  1. You're right about the book Bo. Here's one from "Cooter's Confession" What crime did Cooter confess to? (of course he really didn't do it)
  2. My 5 year old grandson has fallen in love with the song "My Dog Flash" on this soundtrack. He wants me to sing it to him all the time. Good thing he's still too young to tell good singing from bad. It's great to know that Dukes are going to live on forever with the future generations. Of course he'd be more interested in the actual DVDs if Spongebob would have made a guest appearance or two on the show. I can see it now, the sequel to "Strange Visitor to Hazzard", done with a sponge instead of an alien. Like Waylon says, "If it can happen anywhere, it can happen in Hazzard". Possum on a gumbush. I'm gone.
  3. Lucinda Meadows is the one who made your quote at the bottom ("I was put in the good hands....") You're right about Loomis but Elk Creek was never on the show. Moose Creek doesn't seem like a real southern thing but there's one in Hazzard. Here's a couple. Which were on the show? Hobie Harkins Used Cars or Richie Hebner Used Cars Crawdad Lane or Crabapple Lane
  4. You got me on both those ones Bo. I remember Luke teased him a lot for making the unwise decision of buying boots without seeing them first. Here's one from "Close Call for Daisy" What kind of book was Rosco reading? hint: it involves Flash
  5. And another thing, the businesses in town were season 6 and 7 businesses and not season one. To do it right they should have gone back to Conyers to film it. Of course that wouldn't have been practical and it would have confused a lot of people who weren't followers of the show from the beginning.
  6. Right, Hazzard Dam Here's two questions from "Happy Birthday General Lee" Which birthday was it? How many tries did it take to start the new General? Incidently, the guy at the Capitol City junkyard where it was bought mistakenly called it a 1968. Did anyone notice the price of gas at Cooter's? It was 30 cents a gallon. I see Bo had the dirty yellow "Radials" hat on. It looked like the same hat Jonas Jones wore in "Cooter's Confession" and Cooter had worn on previous episodes.
  7. Right on both (except there is no "City" in Rockville) Lucinda Meadows or Lorinda Miller Elk Creek or Moose Creek Loomis or Gritsville
  8. Right with both answers. By the way, Cliff Barnes was on the series "Dallas" Which of these were on Dukes... Rockville or New River City Sunrise Lake or Sunset Lake
  9. Yes, it's doggie num nums. We have a stray cat we've been feeding. We've named it Flash because we don't know if it's a boy or girl. At first we called it Pat the Cat (a name for a boy or girl) but Flash is much cooler. We still haven't got close enough to pet it....it's pretty wild. I'm getting off the subject, here's another question. In "The Randsom of Hazzard County", what Hazzard County location do the bad guys threaten to blow up? (saved by Bo and Luke at the end)
  10. Sorry lukefan07, you only got one right...Rachel's Cafe. Kenny Lofton plays for the Cleveland Indians (he's back again) and Elton Loggins is the DJ at WHOGG (1090). Greenville was mentioned quite a bit and I just made up Sugar Grove City. The answers to yours are Rapaho County and Doc Petticord. Boss's cousin Big Dan Hogg is from Rapaho and so is Boss Big Billie Tucker. Here's two more. Which was on Dukes.... Cliff Barnes or Mabel Tillingham Busy Bee Cafe or Covered Bridge Restaurant Hey, look at the number of my posts, 320...just like the General's lisence plate (CNH 320)
  11. You're right, it's Three Pack. Here's another. What does Rosco call the dog treats that Flash loves so much?
  12. This is some interesting stuff but I am still concerned about the accuracy. In this book, how does the author claim to get his information? This stuff sounds believable but unless it was verified by someone on the set, I am going to have a slight degree of suspicion that the guy is just trying to make money. It is interesting though....I'm gone.
  13. Pretty good luke fan07, you got them all right but one. I made up Harley's Hardware. Joe's Hardware is right on Hazzard Square but doesn't make very many appearences on the series. Here's 3 more. Rosie's Dinor or Rachel's Cafe Elton Loggins or Kenny Lofton Sugar Grove City or Greenville
  14. Here's another...In "The Fortune Tellers" what is Madam Delilah's small assistant's name?
  15. You got that one right, Candice L. Dix to be exact. Here's one from "Dead and Alive". What local artist did Boss call the "Grandpa Moses of Hazzard County, the Rembrandt in overalls, the pitchfork Picasso"
  16. Well luke fan07, you got both of mine right and it looks like B.L. got all 4 of yours right. I had to think about Jeeter for a second...that was a good one. Here's some more. Which are real? 3 of these are tough ones. Colonial City or Colonial Plaza Mud Puppy Creek or Catfish Creek Mud River Road or Muddy Boots Road Harley's Hardware or Joe's Hardware Roy Orbison or Lee Greenwood
  17. What is the name of Luke's girlfriend in "Play it again Luke"? They do a great "Boulder to Birmingham" duet together at the end.
  18. Hey luke fan07, good to see you asking some too. You got all mine right except that Timbertop Acres is the real one and I made up Flattop Acres. Here's a couple more. Aunt Clara Coltrane or Vera Mae Coltrane Sour Stump Road or Sycamore Road
  19. You're right, Dewey is older. Here's a question that I don't have the answer to and curiousity is getting to me so maybe someone can help. In "Close Call for Daisy", Daisy stayed at Enos's boarding house on Spring Lake Drive. When he put up blankets to use as walls so Daisy could have her own "room", Waylon said, "I bet I know where Enos got that idea. I saw that movie too" What movie is he talking about? I'm 47 and I'm wondering if maybe the movie was before my time 'cause I sure can't think of what it is.
  20. You're right, Jim Bronke is one of the lawyers in town. His name appears on the sign in front of the County Building. State 36 is a main road that runs through Hazzard (east and west). You can see the sign in many episodes with an outline of Georgia on it. Here's some more. Which are real and which are made up? Lester Crabb or Homer Hoover Porridge Lane or Elderberry Lane Carolina Marsh or Mill Pond Timbertop Acres or Flattop Acres (episode names) "Coltrane vs Davenport" or "Coltrane vs Duke"
  21. In addition to the Hazzard Hospital (see opening post) there is also a "J.D Hogg Memorial Clinic". Construction for it began at the end of "How to Succeed in Hazzard" in season 6.
  22. You're right Bo, it's Daisy. Remember back in a Georgia episode when Waylon said "she drives like Richard Petty"...shoot, she drives better than him...he finished fourth in that race. Here's one from "How to Succeed in Hazzard". Who is older, Hughie Hogg or Dewey Hogg? Hey Julie, they mention Cleveland in this episode..it's where Dewey's (fake) doctor is from.
  23. You two teamed up for all correct answers. As for the remaining questions, One of those two guys is a lawyer in town and one of the roads is the main one that runs through town. The other two are bogus. I'm gone.
  24. There was really only one question on my last post. The rest were just statements. Bo started the race but was secretly replaced by someone else who finished the race in that same car. Who crossed the checkered flag? (while all the spectators thought it was Bo)
  25. Thanks Tim...haven't heard from you for awhile, good to have you back.
