I have just seen Jessica Simpson's new music video - These Boots are Made for Walking It is basically her singing in the Boar's Nest as Daisy Duke, and then you see her washing the General in a bikini, and there is a big bar fight and it is, dare I say, a pretty good video. It is nowhere near good enough to be considered Dukes of Hazzard, but it good none the less.

I just bought the Dukes Soundtrack and love this Uncle Jesse tells a Joke and by the way the Brooklyn, Ohio Wal-mart is just about of the Daisy Jeep Model kit.

I know that probably not many people on this forum is into his style of metal music, but I wish to give my condolences to "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott's family. I find it very disturbing in today's world where people are turning to violence, especially with firearms. Now, I do not wish to start any personal political views on this forum. So, I'll just leave it as that. Darrell was an amazing musician who had so many great fans who admire his ability to play. May he rest in peace.

Is it true that there are in fact TWO dukes themes - one from the tv series - the one minute song and one that Waylon released as part of his record/album (whatever they had back then) i believe that there is but can anybody confirm this

Now we all now know that John Schneider wrote this song but think about this as question and think about your own Grandfather in your life? Personally if I've heard this on July19th, 1997 I think I probaly would've been in tears because that when my Grandpa Varwig's funeral was and it was real that he was gone.
