Introduce Yourself

Hi yall! Thank yall in advance for welcomin' to me yer community! I started watching the show 6 nights ago after reading about it online. Ever since then, I have been watching as many episodes as I can squeeze in every night before bed. In just 6 days, I have watched all of season one, and over half of season 2! Because I instantly loved it that much! My favorite character is definitely Rosco. I love him so much! My mom told me that she knew he would be my favorite because he reminds her of me. And I agree! His personality is very similar to mine. I'm very childish, I laugh and giggle a lot, I love rules and laws, I get excited easily, I tend to have larger than life reac…

Howdy everyone. We're new here. Wife and I are watching Dukes on Amazon. We're currently on Season 5. Great that there's a great looking forum here and will be exploring a lot. We're both deaf (thanks to captions) and we've been fans of the show ever since the show premiered. Sad about James Best's passing not too long ago. We've never met any of the casts, but my wife's best friend from GA has met John Schneider. Chat ya'll laters. Yiz (& Liz, the wife)

Just joined the net here and wanted to say hello to everyone. I live outside of Denver and am the proud owner of a General Lee, a Rosco cruiser, and a Dukes room loaded with great Dukes stuff. Any one up for a Dukes chat?

I did not formerly introduce myself before posting in the General Lee section! oops! anyway I am a huge Dukes fan I am 31 years old and watched it when I was a kid and loved every Friday night!! Anyway I own a Towing & Auto repair shop (no its not Cooters!) and I have been a avid Mopar nut my entire life my grandfather owned a Dodge,Chrysler,Plymouth dealership from 1965 to 1990 So Mopars are my thing! I have wanted a General Lee forever and last Tuesday I found the perfect 1969 Charger for my conversion! Here are some pics! I already have my WOLO Dixie horn! (could not resist JC whitney had a deal going on) Anyway I hope to share pictures as the conversion goes along…

Just found this site a little bit ago. I used to work in Newhall and never had a chance to work on a Dukes show, but had a lot of friends who did and said it was a fun show to work. Sonny Shroyer "Enos" was supposedly the most like his character. Loved seeing all the episodes shot at Indian Dunes, which was my home away from home. Hope to learn a lot on here.

Seem every few years I do something a little crazy. Last year I rode a modified Honda Trail 70 1700 miles to Sturgis SD. This year I turned a $500 1990 Honda civic si hb into a mini Lee.

Hi everybody, I'm Brad & I have been lurking around here for the last couple of days. After watching series 1 & 2 last week with my son who loves it by the way (teaching the new generation what real tv is). The deep deep south reference is I live that far south, I live 'down under'. I am a moderator on a forum that also uses vBulletin as well so I know how forums work & you will have no troubles from me. Well that's enough from me for now I have some DOH to watch. Cheers Brad

Hello Dukes people! I'm Steve from Cambridge, England and I'm a long-time fan of the show. I began watching the Dukes when it first aired on British TV in '79 when I was the grand age of 12, so I'll let you work out how old I am! I've been reading as many posts as I can since I joined a few days ago. I love HossC's grab-by-grab analysis of the WB Hazzard set. Amazing stuff! I love to look for goofs in the show - my favourite is the open driver's door on the General in the closing credits - and after all these years Ive only just spotted that one! Late '60's Chargers are difficult to find over here, not impossible but I always thought they were well out of reach financial…

Hi there everybody, I'm new to this forum..My name is J, and I'm from the United Kingdom, I joined yesterday but couldn't get my validation right, until now. xD to put it quite simply I'm in my late teens and I'm a very big Dukes fan ( I own Season 1 and I watch the rest of the series online, one of these days I will own the rest of the series) I've been a fan ever since I played The Dukes of Hazzard Racing for Home on the PS1 when I was very young, I have my parents to thank for getting me into the series when they bought me a VHS tape of Season 2, and I really fell in love, The General, The Duke Boys, Uncle Jesse, Daisy, and also Boss Hogg and Sheriff Rosco and Enos, e…

I hadn't been here in a while and I just now remembered this forum and regained my password. For anybody that doesn't know who I is, my name is Tony Trout and I'm thirty-right years old and I have loved the DOH ever since it first aired (and Airwolf, Knight Rider, B.J & The Bear, etc....from that era) and I have all seven seasons of the show on DVD and have gone back to watching it lately. I was hooked on Airwolf for a while - which, in turn, made me want to check out some r/c helicopters and I located one like "The Lady" (as it was called) and I'm hoping that a miracle will take place and I can purchase it. I'm a serious fan of all of those early shows. They w…

Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I'm a lifelong (well since i was 5) DUKES fan and yes that meansI was 5 when the show started in '79 and like it says in the song "19 Something" 'my first love was Daisy Duke in them cut-off jeans'. I've been a member for a while but it's been a while since I was active until recently. So I hope to be around more often now.

Hey folks! Just rode into town and this here looks like a nice place to stop and rest a spell..

Well, even though I've been around cyberHazzard forever, this forum looked very lonely without any posts. So I thought I'd get things started. Hi, I'm Meadowmufn and I'm a Dukeaholic. I own this place and run it with my good buddies MaryAnne and Brian. We're members of the Coltrane clan, so why this place is still in operating order is a mystery to anyone who knows us. Despite our best efforts to sabotage it, HazzardNet continues to thrive (and play tricks on us, I might add), leading us to suspect that it has become a sentient being in its own right. So, welcome. Sit yourself down and enjoy our little slice of cyberHazzard.

Hey Guys! My name is Heather! I've been a big Dukes fan, and it never occurred to me that it would have a forum. I've been reading all these topics, and I knew I just had to join! I come from a line of Dukes! My last name used to be Duke, but I changed it and now it's my middle name. You all seem very nice, so I can't wait to meet all of you! Have a great day/night!

Just joined up! What's up?

Hows it hanging ya'll, Dukes fan from the Windy City, just saying hi for now. Came here to possibly make a few friends, find some collectables, get some more info I may not know about the show, share some ideas and eventually some of my stories I'm working on. Just want to add I have loved this show since I can first recall. Still see it as the best show that was on TV for the mere fact its not smut like shows today.

Hey, it's me, Kelly Davenport. I've been lurking around for a bit ... and I've finally gotten more time to start posting. Some of you prolly know who I am, but I wanted to say hey again; it's definitely been a while, and I'm glad to be back and posting.
