Lori ran out to tell Candy about Jack, however it was too late. By the time she got there, Candy was already tied up and being thrown into the back of the car. "Candy!!" The scream had barly left her lips as a board came swinging down directly onto the back of Lori's head, knocking her out cold. The last thing she saw, before her world went black, as she lay face up on the ground was the sight of one of Jack's best friend grinning down at her...he had come to Hazzard to help Jack finish the job Candy had helped him to start. As Lori passed out, the man above picked her off the floor and slung her over his shoulder, sauntering casually to Jack's car and tossing her like a sack of potatoes into the back with Candy. The blood from the back of Lori's head was smeared on his shirt, and her hair was matted to the bump on her head. As his friend climbed into the passenger seat of the car, Jack looked to the back with eyes as cold as ice and a grin just as cold. He chuckled to himself at the fright in Candy's eyes before turning back to the front, roaring the engine to life and speeding away into the dark. Lori listened to Jack and Candy," Good show, id almost believe you was inlove with him?!" Jack said with a slight snarl of his lips,(Lori couldnt hear what they were saying anymore)"Alls i need for you to do is get him ad hs cousin to go to cooter's garage tomorrow, and you'll arrive with them too, Lori'll be there tomorrow,C'mon lets get outta here.""I'll be waiting for you out in the car," Jack had something in plan not only for her but for Candy too. Lori walked to the back and set down she rested her arms on the table and laid her head on them. Lori knew something was up Lori ran to talk to Cooter. "Cooter, there something going on, i swear, Candy's back and Jack and her has something planned i know it, i don't wanna see Luke hurt either." Lori had said with a concerned voice. Cooter replied,"Well, it seems to me Candy really does love him, alot. Now i suggest if you want Luke to be happy you'll just leave well enough alone, Lori." Cooter looked at her with a stern face." Cooter im not saying she doesn't love him, i know she does, but shes using him im telling you coot....." "Now dang it Lori i told ya leave em' alone, your just paranoid is all!" Cooter said raising his voice slightly, but not enough to were everyone could hear him. Lori looked at him she stood up, loking at him with a look that could kill. "We'll see whos paranoid cousin." Lori got up and walked out she sat down on the steps that led into the Boar's Nest. Jack meanwhile was heading outside Lori jumped up and hid in some bushes she snook up beside his car listening to his conversation to one of his buddies in tennesse,"Yea, how fast can you get here? Really? Yea theres been a change in plans, not only am i after one singer now two, hehe, Candy won't know what hit her, literally!!!" Lori's eyes widened should she tell Candy or should she leave her and Luke alone, Cooter said she really did love him.Lori quickly got up and moved out she went and hopped in Midnight Rider and sat there waiting for everyone to clear out to see were candy and luke was. She was concerned for Luke's saftey, even though Candy caused her and Jack to get a divorce she was concerned for Candy too, Candy was the one who helped her around in Tennesse. Until then Lori would set and think of a way to fix this mess without involving Bo and Luke.

Lori smiled and looked at Bo,"Wow Bo has it really been that long??" Lori laughed a little she could tell that Beth had just saved her from getting yelled at by Dixie... Lori shook her head and wondered if Dixie still felt the same way she did about Luke so long ago."How ya been beth?" Lori asled smling at her. Beth looked at Lori and smiled back tryin to keep her and Dixie from balling up and fighting,"I've been doing good, Lori seems like you've changed alot!" Lori giggled and said,"Yea well, racing around Tennesse and Osage and places like that, sure does changed a girl." Lori looked at the ground, she couldn't stand the thought of her and Dixie fighting over a guy. Lori had been hurt already by Dixie aloong time ago, when Dixie was 16. Lori thought about that and shook her head, she had a tear in her eye. "Well, uh i guess, i'll be going now." Luke looked to Lori and frowned a bit looking to Dixie,"Why? you just got here Lori? Why in a hurry." Lori looked at luke and put on a weak smile,"Well I uh, guess it'd be better i left and headed on out." Lori wasn't about to tell Luke how she felt, not after knowing Dixie still had feelings fer him. Lori slowly turned around and hopped in Midnight Rider and sped off to Dry Creek, there was a rock there were she went to many of a night to cry over Luke and Dixie. Luke looked at Dixie and Beth and asked in confusion,"Hey, guys whats wronf with Lori she seems, upset over something i dont know what though," Dixie looked to Luke and said,"It's me, i gotta go and talk to her, if not she'll do something stupid."Luke looked at Bo and Beth who were exchanging glances,"Well, ok then, hey hows about afterwards we go to the Boar's Nest and have a beer or two,"Luke asked with a smile no woman could resist. Dixie smiled back to him not wanting to leave cause she knew it would result in her and Lori fighting over him. Dixie left and headed for Dry Creek, she knew exaclty were her cousin went to at night all those times ago...When dixie arrived she saw Lori setting on that same big rock and Dixie walked over to were she was at and said......

Candy Dix!!!

Lori turned to look to Luke and Bo and Dixie, "Welp i guess ya'lls right, I could change here," she said with a smile and went to the trunk. she pulled out her delicates and her face turned red she giggled a little and got embarrassed, Dixie rolling her eyes at her. Lori grabbed her jeans, with holes in the knees, her sphagetti strapped, white tank top, and her boots.. as she walked passed Bo and Luke she smiled really big at Luke and winked at him she was soo happy to be back. Lori walked around back to the bathroom and changed she hit her elbow on the door and yelled out "D*** it!!! She walked out and everyone was laughing at her she put her hands on her hips and shook her head smiling. Luke said with a smile,"Ya alright there?" Lori said with a smile and said,"Ehhh, i just forgot how small that danged thang could be." Lori pulled her hair back in a clip and strutted over, chasing guys around all the time really got to her. She caught herslef in the act and wquickly changed her strut to a normal walk, noting the look on Dixie and Luke's face. Luke looked at her and gave her that raised eyebrow look and smiled at her,"Well, were did that come from?" Lori noticed that he was talking about how she walked over there to were they were standing, "UHH...... well when you've chased guys as much as i have then yea, you kinda tend to walk like that around everyone." "I know if Cooter saw me he'd thak i was up to something, he always did get me in trouble." Luke laughed at Lori and asked her,"Well, what exactly did you do?" Lori looked up her eyes widened she stammered and studdered,"UHHH.WELL....UHH.. YA SEE.... never mind....." Lori shook her head and dropped her head in doing so. Luke looked at Dixie waiting for her to reply to the comment, but Dixie just stood there muttering something he couldn't understand what though. Bo looked at all three of them and fell over laughing at them, he knew Lori liked Luke and Bo also knew that Dixie still had feelings for him Bo said with a smirk,"The Davenport girls of Hazzard County......."He didn't have anytime to finish what he was saying Dixie and Lori both shot him a look. Lori looked up and said well, i guess ill be headed off to the Boar's Nest, check out whats going on and probably raise me a ruckous while im at it." Lori looked up to Luke and winked at him and looked to Bo and giggled as Bo knew what that little wink meant. Dixie meanwhile whatching all of this was getting highly upset as she..........

Jack knew this wasnt no act Candy really did love luke and not him Jack murmerd under his breath,"I'll fix that...." Lori however didnt pay no attention, instead she found herself glancing at Bo, unusal for Lori, considering she loved, or now at least thought she loved Luke. Lori looked at Luke and Candy knowing that Luke was happy and Candy seemed to be too, Lori left well enough alone and finally go what she wished for, for Luke to be happy, even though he wasn't with her, Lori felt more sadened at the fact she'd hurt Bo and couldn't explain this feeling. Lori stepped out from the mic and the show was over she wavd and winked at everyone and laughed. She walked to the back and had found Candy talking to Jack.... Jack gave her a signal to come back there sos they could discuss the situation. Lori walked over to Luke and plopped down and said,"Well howdy there, listen sorry about this mornin' i kinda blew ya off. i never meant to hurt ya Luke, i honestly am over you, and i understand you still love candy and always will. im a big girl i can except that. I just didn't want to lose the friends i had... Lori smiled at him and got up and walked out to her bus.

Lori smiled at Luke, she knew Dixie was the owner of his heart, she just knew it. "H...Howdy Luke, Long time no see seems like." Lori looked at Bo and smiled howdy there Bo, how ya been? Lori looked at Dixie and shook her head she knew Dixie had feelings for Luke, just like all the other guys that had their eyes on Dixie before(some she didnt know about) Luke would be no different. Lori walked over to the general pulling her hair back in a bun sos not to let it fall in her face. Ya see Lori quickly looked at Dixie and thought to herself," Just get over him Lori, You expect him to pay the same amount of attention to you as he does to Dixie." Lori looked up and said, well i guess ill head on to Cooter's farm and uh.. go change i guess. she give a half smile and sighed. Lookin at Dixie and then to Luke. She said "Ya'll take care now. Lori knew that her wild side would get in the way sometimes, that was the best thing about Dixie she was soo mature and calm, and collective. Lori knew that Luke liked to be serious and Loir just wasn't really all that much serious, she can be when it came down to her family but other than that she chased guys as much as Bo and Luke chased girls. She had stopped though after she really thought about what she was doing. Cooter caught her and told on her one too many times fer her liking. Lori shook her head and laughed. Other than that she went to church every sunday morning and sang in choir, most people thought she didn't even know what the words "having fun" meant. but whne someone challenged her to a beer drinking contest or a race she was up for it. She looked back at Dixie and smiled,"I guess i'll see ya around cousin."

Lori looked over at them and rolled her eyes smirking alittle she saw Cooter and waved to him. she looked at Jack and said,"Now i know something is up..." Lori shook her head and walked up to the microphone as everyone clapped and hollered. "Howdy ya'll!!! it sure is great to be back in Hazzard, Sure ain't changed none, she looked at Cooter and winked." Lori looked and saw Luke and Candy and clenched her teeth she couldnt stand the sight of them two together she knew Candy was using him, she just knew it.... Lori blinked her eyes and said,"Well lets ge tthis show started shall we?" Jack laughed a little and smiled,"Yea you're probably right, she saw you one time with me in the audience and she got choked up. She always was the jealous type." He looked down at her with his dark charcoal eyes. hours passed and everyone was gathering in to the Boar's Nest.. Lori was a little nervous not knowing what to do, this was her hometown. She decided to wear a pair of jeans and her boots, a white and black quater-sleeved shirt and her levi jacket. She left her hair down, the smell of jasmine and vanilla floating in the air. She had her guitar out and ready her band was out there waiting for her she was a little shook up but not too bad. Lori stepped out and smiled, hiding the pain of having to play infront of Jack and Candy, and Luke.... Bo too. Lori drunk a shot glass of whiskey before she went out and squeezed her eyes shut. that was her tradition before ever show she done.

Boss talking to Enos driving down the road in the patrol car," I'll possum your gumbush Enos!!!!!" lol i thought it was funny.

Lori smiled giving Daisy the hug back,"Ahhh this mornin' sometime," Hey you coming to my show tonight? you'll never believe who's here either, unless the word traveled fast, anyways, Candy Dix is back in town, with my ex-husband, i tell you what Daisy If this aint one of the most messed up farewell tours i've ever seen." Lori laughed and put the paint away." I gotta go and get ready fer the show, im a mess!! Hey i'll talk to ya tonight? Lori had one eye squeezed shut from the paint and her head cocked side ways looking at daisy with a smile.

Lori meanwhile, was helpin paint a banner to put outside of the boar's nest. she saw Daisy and and waved at her,"Hey Daisy!!!"Lori smiled having red paint all over her.

Jack looked at Candy and smiled,"Ok,i was just wandering darlin' the way you was making them googly eyes at Luke it looked like you actually meant it" Jack pur his arm around her and smiled."Now when do you think you can have him eating out of your paws, sos we can get Lori and get outta this dump?"

Jack got in the car and slammed his door shut, he started up the car and swung it around Candy not even having time to get her door shut really, Jack looked at her and asked," So thats Luke, the one Lori wouldn't shut up about, let along you talking about him, whats he got that i aint got tell me that Candy?!!" Enos smiled and said well i be.. I aint seen Luke look at a girl like that in.. heck idont know when, well i guess ill be headin off see ya Bo, take care. Enos walked around the patrol car and got in and drove away, not noticing were his ticket book was at. Jack breathed under his breath," The law around here is sooo gullable it ain't even funny." Jack sighed really big hoping Candy would notice and understand what he was saying. Lori meanwhile was at the Boar's Nest, sitting down on a barstool with her head in her hands, she had her guitar, her and some of her band who had arrived earlier than her was practicing her songs she was performing. She looked around feeling at home like she use to, wishing Candy wouldn't lie to Luke, maybe Candy really did feel the same way fer him as he did her, Lori knew Candy did. Lori escepted that but couldnt get Luke or Bo to understand that. Lori shook her head and grunted, she continued playing.

Jack rolld his eyes thinking to himself," well if things dont go way ive got em planned, then hehehe......." meanwhile Enos talked to Bo,"Gee Bo im awfully sorry but i gotta give ya this here speeding ticket, Enos got side tracked and forgot the ticket,"Man it sure is good to see Lori again, that shows gonna be awesome, whos that??" Enos said looking at luke and candy.

Lori shook her head she stepped off the bus and walked back to were Candy and Jack was, She looked at them and said in disgust,"Well, well, well lookie here, looks like we've got us trouble in town." Lori rolled her eyes and looked at Jack and smirked,"Whatever you've got up your sleeves this time Jack ole' boy, It aint even gonna work..." Cooter shook his head to Luke and walked off to were Lori was at, now Lori don't start something you can't finish."Candy had said with a smirked and raised her eyebrows. Lori said and got on the bus, she opened the window and told Cooter she was off to the Boar's Nest to prepare for her show.
