Good job on Earl Beckett, Lori. I couldn't think of it. The answer to yours is Bo. What is Boss's twins name? (I'd like the middle name also)

Merry Christmas. You folks are like my second family. I mean that. I love every one of my fellow Hazzardites and I'd like to wish everybody the Merriest Christmas ever. In the Dukes spirit of family togetherness, don't be afraid to tell everyone around you how much you care. Oh yea, if you get a chance, check out the trivia thread. The next 3 questions are about "The Great Santa Claus Chase" The scene at the end (Christmas at the Duke Farm) is my all time favorite single scene that's ever been aired on television in my entire life. I wish we were all in that scene. I know we all are in our dreams. Love, Roger

B.L. extends that streak to 9 in a row right. Double X still leads with 10. The next 3 are going to be about the Christmas episode, "The Great Santa Claus Chase" Who was the director of the Children's Christmas Choir? -
Looking back at the past few pages, it looks like DaisyMae and B.L. both have gotten the last 9 in a row correct. You two are more competitive than Bo and Luke. Which of these were on the show? Mulberry Farm or Blackberry Farm Picard Bail Bonds or Axtell Bail Bonds Rolling Meadow Lane or Meadow Brook Road

Suggest a time Lori. How about a weeknight sometime after Christmas? I'm off all week if anybody can make it an earlier in the day thing. The more, the merrier By the way, if you spill egg nog on the keyboard, that causes your computer to malfunction!!

Here's another good one..."Hey Loretta" It's sung by the Queen of Country Music Loretta Lynn

This one cracks me up every time I see it. It's from "Hughie Hogg Strikes Again" Rosco prepares to jump his patrol car over a pond and gets on the CB to Cletus (who is following Rosco in his own patrol car). Rosco says "Your superior officer's gonna show ya some driving ya ain't never gonna forget" Rosco then splashes in the pond and begins sinking. Cletus says to himself "I guess he meant DIVING"

Right, it's the drive shaft. According to my calculations (and counting that one Sadie Hogg question as 4 since it was 4 parts).... B.L. has gotten 8 trivia questions in a row right and DoubleX has gotten 10 in a row right. Nice work you two. In "Cletus Falls in Love" who does Cletus fall in love with? -
Which of these were on the show? Mrs Romney or Mrs Huckabee Fox Hill Road or Ring-Necked Pheasant Road Ma Beaudry or Pa Beaudry
-
Hey Jessi, my wife thinks that's Rick Springfield. Does that sound right?
-
You got all 3 right DaisyMae. I bet you struggled with the Hunting Club one, right? If you remember, in "One Armed Bandits", that is one of the places that had a slot machine. I'll catch 'ya tonight with 3 more.
-
Great pictures. Thanks for sharing these!!! Now I know why Rosco didn't want to jump that Rolls over any creeks. If he cared about it enough to shine it with his tie, I bet he was worried about scuffing it!!! Khee Khee!! I love it. I love it!

Right B.L. and DoubleX, it's "Take it Easy" I should check the past pages. You two might have a couple streaks going here. I usually keep up with it on "Duke or Dupe" but, for some reason, don't think about it here. In "Goodbye General Lee" Luke was hypnotized. Before that, something fell off the General Lee when Luke was underneath it and hit him on the head. What was it? A) drive shaft muffler C) transmission D) gas tank -
DoubleX and DaisyMae got all 3 of those right. Which of these were on the show? Hazzard Hunting Club or Hazzard Fishing Club Dry Creek Road or Wet Creek Road Jud Stephen Duke or Jeb Stuart Duke

Should newer movie actors be at Dukesfest?
RogerDuke replied to TimDuke's topic in DukesFest & Other Events
...as long as Willie Nelson didn't start smoking pot in the Dukesfest outhouse and come out so high that he really did think he was Uncle Jesse. (Sorry Darrell, I'm only being a smart aleck 'cause I know you're the toughest redneck on the Hazzardnet and can handle my sarcasim without crying) -
General Grant, if you're asking about "The Beginning", you won't like it. From your past posts, I can tell that you wouldn't enjoy it at all. It's not really Dukes. It's not even close. I've never seen American Pie but I know enough about it to tell that it compares to these "new Dukes" (I cringe every time I say "Dukes" when talking about them because they don't deserve that name.)

Should newer movie actors be at Dukesfest?
RogerDuke replied to TimDuke's topic in DukesFest & Other Events
I would suspect that the actors in these 2 newer Dukes movies are intelligent enough to know that what they are doing is dramatically different than what was done with the original series. I think we all agree that nobody should be excluded from attending Dukesfest but the issue is how much to celebrate their presence. I remember when I went to a car show in Pennsylvania back in the early 80s and met Cooter, the event was advertised as featuring two celebrities...Ben Jones and some girl who was Playboy's playmate of the year. Needless to say, the line to meet Cooter was a couple hundred feet long and there wasn't a single person in the line to meet the playmate. My point is that, even if these "new Dukes" show up there won't be much interest in them anyway. I'm sure they would have more people in line to meet them than the playmate did but I think they would be embarrassing themselves if they think they would draw much of a crowd. The bottom line is that the shows organizers (like John and Ben) are smart enough to know that if you have to pay "new Dukes" $100,000 to make an appearence, ticket sales will NOT increase by $100,000 so you've lost money. It's all about supply and demand and there's just not much demand for "new Dukes". I don't know how much that playmate was paid but since she didn't sell tickets, the events organizers lost money from that decision. Dukesfest organizers are too smart to make that mistake. -

You're right B.L. I guess I didn't make anyone fall for Robot P. Coltrane LOL In the opening scene of "Trouble at Cooter's" Luke and Bo were driving the General and singing what song? A) Country Boy Can Survive On the Road Again C) Take it Easy D) Georgia on my Mind E) the Smurfs theme song -
Which of these were on the show? Billy Joe Dupard or Billy Joe Mopar Armadillo Canyon or Ohoopee Pond (episode names) Bo vs Luke or Coy vs Vance

I'm a little confused General Grant. Are you saying that you think Waylon is the opening teaser voice for all the season ONE episodes?

Hey here's an idea for a Hazzard County Christmas party. On Friday (Dec 21) we should all watch "The Great Santa Claus Chase" at 8:00 EST. After that, we can get together and chat about Christmas stuff like that episode, old memories and favorite Christmas cartoons etc. If you don't have that episode you can still join us for the party. I thought Friday at 8 would be a cool idea since that's when the show was originally on. It would sure bring back that old Hazzard Christmas feeling knowing other people are watching that episode at the exact same time. Even if only 2 or 3 folks can go along with this, I'd still like to do it. Hopefully we can get more than that though. I'll bring the egg nog (woops, maybe that's not a good idea....Lori, Laura and General Grant already think I drink way too much of that stuff)

Laura, take your time on "RIP Henry Flatt". Have you had any problems with defective DVDs yet? There have been a couple items posted in the past with people who have.
