Well several years ago in high school when I took a writing class, they had us do these writing exercises...one that I liked was where someone started the story with a sentence or a paragraph before passing it on to someone else to add onto it with their own paragraph or a sentence. So there is no theme or plot to plan ahead or to really think about, but just to write. Over at Fanfiction.net, there is a new DOH Round Robin thread!! This one is a little bit different than others I've seen. It came from an idea that my husband's football forum did, and it seemed like a lot of fun. Whereas most RR's have each person either choose a character or write an entire chapter, for this RR everyone is limited to 2 sentences per post to continue the story and can write about or introduce any character they choose. Tonight on the Dukes unexpected snow blizzard causes trouble for the Dukes. Well Winter time has finally come to Hazzard but unfortunately for the Dukes it's been more of a pain then a joy on account of the snow their crop has really taken a beating and to make matters worse Luke was out driving in it due to the fact that he volunteered to pick up presents for the orphans.

Beautiful orange and yellow fall leaves scratched across the pavement of the town square rolling passed the towns folk of Hazzard County Georgia. Black cats, witches and pumpkins decorate windows, doorways and even the steps of the court house and bank. Mothers, fathers and children walked on the side walks, smiling, laughing. Down the Main Street a school bell echoed its call for the children to come back to class from lunch recess.
