Introduce Yourself

Hey y'all, Just a note to new users that your first post or posts will be moderated and they won't show immediately when you post. HNet is patroled pretty much daily by admin, but please allow admin time to catch up and approve posts before ya post the same post again. LOL Techncially, new users are moderated on their first 10 posts before they become a "regular" user, but if we can see you're a serious Dukes fan, we move ya over to regular status pretty quick so you can enjoy the site. That concludes this here public announcement. Carry on y'all!

Hey ya'll, I am 13 and decided it was time to get a car. Being a DOH fan, I bought a General Lee. I want to know out of all of Hazzard net, who owns a General Lee. And yes, I have already made 'friends' with the Sherrif of Cumberland County.

Juat wanted to say HEY YALL !! Just came across the site and remember all my friday nights watching the Dukes

Forgive me y'all, but I just found this site. I've been watching The Dukes of Hazzard since it first aired (I was 7), and have been an absolute fan ever since! I grew up in a Mopar family and have had my share of of muscle cars. I drive/own only Mopar, and the 1969 Charger has always been my favorite, I've had a couple of them. Anyway, most people on the show who come to Hazzard county, are just passing through, but I plan on staying for a while. Looking to rub shoulders with some like-minded people on here. I hope I can give at least as much as I get on this site. Thanks in advance for puttin' up with me! Keep it between the ditches y'all!

I am Robert John Broadhurst II. Dukes fan since TNN 1996. I was 9 years old. Now I am 33. I will be a fan forever. One can not ever get bored with The Dukes of Hazzard. My other shows are Gilligan's Island and The Andy Griffith Show. Fan of those since age 3 1990. One can not ever get bored of the island or Mayberry either. Looking forward to chatting with y'all. Have been trying to join since 2012 to no avail. I have finally been successful. Have a good evening/morning wherever y'all may be in the world. Catch y'all on the flip side.

Hello from the south, been a long time dukes fan for over 40 years now and still love the show. Been to most all the Georgia filming sites with other dukes fans and have owned my old charger since 1999. Had the uniform on it for over 10 years and had to do a re paint in 2012. It is still hemi orange but with a black R/T stripe and magnum 500 wheels. 493 ci with a 4 speed, has plenty of attitude for a resto looking charger.

Hello all. My name is Earl and would like to thank you for letting me join your network of friends. I live in Northeast PA with my wife and four wonderful children. We have several old muscle cars, but none as fun to drive as are recently restored General Lee. If you have one you know what I mean. I look forward to getting to know many of you and hopefully meet several of you at the some of the Duke events. Feel free to drop me a line, like many I could talk all day about this stuff, but I also enjoy my family time. Thanks again... I'm gone!

Well, even though I've been around cyberHazzard forever, this forum looked very lonely without any posts. So I thought I'd get things started. Hi, I'm Meadowmufn and I'm a Dukeaholic. I own this place and run it with my good buddies MaryAnne and Brian. We're members of the Coltrane clan, so why this place is still in operating order is a mystery to anyone who knows us. Despite our best efforts to sabotage it, HazzardNet continues to thrive (and play tricks on us, I might add), leading us to suspect that it has become a sentient being in its own right. So, welcome. Sit yourself down and enjoy our little slice of cyberHazzard.

Hi, I'm Marilyn and I'm new here in Hazzard. Just wanted to let ya'll know I LOVE the fan fiction, especially jamanda's Enos/Daisy stories. I just finished Next Generation 1-3 and just drooled over the flashbacks and story line. Finally someone who treats Enos like a person and not just a stupid character. I have loved him ever since I first saw the show in '80 and always felt they didn't use him enough in the stories and was heartbroken when he and Daisy didn't get married. I missed all the reunions, hopefully they'll be added to DVDs somewhere. Oh well, I live in northern MN and am enjoying the snow.

Hello, My name's Laurent, I come from South of France, I'm 42... I'm Fire Safety and, Security Officer in France (in France we can have both functions, they are two different degrees, but complementary) I love Dukes of Hazzard since childhood... I watch the series everytimes in ring... My favorite character is Rosco P.Coltrane and Boss Hogg... They are so scammers, thieves and liars and especially crazy... My favorite car is the Rosco patrol car (Dodge Monaco and the Plymouth Fury).

Hey to all the Duke fans out there! I'm not necessarily new, I've lurked about for a few years now. Just hadn't gotten around to introducing myself. I first started watching the Dukes when CMT started running them. Apparently my family watched them on Friday nights, but I was too young to stay up that late (born in '78). I may have started late, but I've immersed myself in the Dukedom since. I have all 7 seasons, both reunion movies, and I occasionally write fanfiction. I'm also a huge Nascar fan, so if anyone wants to talk racin' give me a yell! GO CARL EDWARDS!!!! Yeehaw and I'll catch ya'll on the flipside!

Hi all, new member here, thought I'd introduce myself in my first post. I've been lurking here the past few days reading some threads on here. My name is Jason, I live in Alabama, and I'm 37 years old. So I was around when the Dukes was still airing new on Friday nights! I have always been a fan of the show, and I love cars too. In fact due my childhood memories of the dukes, I fixed up a 69 charger RT for my first project. I finished it about 2 years ago. Its go green with black interior, top and stripe. I will post pics later when I'm on my computer (I'm on my tablet right now). A year ago I was searching for another project car, was wanting a 68 Barracuda, it couldn't…

This is my first post and my introduction. I read the 'warning' that mentioned TMI (too much information), and I do tend to go off in a tangent pretty easily so if you ever see me yapping, make sure to tell me and I'll try to tone it back! Anyways, my name is Cheyenne, you can call me Annie if you'd like, I'm 16 and got into DoH earlier this year, I want to say in July? I'm from Arizona but now live in North Carolina USA. I'm homeschooled so I'll probably be online pretty often. I want to learn guitar, I draw, (I'll be sharing often in the fanart topic) and I really like The Beatles/The Monkees. I don't know if you could tell, but my favorite character is Bo!😁…

Stumbled upon this site late one night and thought I would check it out....See how many other Dukes nuts there are out there....

Hey all, I been away for awhile, and it feels great to be back. I have popped in here and there and now and again, but now gona stick around more. I have been fighting depression for a spell now, trying to fight it on my own, but all that did was drag me down even further. I had no desire to live, or do anything like I used to love to do, like being on here, making model cars and so on. I was on Zorpia, figuring if I help others with their problems, I could better deal with mine, that so did not work. I finally realized I have to go see my doctor and get some help, I realized this because I almost made a friend turn on me. Anyways, the last few weeks I have been better, s…
