I want to do a 1/25 model kit of the General based on Revell's 69 Charger. The big issue seems to be the decals. All internet searches seem to point to jbot.ca as the best, but he hasn't been in business since 2018. Anyone have a suggestion for some accurate, complete water slide decals these days?

I am new to the Hazzardnet (and have little computer skills but I'm learning). I'm excited about figuring out how to navigate this website and meet people who love Hazzard County as much as I do. I was wondering if there is anyone out there who has ever put together a map of Hazzard? I did it when the show was first out but now that I have all 7 years on DVD I can get a much more accurate map because I won't miss any episodes and I can "rewind" something if I didn't hear it clearly. I am watching every episode and keeping a notebook of the following catagories 1)residents 2)businesses 3)roads 4)landmarks 5)water 6)neighboring counties 7)other misc. When I've seen all the…

This time next year will be very exciting if astronomers are correct in their predictions. The most brilliant comet ever seen by anybody alive is on the way and should be at it's brightest by Christmas 2013. The comet may possibly be as bright as the full Moon and it may become so bright it will be visible in daytime. Often predictions of comets' brightnesses don't live up to the hype but even if it doesn't this will still be a spectacular sight. It is currently in the area of the constellation Gemini and is only visible with large telescopes and only looks like a tiny white dot. When it does start to become visible in the fall it won't be visible in the evening. Seeing …

Are there any other musicians on the board? I have taken several and am currently a music instructor... non profit of course So, I took the: Violin for six years Recorder for three years Guitar for three months (was in school and I was only in the school for three months) Keyboard for three months (see guitar) Fife for ten years (The fife is a colonial instrument, similar to a piccolo. Please view the movies The Patriot, Glory, Gettysburg, Gods and Generals... This is the instrument I currently teach to beginning students). I also sometimes, when bored, mess a little with drums (Snare, Bass). Only had one lesson though (and that was how to hold the sticks. I cannot read …

I run derbies in your local redneck festivals, a.k.a. county fairs for the last couple of years, I also own a pretty decent size die cast collection. About 4,000 cars or so, and of course I have every General I can get my hands on!

Hi. One of my hobbies is collecting and racing slot cars. My collect would not be complete of course with out a General Lee slot car. Back in the early 80's Ideal toys made a Duke of Hazzard set with a General Lee and Roscoe's police car. Even though this was not a great quality set if filled the need. Now Auto World has made a new General Lee and much better quality. They have also created a better Roscoe's police car. This summer they plan to launch more Dukes of Hazzard cars. My layout at home has a Boar's nest and the duke farm house. I have over 2000 cars in my collection and it is one great hobby. I have also made some custom cars such as Cooter's towtruck. I have B…

I have been into model railways for as long as i can remember, i currently have an 8ft X 4ft layout in my bedroom with three main tracks, sidings and industrial buildings. i have mostly british outline models on my layout, most of them being in the early and late BR lined black livery. once i get some photos, i will gladly post them, quite often my cousin will visit, and he is into Thomas and Friends, so i would often also have some Thomas and Friends locos running on the layout for his pleasure and enjoyment ^^. But apart form that, it's still currently being added to, with more new features coming soon later this year.

Photos to be posted soon. I wanted to put everything I could into the ultimate build, and this one took me about three years of on-and-off work. Seriously. MY G.L. BUILD PHILOSOPHY My main criticism of most GL builds is that they are 'way too immaculate to be an in-use back-roads racing car driven by good-ol-boys on a farm. They always look...well, sterilized comes to mind. Absolutely gorgeous, like they're going for the trophy at a car show, with a car that's never driven except on and off a trailer. Not this one!! -Interior: Agree with many that the darker brown "saddle" color of the earlier series looks better, but a darker interior will hide most great …

Latemodel Sportsman Mod Released by: Scott HawbakerThese were the classes that ran the heartland through the 1970's and early 80's. These cars ran on both short track Dirt and Asphalt. The carset is a from the Midwest, mainly Iowa, Missouri, Minnesota, Illinois and Nebraska and many were the big name drivers of the day. Included is the rookie car of Billy Moyer Jr. This is the car I watched him race in when he was still a nobody cutting his teeth at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines Iowa. Now, he is a Super latemodel legend. As always, I gotta thank my Man Dave for his help not only uploading the mod, testing the mod and cleaning up and adding his own personal touch…

A comic style attempt at our Good Ol' Boys I dont paint a ton, but heres one of the few. "Razor" A working progress, aint finished. This is "Talc" he is the fantasy character for my novel. I drew this for a Hazzardnet moderator some years ago. Can anyone guess which one? I have some more I'd be glad to post when I get them uploaded. ~Chet

Hi all. These first couple posts are repeats from my "new Member" thread, but this is where I'll keep posting my updates. I found this forum recently when so many of my google image searches kept bringing me here, usually to one of Hoss's great posts. All of the image searches are because I'm in the planning and early building stages of creating a Dukes rc car chase for my Youtube channel (it's an RC car channel). I just picked up a Kyosho Phazer with a 70 Charger body, so I have a little work to do to convert it to a 69 General. One way that I'm trying to separate my video(s) from those that are already out there is that I really wa…
