Hi all, I'm working on a new online community for tv fans. It will have forums for tons of great tv shows and actors/actresses. There won't be a Dukes forum, just a link that forwards to HazzardNet. In fact, this new site will kind of be an extension of our HNet community, just more for tv in general. If your favorite show or actor isn't listed there, feel free to post a suggestion in the Suggestion Forum on the site. Since they Re-Vamped Knight Rider does anybody think that Wernar Bros will make a New Version of our Dukes of Hazzard. And if they did you think it will be another Dawson's Creek so what is your take on this right now?

Mine is DOH is first and in 2nd is Macgyver. I just like the fact that both the good guys get in to trouble but manage to think their way out. Ex the duke boys drive a fast race car and Macgyver thinks and uses science to catch the bad guys or most of them.

Knight Rider will return on Febr 17, 2008 and it will have a Ford Mustang Shelby instant of a Pontiac.

Well commercials are normally a time to take a break from the TV or something to be dreaded, though do have to admit there are a few that are cute or kinda fun to watch. Right now my two favorite commercials are one is for ESPN's NASCAR with Carl Edwards and Brad Keselowski's semi truck drivers gassing up their rigs with Jerry Reed's song, "East Down and Bound" song going on in the back ground, has a Smokey and the Bandit sort of theme as well. The other one is the Pepsi Max commercial where the Pepsi Max semi truck driver goes to a truck stop where a Coke Zero truck driver was sitting there. They comment on the song that was playing...something like "Why can't we be fri…

I started watching this show because of the '67 Impala in it. I got some bias there. But I've been pleased to find that this show is very well-written, and chock-full of tension, surprise, and drama. The central characters, Sam and Dean, are two brothers who roam the country in a vintage Chevy, on an endless mission to disrupt evil phenomena wherever it may lurk. Sam, the younger brother, is a boyish youth recently jaded by loss, but not quite over his ideals yet. Dean is the older, protective brother who's been jaded a lot longer than Sam. Just curious to see what kind of shows everyone on here watches. I did this with the typ of music ya'll listen and now it's TV time... My current favorite show and has been for the past few years is 24. That show just leaves me speechless at the twists ands turns all the time. Another show I love is a British spy show shown on A&E called M.I.-5 . Similar to 24 but not set in a 24 hour period. Not really much of the current sit-coms I watch. So the night before, me and my parents were watching the new Mick and Molly for the week. And wouldn't ya know, there was a reference to Dukes of Hazzard. Now thats not the only thing that I've watched with a Dukes reference. A episode just a month or so ago I think of Raising Hope had a reference. Now I think that the Dukes are starting to be popular again. What do ya think?

I think the outcome purely depends on the type of contest. The General is more visibly impressive doing 180's, due to the longer chassis. KITT, however, would trounce the General at a spelling bee. Ya gotta pick yer battles. Brian

I have to admit, I'm now a fan of Duck Dynasty. This time of the year I don't watch much TV but I've gotten hooked on these rednecks. For those of you who aren't aware, it's the #1 show on American cable television. It's nice to see there's still shows out there with values similar to those on Dukes. This show has no offensive language or sexual situations and is about as PG as you can get. I suppose I shouldn't say none at all....but hardly any. Despite it's (relative) wholesomeness, it's #1. I found out on Ultimate Dallas Website that the eight season come on February 12, 2008.

Dont know if somebody metioned it already....but Im P/Oed at the ending of Smallville. I feel like going commando on somebody. UGH!

I think they should put the dukes cartoon series on dvd too and they shpuld put them back on tv too, YEEHAW! I never saw the cartoon and really love to see it and think they should continue the original cartoon series cause i think it would be very cool to se a cartoon series of the dukes. YEEHAW!!!!

I am wandering if anybody has noticed that a certain Black/Brown Trans Am has been in the pilot episode of Knight Rider, Smokey and The Bandit Part 3 and the pilot episode of Miami Vice as well.

I'm guessing that I'm the only person on the HazzardNet who feels this way but I thought I'd throw these comments out there anyways just so the few new folks out there who didn't know I'm crazy know it now. Tonight's the night Dallas fans have been waiting for. Dallas returns to prime time. It will debut on TNT at 9:00 EST. It will be interesting how it will be presented and if it will attract those who used to be fans. Well, I should say.....they've already been attracted to the idea of a new Dallas but the big question is, can it hold their attention? Having J.R., Bobby and Sue Ellen back should help ratings but we'll see if that's enough. I'll post a review right after it airs tonight.
