the individual DVD seasons and a complete boxset (repackage of the individual seasons). There might be more in the world, although the best ones are likely the U.S. due to being in NTSC format and running at the correct framerate. P.S. Yes, Amazon does have the series beautifully …

I purchased a martin warthog bow a year or so ago. I have been told its in very good condition but was missing some stuff. I picked up the 8 arrow quiver but I had to purchase another old bow to get it but it is the correct one at least. A friend of mine brought me s martin deerslayer sight and I put a new arrow rest on it too. Was wondering if anyone knows exactly what sight was used on the one in the show? I got the 3 pin deerslayer sight on it now and it looks good but I don't think that was the one. Definitely a cool old school wood bow. Just trying to get as close as I can to the one on the show.

It's not Rick Hurst's Deputy Cletus Hogg from the TV series voice in The Dukes of Hazzard Return of the General Lee PlayStation 2 and Xbox. But that Deputy in this scene, is it supposed to be Deputy Cletus Hogg? Deputy:"Miss Daisy, I can't let you into Boss's office." Daisy:"Not even a tiny weenie little peek? I promise I won't be long." Wasn't planning to go to Cooter's in Luray but ended up there today (long story). First time there. What an amazing place. So much to see it was overwhelming!

This could possibly take weeks but since there is an interest in it I'll get started. I'm going to compile a list of residents of Hazzard as well as relatives that may or may not be residents. I'm not sure how many I'll do every time I post. I likely won't be consistent. As long as the interest remains I will continue to add to the list. If you want to know which episode the person was on I can look it up.

Am I creative? In The Dukes of Hazzard video games Racing For Home PS 1 GBC PC, Daisy Dukes It Out PS 1, Return of the General Lee PS 2 Xbox, I pretend all the loading points are the commercial breaks. Even in these modes Time Trial, Joyride and Freeroam I do that. Not just in story mode.

Does anyone know the languages of different countries on the logos The Dukes of Hazzard? For example: 1 - USA - The Dukes of Hazzard 2 - Portugal - Os Três Duques 3 - Spain - Los Dukes de Hazzard And more? Does anybody know...

Can I make a The Dukes of Hazzard General Lee Go Cart by putting a 1968 1969 Dodge Charger car body on a Go Cart frame? Is this doable? If I ever do this, should I let the doors open or seal them shut? You know in all the productions, the doors opened. They were sealed in the story making windows entry and exit. But not actually sealed. I think stuntmen went in and out the doors. The actors used windows. But sometimes off camera you could hear it slam shut. I like all 7 seasons all 147 episodes. So choosing between GA 1-5 or CA 6- 147 would be hard to pick a version for the Go Cart to be based on.

Of all the episodes, I think he came closest on " The Duke Scam-Scam" There are one or two others that came pretty close though, so, just my opinion. What do you guys think? Hey! I know!
