  1. Not that anyone caught this but I want to correct an error that I made a few days ago on this thread. Cale Yarborough came from Timmonsville, not Summerville. Hey lukefan, you're on another roll. You've gotten the last 6 in a row. Can you go 8 for 8? Which of these were on the show? Meteor Lake or Crater Lake Wilbur Fudge or Wilbur Fridge
  2. Hey Julie, What's your 20? The town mentioned in those 2 episodes is Conyers (the original Hazzard). In Repo Men, the Duke boys want to get a wrecked racecar so they can use it for parts on the General to make it faster. What NASCAR legend wrecked that car?
  3. Good stuff lukefan...you got all 3 correct. You're right about "The Rustlers". MMMellll TTillisss was in that episode as well as "The Hazzardgate Tape" Which of these were on the show? They're a little tough. Revenue Agent Roxanne Huntley or Revenue Agent L.B. Duckworth Jem Rock Lane or Jimson Lane Clover Crossing or Dandelion Junction
  4. Hey Bocnh320, Welcome to Hazzard County. You should go to the "Introduce Yourself" thread at the top and give everybody a "howdie". My favorite special feature is from season 6 when those two Georgia natives Enos and Cooter go back to Conyers, Covington and Oxford and visit where it all began. I just love the Georgia episodes and hope to someday retrace the steps where my hero Uncle Jesse walked. It's a long trip from Lake Erie for a redneck who doesn't like to get too far from the farm but I'll make it someday.
  5. lukefan, you got Ace right but Old Telegraph Road is the real one. It was mentioned late in season 4. Which of these were on the show? Ewing Farm or Tolliver Farm Morgan's Airfield or Crabapple Airfield Maple Valley on Route 67 or Cedar Valley on Route 110
  6. You're right about Cletus, lukefan and double x I don't know the answer about the water buffalo Julie but I remember it being said. Here's a question, who's approaching 3,000 posts? LOL Here's the real question. "Uncle Boss and "Sky Bandits over Hazzard" both mention a real-life town in Georgia and it's not Atlanta or any other big city. What is it?
  7. You got all 3 right B.L. Here's 2 more. Which were on the show? Old Telegraph Road or Old Steam Engine Lane Ace's Casino or Ace's Used Cars
  8. Glad you're okay lukefan. I think the only time I ever heard a thunderstorm on one of the Dukes episodes was in Georgia...I think it was "Mary Kay's Baby". I guess Hazard has more storms than Hazzard. I'm gone.
  9. You're almost right. Jessi Colter wasn't the singer at the beginning...it was a Jessi sound-alike.....on second thought...you're probably right...although it was supposed to be a sound alike, I bet Jessi really did sing it. We found out later in the episode (thanks to Jessi's manager) that it was an imposter but Jessi probably recorded it for real. Oh no, I'm in trouble. I've violated the sacred code of Hazzard trivia...I've posted a question I didn't know the answer to....sorry. I guess my "trick question" tricked me. Here's one I know for sure. Who said things like "Buzzards on a buzzsaw" and "Flapjacks on a ferris wheel"?
  10. Sorry xx, I said they were tough. You got B.B. Davenport but missed the other two. Here's 3 easy ones to make up for it. Which were on the show? Artie Fender or Artie Bender WPIGG or WHOGG Hazzard Marsh or Hazzard Aquarium
  11. Sorry lukefan, we've gotten off the subject here but I owe Morgan an apology. I'm so embarressed. I knew Milan was in Italy (isn't it the fashion capitol of the world?) I can't believe I said France. I'm going to go bury my head in the sand now. I'm gone.
  12. Hey Enos, turn that siren off and turn that car around. Them Duke boys can wait. I want to buy you a buttermilk at the Boar's Nest. Ding Dang, possum on a gumbush.....it's your birthday!!!!
  13. lukefan, you are officially on a roll..you've gotten 7 of your last 7 answers correct. Can you go 10 for 10? Which of these were on the show? M.M. Davenport or B.B. Davenport West Creek Road or Cross Creek Road old gold mine on Pine Creek Road or old silver mine on Pine Ridge Road If anybody else wants in on this, don't worry about lukefan going 10 for 10, this is first come, first serve. Two of these are tough so I can't blame anybody for passing them up.
  14. You're right DaisyMae, it was Crazy Cooter. Hey B.L., the only two roads mentioned in that episode were 76 (runs north and south) and 421. According to my records, there are no landmarks mentioned in that episode. I'm not sure what the answer to your question is though. Here's one from episode #2 "Daisy's Song". At the beginning of this show who was singing Daisy's song ("True Blue Hearts"). Be warned, this is a trick question.
  15. Nice job lukefan, you nailed all 3 of them. Boot Hill is from "Go West Young Dukes" and Cale Yarborough came from Summerville. Which of these were on the show? Larry Bird or Grady Byrd Turtle Creek Road or Tortoise Creek Lane Pringle's Pond or Tisdale Creek Daisyville or Roseville
  16. Yep, you two are right...cricket. Here we go back to the beginning....scene one, episode one, season one. Who wrecked the sheriff's car?
  17. It's good to see that some boys from Georgia won the Little League World Series. I wonder if any of them are from Hazzard? It's possible...after all that kid that hit the homerun that won the final game made that thing fly farther than the General Lee jumping Miller's Creek. Congratulations boys!!!
  18. That was a good stab B.L. You got them both. Which of these were on the show? Boot Valley Cemetary or Boot Hill Cemetary Old River Road or Hogg Highway Cornville or Summerville
  19. I was starting to think nobody was going to get that one, good job Julie. Here's one from "Sittin' Dukes". One of the prison escapees had a pet insect named Herman. What kind of insect was it? (the other escapee incorrectly called it a grasshopper once.)
  20. Hey Julie, Morgan lives in France. That reminds me of a Cooter quote. "Rome Georgia wasn't built in a day". I'm gone.
  21. I'm upset about this. Even though I use my DVDs more, I still like watching an occasional CMT episode. There's something about watching the exact same episode at the exact same time as everybody else that makes me feel bonded as a fan and citizen of Hazzard. Somehow it was comforting to know that they were still there in prime time and available to everyone. Hopefully they'll be picked up by someone else so I can still scroll down the guide and see "Dukes of Hazzard" again. Well, look at it this way, if the folks of Hazzard lost their media link to each other (namely WHOGG and the Hazzard Gazette), they may feel like their community bond has been weakened....but the reality is that what ties us together can never be broken....our love for the Dukes. Thank goodness for the Hazzardnet and the good folks who created it. Having this family here makes this loss a little easier to take. Long live the Dukes!!!
  22. I believe that's "How to Suceed in Hazzard". Here's a couple. Which were on the show? Shady Lane or Orchard Park Lane Judge Clem T. Potstettler or Judge Buford P. Potts
  23. Good job, XXGeneral, it's 9:00. Here's one from "Sky Bandits over Hazzard". What kind of liquid did the sky bandits drop from a helicopter and splat on armored car windshields to block the drivers view and make them run off the road?
  24. Milan might not look like Hazzard but there's a saying "Home is where your heart is". Since your heart's in Hazzard, that's where you're living....just like the rest of the good folks here on the Hazzardnet. I'm gone.
