I am interested in starting a fantasty football league on Yahoo if anyone is interested. If not that is OK as well, just thought I would see if anyone would join if I started one or not. It would all be free to play and only for fun...Roger can tell you how horrible I am in fantasy sports. HA HA. So if anyone is interested or has questions on how it all works, you can PM me or write them here and I will do my best to answer them...though will have to start in the next couple of weeks if I do start it since the season will be starting up in a month or so...

Howdy everyone out there on the Hazzard net. Who all here likes farming simulator? I prefer Farming Simulator 2013 over 15 but maybe I'm a little biased. I have found the General Lee for the 2013 version so I like to use it as a drive around vehicle. Here's the link. http://www.farming-mods.net/mod/general-lee-v2-0/ I think you will like it. If there are any farmers that play the game out there, feel free to post a link to your favorite mod that you downloaded. I'm gone!

  3. Started by Garrett Duke,

Well was on Youtube.com for one of my favorite authors and his main character and came up with the idea of a favorite books or author thread here for anyone else who likes to read. My favorite authors are: Lee Child Michael Connelly John Lescroart Steve Martini I am hooked on these four author's books...once a new book comes out, I have to get it in my collection and to read it. Each book hard to put down and once it is over, leaves me looking forward to the next book of that author to come out. Who's your favorite author? Or what book is your favorite book?

Hi all, I have been trying to find a good set of 1:24 decals for General Lee but have been quite unlucky. I guess finding them in Europe is even more challenging than it is in America. The ones I have bought always have a flaw: too big, too long, too narrow... The man in my hobby shop suggested I should print my own set. So, I was wondering if someone knows were can I get/buy a good quality file (preferably vectorial) to do my own printing. Thanks!

Anyone else excited about the football season starting? If so which games are you excited for and what team are you going for? As my title states, chicago Bears are my favorite team...they are playing the Indianapolis Colts today. Right now the Bears just got a touch down and are leading 24 to 14 going into half time. This Bears fan is excited thus far...Jay Cutler and the Bears are on fire today.

Howdy y’all, so I just got gifted a nice acoustic guitar in great shape, music/guitar stand, books, picks, tuner gadget, etc I want to learn but I wonder if anyone here has any advice or experience on learning guitar. I would love to teach myself how to play Good Ol Boys or General Lee by Johnny Cash. Or Momma’s don’t let your babies grow up to be cowboys. Let me know y’all!

  8. It doesn't have to be something that was made or eaten on the show. Apple Betty 4 cups thinly sliced apples 1/4 cup orange juice 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup white sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 pinch salt 1/2 cup butter Preheat oven to 375F degrees. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie plate. Mound sliced apples in the pie plate, then sprinkle with orange juice. In a medium bowl - mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Scatter over the apples. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Serve warm.

  9. Finally finished this one. Started with kitbashing the MPC Dodge Monaco Police Car with the AMT 1971 Dodge Charger since the MPC chassis, suspension and engine are almost worthless, my opinion. Added to that: -rebuild grille with fine mesh -resin cast headlights and bumpers, the latter heavily improved/modified -resin cast wheel hubs and caps -scratchbuilt CB antenna and side marker lights -completely rebuilt/redesigned lightbar. Started with an aftermarket on which sadly turned out to be only a slightly improved copy of the kit's. -Good ol' Flash patiently awaiting Rosco Build thread is here: http://www.arcforums.com/forums/air/index.php?showtopic=2902…

  10. Hey folks, Had a few requests here and elsewhere to see the entire lineup (so far) of my Hazzard County fleet which has been under construction for the past 6 years. None of these are out-of-the-box, each taking a huge investment of time, research and effort. Greatest challenges were in the tow truck. Next project is already in the research and materials-gathering stage. Hope you enjoy!

Hi! I'm new on this forum! I've looked for a section to introduce myself but I only found this one, so forgive me if I wrong. Well, my name is Daniela and I'm from Milan, Italy; I recently re-descover myself fan of this beautiful tv serie; this is my story. I watched Hazzard (this is the title in Italy) when I was a child: don't know exactly why a day this year, mid-august I thought: "Oh, I'd like very much to see it again!". The day after, I went to a video-music shop to buy some films and thought: "well, today all the tv series have their dvd pack so...why don't look for Hazzard?". I looked up on the shelf where I knew there were those stuff and...what I saw? A long ora…

  17. On to project #10: Hughie Hogg's Volkswagen! The first thing I discovered was that it was NOT repeat NOT a true convertible. Rather, it was a chop-top, as evidenced by the sedan-style windscreen, and the bottoms of the window posts still remaining. The second thing I had to learn was the difference between the classic Beetle and the Super Beetle. Some of you already know this, but it was new to me. Although the differences are easy to miss at first glance, I now see clearly that Hughie's ride was most definitely a Super Beetle with the roof cut off. After much more research and guidance from folks at an automotive modeling forum,…

  18. So far, my Quest to provide and fill the hole left by Revell, MPC, AMT, ERTL, R2, and Auto-world has lead me to create General Lee Creations from a Facebook page, to a full blown model making Hobby/Company, I am going to be releasing My own custom Modeled 1969 Dodge charger General Lee Alongside a SLA printed Bo and Luke due in 1/43 scale (The Bo and Luke duke models weren't created by myself, but a very competent user on Cults3D, and I bought the rights to use these figures though the Charger is all my work, 100%) and by Q3 of 2024 I will have 1/25 models ready to roll off the line for any one who may want one along side figures of all your favorite cast members, Rosco, …

I have an annoucement to make, a little under two weeks ago I finished my 2006 Dodge Charger srt8 and it's grabber orange. For those who aren't familier with this color you might see this color on a Ford Mustang going down the road sometime. Well I have the revell version with the big rims and the scissors doors as well but I accidently glued shut I got a driver that is a red-haired lady in it. The trunk doesn't really open that well once you get all together and I left the interior grey as well. It has no decals on it, not even a license plate on it. And this joins my Charger collection of The General Lee, a flower power version of bright green 1967 Dodge Charger with de…

I've loved astronomy my whole life. If anybody here as ever been under a truly dark sky and witnessed the Milky Way Galaxy in all its glory, you might have an idea why somebody can get hooked on the hobby. When I was 19 years old (the year Dukes came out) I bought property that I eventually built a house on. I still live there. The skies are very dark....an astronomers paradise. For a third of a century I've enjoyed my hobby under the best skies imaginable for my area. When I bought the property I only had one neighbor. Today I still have the same neighbor and they're like family to me. Two days ago they put up a street light. Not only that but they put it up in the wo…

  23. This is another one of my models completed the year before. Tough to find Ford pickups of the proper timeframe, and I found an old one on Ebay. In fact, it still had it's original purchase receipt in the box, dated 18 January 1975, almost four years to the day before the series started! So, all throughout my childhood watching the series every Friday night, this kit was sitting somewhere in someone's closet waiting for a 40-something year old me to purchase it and build decades later. I tend to think like that; if you don't, then y'all don't mind me..... Major bodywork had to be done; the kit depicted a vehicle with lots of side trim whereas Jesse's had none. This ha…
