Welcome to HNet, DukeBoy .

I've just checked out a well-known auction site, and you can get a 3-user Home and Student version of CorelDraw X6 for $49.99. The latest version (X7) is $129.99 for the Home and Student version from coreldraw.com. The full commercial-use version is $499!

Nedra Volz (aka Miz Tisdale) didn't start acting until she was in her mid-60s, so earlier pictures are probably hard to come by. She died in 2003 at the age of 94. Her obituary from the LA Times can be found here.

Since 'Undercover Dukes' has been mentioned a couple of times, I thought a screengrab was in order. On the left is Lydia Cornell as Mary Beth, with Stepfanie Kramer as Anna Louise on the right. And 'Good Neighbors, Duke' was mentioned by justinpcoltrane. Here's Cynthia Leake as Esther Venable.

How about the female cast of 'Arrest Jesse Duke'? The car strippers (L-R Daina House, Kellee Patterson, Lois Hamilton and Kathrine Baumann) included two Miss America contestants and a Playmate of the Month. And then there was Candi and Randi Brough.

Well spotted, ncDukeBoy01. Here's Bo across the street from Mellow Mushroom Pizza. And here's a picture of their first store in Spring Street. While the Starr Records building is still standing, the other side of Spring Street has been obliterated by modern developments.

Considering their driving and jumping, it's also surprising how few people wore seat belts. They were only regularly worn by people traveling in Dixie, and Flash when she was told to .

I liked Mary-Margaret Humes aka. Tinker from 'Mason Dixon's Girls', although I'll be adding more as I remember them .

Gaylord Duke drove a Jaguar XK-E (or E-Type Jaguar if you're in Europe). IMCDb have it listed as a 1971 model. I'll let the old Top Gear boys let you know what owners of this marque are like:

the dukes of hazzard Hazzard apartments

You get to see Cooter's Farm in 'Mason Dixon’s Girls'. I don't recall seeing where Cletus lived. -
the dukes of hazzard Hazzard apartments

I don't remember any apartments. Enos is seen in a room at the boarding house in 'Close Call for Daisy', and 'Hughie Hogg Strikes Again' has a plot which threatens Cooter's garage with demolition so that 'Hogg's Happy Hacienda' (or Hoggominiums) can be built. Here's a picture from my Hazzard Square thread. -
It's listed on IMCDb as a 1969 model. Someone called 'Skid' comments, "This one is a little confused...it has SS side stripes, a Z/28 grille, and the painted cowl on the hood is possibly Yenko or Baldwin-Motion inspired."

Were there any TVs in Hazzard county
HossC replied to justinpcoltrane's topic in Dukes of Hazzard General Discussion
EnosIsMyHero asked if the Dukes had a television back in 2013. You can see that thread here. Roth posted a couple of screengrabs showing a television at the Duke Farm, but it's not on. I also commented that Robby and co. watched a NASCAR race on TV in hospital in 'Cale Yarborough Comes to Hazzard'. That's the only time I remember anyone watching TV, other than showing CCTV images or reviewing Hughie Hogg's tape. -
I've just noticed something strange in the Hazzard Square thread (nothing new, I hear you say ). Take this post as an example - it looks like the quotataion marks have changed into strange characters, e.g. that appears to be “Roger’s Drug Storeâ€. I know I could edit them manually, but is there any way to do a global replace? I expect there are other posts affected by this.

We got to see Rosco's house very briefly in 'Baa, Baa White Sheep'. The same building was also used as Granny Annie's house.

Welcome to HNet, BossHogg1. You're correct, Roger. Cathy only missed 'To Catch a Duke' in season 3.

I think the "Featured Posts" section takes up a little too much space at the moment. On my screen, the word "Forums" is only just visible at the bottom of page before you scroll down. Is it possible to reduce the items to a single line each? Otherwise, I think that four items would be about the right number, but I'd hate to decide what to leave out. Is there any way to display a random selection of four from a larger group of around ten? Another option could be to put the "Featured Posts" in the sidebar instead of the "Recent Posts". Now that we have the "New Posts" menu item and the ability to create custom activity streams, the "Recent Posts" area seems less necessary. On an unrelated issue, there doesn't seem to be a "Members List" option in the new forum.

The colors are looking good now. I was just starting to get used to the round avatars, and updated mine so that it wasn't cropped, but I do prefer the square ones. Also, all the existing avatars were uploaded with the assumption that they'd be square, so some worked better than others as circles. Now I'm going to try living with new look for a bit longer before I make any more requests . Thanks for all the work you've put in, Meadowmufn.

I've just noticed the "Save as new stream" button, so I've managed to do this for myself!

The whole album is available on YouTube if you want to listen out for the steel guitar: If you click the YouTube logo at the bottom of the video after you press Play, it will open the video in YouTube, where you'll find the tracklist in the description.

Someone asked a question about the banjo music back in 2010. I replied that Larry McNeely was named as the banjo player on the background music. Here's also credited as playing the steel guitar on the 1982 Dukes of Hazzard album, although I don't known which tracks he played on. Back in 2010, I could only find one Larry McNeely video on YouTube, but now there's more. It's not the exact music from the show, but some of the tracks have a similar feel. Here's the title track from his 1976 album 'Rhapsody for Banjo': The track below is also on 'Rhapsody for Banjo', and should be spelled 'Honeysuckle Rose. Although it has vocals, I can imagine the Duke Boys driving to the instrumental parts.

I can't wait to see this finished. Your attention to detail is amazing.
