I do the same thing. Another thing that I did just last week was write hazzard when I wasn't talking about the Dukes. It was on a different website than this one and spell check caught the extra Z. My first reaction was that spell check was wrong.

I saw on the news this morning they're even getting snow in the western Florida panhandle. I woke up to zero degrees and it didn't feel that cold since we're getting used to it.

I feel your pain. It's been pretty cold here on Lake Erie. The good thing is that it makes us appreciate it more when it's warm.

This is getting bizzare! Today I saw Hoss's post. Earlier today I saw a commercial for Applebee's Restaurant. Yesterday I was at a basketball game and a player's last name was Appleby. My mother-in-law went to Cleveland the day before that to see a dementia specialist named Dr Appleby. Four Applebys in three days!....even though they aren't spelled the same that's pretty amazing! To add to the coincidence I had a piece of apple pie just before I logged in (I swear I'm not making that up)

That was some game last night! Even though Georgia lost it was an amazing match up. Just got inside from doing some astronomy. We haven't had many clear nights here but tonight is fantastic.

I've caught the cold bug that's been going around. I don't know if I'll be able to stay up long enough to see Georgia beat Alabama. Speaking of Alabama football here's a little Dukes trivia. It was Sonny Shroyer who played Coach Bear Bryant in Forrest Gump.

Georgia is in the Division I national championship football game on Monday night and now the Atlanta Falcons have advanced to the NFC title game with a chance to play in the Super Bowl. I always root for teams from Georgia because I live the Dukes so much. The only time I won't is if they're playing Pittsburgh teams.

We have one more day of single digit temperatures to go then it's a week of warm weather. My wife has a pretty severe case of pink eye. I've never had it but it's pretty contagious so we'll see what happens. I have to work all day tomorrow so I won't get to watch any NFL playoffs.

Had a nice lazy day today before heading back to the old grind tomorrow. Just trying to keep warm in these arctic conditions. 2017 was good to me. I am one lucky redneck who is very appreciative.
