  1. Swamp Molly and HeavyMetal, You two sure sound like the kinda folks who are gonna love it here. We're glad to have you and hope you stay a long time.
  2. Welcome to the HazzardNet!

I love Swamp Molly. I wish she would have been on more than one episode.

  3. Welcome to the HazzardNet!

  4. Welcome to the HazzardNet! Posts like yours really make me feel good. It means so much to me that young fans like your son keep the Dukes tradition alive long into the future. I have a 9 year old grandson but he isn't very inteested in the Dukes.....yet. I hope that will change in the future. If your son ever does get to meet any of the stars, you might want to warn him beforehand that they look a little different now. Otherwise he might look at James Best and say "That ain't Rosco." We wouldn't want to see Rosco throw your son in jail for being disrespectful to the law...Khee Khee! We look forward to hearing more from you.
  5. Welcome to the HazzardNet Lee. If the DukesFest doesn't make it to Little Rock you can do the next best thing and become an active member on this website. There's no gaurantee the DukesFest will make it to Arkansas but there is a gaurantee you'll love it here since you're such a big fan.
  6. Thanks for the great review Daisy. I've never seen any of the stars of the show together. I've met Cooter, Luke, Rosco and Enos, all seperately, but it would be a great thrill to see more than one of the stars together.....and Bo and Luke would be the best combination of all (although the combo of Rosco and Enos would be pretty cool too). I'm glad you had such a wonderful time. I attended a Tom Wopat concert once and it was awesome. He's such a great performer. Did they sing Up On Cripple Creek? That's such a great song. Tom sang it on the 1981 soundtrack. Also, Cripple Creek was mentioned in "Deputy Dukes." Thanks again for the review. I'm glad you had such a fun time.
  7. I should know this since it's one of my favorite episodes. I'll guess a patrol car and some flowers. If I was a betting man I'd bet I'm wrong about both.
  8. I've never heard of a system like that. I'd have to give it a little more thought before I form a final opinion but my first reaction is that that's a great system. It certainly prevents rich people from laughing at the law because they can just buy their way out of trouble. It would present a problem though. Does that mean that someone with no job and no income can speed as much as they want and never have to pay a penny?
  9. I'm not going to make it to Canton. Our roads are horrible and won't be any better in the morning. It's the heavy, wet, slippery, greasy kind of snow.....the worst kind.

  10. I'm not going to make it either. The roads here are bad and won't be any better Sunday. If I lived closer I might take the chance but one of our vehicles is bad in the snow and the other doesn't have a heater.
  11. Nice work Hoss. I can't remember a national safety week. Hopefully somebody will because now I'm curious.
  12. I got good news and bad news. The good news is that Hoss has done another great job with his artwork. The bad news is that after Hoss posted the picture of Bill Mack's car I sold my house and figured on buying Bill's car. When I went over to Bill's house with the money he said Meadowmufn had already bought it......so now I'm homeless. To make matters worse I didn't exactly get $54,000 for my house. I had to borrow the rest and when I found out the car wasn't available I spent the money on scratch-off lottery tickets. (I did make 370 bucks from them so it wasn't a total loss). So here I am...homeless....hoping a member of my HazzardNet family will take me in. To make matters even worse, the guy put up Green Bay Packers signs in my old front yard. Well, maybe tomorrow will be a better day.
  13. Those folks here who know me well realize I'm technologically challenged. I can't figure out what the "members album" is. I don't see anything like that in your profile. LOL I'm so helpless on this contraption.
  14. If the roads are good I'll be there Sunday at noon. I'll look for you Daney. It would be nice to see Tim again. I wonder if he's coming. It doesn't look like DaisyMae and Steve will be there Sunday but there's a small chance they'll come Saturday. Of course Ray Kohn of the Northeast Ohio Dukes will be there too. Hey Redneck girl, if there's a chance you'll be there Sunday send me a PM. I'll give you a description of me and my wife. It would be nice to meet you. (By the way, I don't look like Uncle Jesse....but I hope I will someday!)
  15. It is a few blocks off the interstate so you'll definitely need that map (thanks Hoss). Yes, the building is pretty big. You can google Canton Ohio Civic Center to see pictures. If you like football, Canton is home of the NFL Hall of Fame. I'm not sure what its hours are but if you know someone who is a football fan, you might want to take them and do two exciting things in one day. Let me know if you're going Sunday. We'll be there at noon. (Me and the beautiful MrsRogerDuke that is)
  16. There's a line from "Money to Burn" on season 1 where Waylon mentions that folks are born in Boss's hospital and are buried in his cemetary. Waylon mentions something about Boss's "cradle to grave plan". I'm not sure exactly how he words it but your last post reminded me of that Garrett. LOL
  17. Welcome back DukeOfEarl. I'm glad to hear things are settling down a little bit for you. I guess I'm a little confused. If the photos have been approved where are they?
  18. Well, if you drive your car a lot in the salt and it rusts out you'll only get Petty cash out of it when you sell it. (That reminds me of Boss's quote from season 1 when he says none of his cash is petty) Just kidding Garrett. It's Rusty Wallace. If you have season one and haven't seen the "high octane salute" lately I highly recommend it for a huge NASCAR fan like you.
  19. That stinks...(like linberger)....okay I'll stick with Pittsburgh. Just a warning though. When you have a string of bad luck that means you're due for good luck. So, if the Steelers win it's because Brian made me support my favorite team.
  20. I'd like to add her last name.....Wooster. I'm not sure about the time. I'll agree with 12 years. That sounds familiar. I just finished season 1. I'm going to watch season 2 in February. I made a resolution to see each episode this year. (LOL I only make fun New Year's resolutions)
  21. Good point Brian. I've recently flip flopped by changing my favorite NASCAR driver so maybe I should reconsider my favorite NFL team also..... of course after the Steelers beat the Packers I'll go back to being a Steelers fan again.
  22. Welcome to the HazzardNet!
