Dukes of Hazzard Movies

What are some of the ideas that you have for a Third Dukes of Hazzard Movie would you cast and who would keep and replace as well. I think they should keep Harland Williams as Rosco he was funny in the role but they need somebody older for Enos he was too young.

i'm starting to see august 5th on all the movie web sites. that is a new development, and would explain why we havent seen an official web site or a trailer. but thats a long time for post production, which is not a good sign. dont be suprised if some legal issues were raised by warner brothers. at any rate, i deem this a set back

Heard a tidbit on the radio while the local DJ was going over the celebrity gossip. I apologize for not having the name of this singer accurate, I think it was....Jennifer somebody or another, who's got a current hit on the charts. (I confess I've got no earthly idea about who this chic is, this broadcast was halfway through by the time I got the radio volume up.) Anyhow, this singer had apparently shown interest in playing Daisy Duke in the upcoming Dukes movie. Reportedly, when Britany Spears heard this, she thew a fair-sized fit and was quoted as saying, "That role is MINE! I'M going to be Daisy Duke!" A few other Dukes-related message boards are reporting that the unrated version of 'The Dukes of Hazzard' that will be released on Tuesday along side the theartical released version of the film, is really raunchy. From what I understand, anyone looking to purchase the "unrated" version of the film can expect to hear more profanity, more sexual inuendos, nudity, and drug use. I still have trouble believing that they did this to a movie called 'The Dukes of Hazzard'. GADuke01

Why not let the Dukes be the Dukes? In the Big Screen movie of the Dukes-of-Hazzard why not cast John and Tom as the Dukes and Daisy(Catherine Bach ) rather than all these pop stars? If the original cast were too old or ugly or both fine, but there will never be anyone that can be the Duke boys better than the original Duke boys. No other female on earth hazz Daisy' legs like Cathy Bach, so why not let her be Daisy? Ok, I just saw the premiere of the Jessica Simpson video for "These Boots Are Made For Walking" and I would like to know how she can get away with opening the General Lee's door. We all know that the doors are welded shut! That just started the whole video off bad for me, I don't know about ya'll!

One of the highlights of the Dukes movie was that awesome chase in downtown Atlanta after Daisy, Annette and Katie sprung Bo & Luke. In the background(after Luke ticked off Bo for stealing Katie), we heard AC/DC's If You Want Blood in the background. What songs/musical pieces do you think would fit this chase? Hey, gang. Has anyone heard anything else about the additional Dukes DVD release that was supposed to be out today? It was supposed to be just a single disc with only the first episode "One Armed Bandits", but it was also supposed to have a behind-the-scenes look at the new movie, which is the only reason I'm interested in the DVD since I already have the first episode in the first season set. Anyone know what the deal is on this? Is it in stores today along with season three? -Keith

The movie from what i saw looked good Bo blond Daisy not they showed Bo and Luke getting the general and them jumping into the car from what i saw they need to work on the jump into the window from the look of what they showed it's sad they don't put it into movie house it could work
