  2. DaisyMae and Alex are correct. Alex has 72 in a row right. I agree Julie, that is one of the most emotional scenes in the entire series. Speaking of Hazzard Lake, here's an interesting trivia fact...as much as Hazzard Pond was mentioned on the series, Hazzard Lake was hardly even talked about at all. In fact, it didn't even get mentioned until season 5. What race was featured on "Boss Behind Bars"? A) Chickasaw Charity 150 Hazzard County Hillbilly Derby C) Ridge Runner Old Timers Race D) Boar's Nest 150 E) Atlanta 500 F) Boston Marathon
  3. Daisy and B.L. both got all 3 right. Daisy has 63 in a row correct. (and 122 out of 123) DoubleX has 72 in a row correct. Which of these were on the show? Big Hogg Road or Chicken Hawk Road Moonshine Mountain or Uchee Swamp Rodney Moffet or Sheriff Gomer Pyle
  4. Alex and Daisy are right. It's the Army. That was a tough one. I don't think I would have known if I hadn't just seen it. Alex has 71 in a row correct. In what season 6 episode did everyone think that Rosco drown inside his patrol car after it plunged into Hazzard Lake?
  5. B.L., DoubleX and DaisyMae have all 3 right. DoubleX continues to extend the all-time record and now has 72 in a row correct. DaisyMae has 60 in a row (and 119 out of 120) Which of these were on the show? Aunt Clara Coltrane or Aunt Delilia Duke Lake Placid or Placid County Hidden Pines or Silver Pines

  7. I just wanted to take a moment and thank everybody who has participated in this thread. I just noticed that it has received 1000 replies since Meadowmuffin and I started it a little over a year ago. (5-20-07). Not only that, but it has received an unbelievable 22,000 views and has even led to a very successful spinoff thread, Duke or Dupe. Thanks again everybody. I look forward to many more years of doing trivia questions and am very grateful to Meadowmuffin and everybody who loves the Dukes of Hazzard.
  8. All 3 of you are right. DoubleX has 69 in a row correct. DaisyMae has 57 in a row (and 116 out of 117) Which of these were on the show? Ed "Too Tall" Jones or "Hard Luck" Jones Interstate 95 or Highway 33 (episode names) Boss Behind Bars or Cletus in the Clunker
  9. Congratulations Alex!! You have reached another milestone and have 70 in a row correct. *fireworks* Here's another one from "Brotherly Love" What branch of the service was Judd Kane in? A) Army Navy C) Air Force D) Marines

  11. I like both these episodes too. I think Luke's brother was the better actor but I liked Jud's motorcycle.
  12. Daisy is right. It was Jesse. Randy Hamilton is the name of the actor that played whose brother in what season 6 episode?
  13. This isn't a Boss quote. It's a Waylon quote about Boss but it seemed better to put it here instead of in the Waylon quotes thread. It's from "Brotherly Love". "Now as crooked as old Boss is, he don't cotton to violence. He figures if ya gotta be violent to be crooked, you're trash." (Early in the series Boss mentioned that he doesn't like violence and he stuck with that policy the whole series. But on the Hazzard Soundtrack part of the lyrics in the song he sang was "Try anything in my neck of the woods and you'll bleed right through the nose.") I think we all agree that it's good that the writers of the show ignored that song.

  15. B.L.... If you don't answer one I don't count it as a miss. In other words, if there's a set of 3, you're allowed to answer only 2 of them if you're not sure of the third. That's a good idea if you want to keep a streak alive. So, how many individual ones (not sets) have you gotten in a row correct? (Add 3 more since you got all 3 of them right on that last post.) Daisy, I'm only giving you credit for 2 because you didn't really commit on that third one. You have 54 in a row correct and DoubleX has 66. By the way, the No-Tell Motel is from "One Armed Bandits". In "Boar's Nest Bears" it is referred to as Petrie's No-Tell Motel. Which of these were on the show? Hazzard Hotel or Hoss's Steakhouse Brokenbone Creek or Bone Creek George Washington Hogg or Abraham Lincoln Hogg
  16. Dolly Parton
  17. Geat pics!! I love this thread. James Best is the best!!
  18. This is awesome coverage of a great event TomBo. Thanks for posting all these. I've sure been enjoying this thread. I feel like I'm watching a baby being born or something. It looks like the Hazzardnet is getting ready to welcome a new member into the family. Thanks again!!!!!
  19. Yep, you're both right. Daisy has 52 in a row and DoubleX has 66. B.L. you might have a little streak going on too. You wouldn't mind checking for me would ya? My computer's so slow. Which of these were on the show? Statler Brothers or Freddie Fender Sheriff J.P. Jensen of Hatchapee County or Boss A.C. Tate of Chickasaw No-Tell Motel or Arnie's Archery Suppy

  21. Thanks General Grant. Our Supreme Superior Commander took care of that spammer. Thanks Meadowmuffin!!
  22. gambling (that reminds me of the saying..."The money you take to Vegas, STAYS in Vegas)
  23. Things sure have changed around Hazzard. Our Supreme Superior Commander has gone from having spam for lunch at the Dixie Diner to cuffing and stuffing it.
  24. Tim and Daisy are right about Andy Slocum. Thanks for confirming the part about Jesse and Boss not missing a single episode Tim. On "The Boar's Nest Bears" what multi-talented person had the job of official scorekeeper, timer and head referee for the big basketball game?
