Well, I think I messed this one up. After I reread your post, I realized you're not looking to name things after Hazzard landmarks, you're looking to create real physical landmarks........Woops.......am I embarressed. I guess I got carried away there. That happens to me a lot when I'm on the Hazzardnet....I just love the Dukes so much. Anyway, I can still help (get it, still...as in stillsight?) I'll get you a list of physical objects that might apply in your case. In the meantime, if you're looking to name anything on your ranch after Hazzard stuff, just ask. Welcome to the Hazzardnet coronet440. I like your idea of naming stuff on your property after Hazzard County landmarks. You've come to the right place. I have a complete notebook of anything ever listed on the entire series. It is broken down into the following catagories.... A) people businesses C) roads D) landmarks E) water F) other counties G) family, history etc. I noticed you were looking for canyon names. Here are all the canyons that were mentioned in the 7 years of the series. I have also included Hollows, Valleys, Gullies and Gulches since they might be considered to be small canyons. If you need to know what episode any of these were on, just ask. I have all that listed too. After you get this list, I'd be happy to help with other stuff too. We'll just do one type of item at a time and have everything on your property named in a few days. No Jessi, neither one of them do but, as I said a few posts ago, I have suggested Waylon, Waylonette, Jessi and Jesse. We have a dog named Daisy and a cat named Flash so I like to keep Dukes names in the family. LOL

Tim, I like to think that I'm the type of person who looks at all the angles of a subject but your post reminded me (once again) that I don't think of everything. I never would of thought about people mentioning Johnny and Jessica when standing around admiring a General Lee. I guess it's because when I'm thinking about Dukes related stuff, my brain has a filter that filters out the things in life that don't really matter.

You're both right. I finally looked up your streak B.L. and you now have 57 in a row correct. That's a lot but not as many as I thought you had. Daisy now has *gasp* 195 in a row correct (and 253 out of 254) WOW!

I agree completely Lost Soul except for the part about the filmmakers not watching the original show. I'm sure they did study the show a lot but in the end, they sadly made their stupid decision based on money. My guess would be that the people who were financing the movie were advised by some so-called experts that the movie had to have low moral values to financially profit. There's two conclusions to draw here. Either they're right and society wants less morals in their movies or they weren't smart enough to log onto the Hazzardnet and consult with real fans of the show....or both might be correct. In my opinion, either conclusion is kinda sad.

Thanks mini and Garrett. If it's born on June 15, I hope I can talk her into naming it Waylon or Waylonette. But since Jesse is my favorite character and Waylon was married to Jessi Colter, maybe I can talk her into one of those names. It's going to take some doing though because she didn't respond very favorable when I brought it up earlier this week. LOL
