Welcome back to Hazzard County Daniel. These plates are awesome. Do you know how many different versions of the General's plate there were? I forgot about the 76 on some of them. Keep up the good work. By the way, how long has the Confederate General Lee Fan Club been gone? If you can contact any of them invite them here. Those folks were true fans.

accident They're starting to build more roundabouts here in Pennsylvania even though nobody wants them or likes them. Maybe we'll get used to them but for now they're causing a few minor accidents. By the way Hoss, they are called roundabouts here. I'm not sure if they're calling them traffic circles in other parts of the US or not.

Very well said Hoss. The General Lee is the most recognizable car in history so it doesn't really matter if you put them on or not. It's just a matter of personal taste. If you put them on and later regret it, it might be tough to take them off but if you don't put them on you could always do it later.

Another resident of Hazzard County passes on to Hazzard Heaven. Every time I learn of another person passing on I feel like I lost a friend. Rest in peace Burl Tolliver. For those of you who don't know, it was Burl's daughter on the show Sherry Tolliver, who went on to marry James Best.

Hey Phil....Welcome to Hazzard County. It sure is nice to meet a new friend and fan of the show. I think it is likely that those flags were only on the first episode but there is a distant bell ringing in my head telling myself that I saw it briefly on another one of the Georgia episodes....probably not though. I'm always looking for an excuse to watch an episode or two so thanks for giving me one. We hope you become a regular here on the HN Phil. I'll get back to you if I find it.

This facebook thing is a real temptation for me. I want to join for the sole purpose of meeting and corresponding with more Dukes fans but I don't really want to join since facebook just seems too creepy to me. I'm still thinking about it .....but then I've been thinking about it a couple years now and still haven't joined.

This reminded me of a friend of mine who has lived here a long time but grew up in South Africa. Despite being white he jokes that he is African-American. Even though he really is nobody would consider him to be that.

Do most folks from England describe themselves as British or English? I assume it's not that much different than a person saying they are from America or saying they are from the United States.
