Howdy everyone out there on the Hazzard net. Who all here likes farming simulator? I prefer Farming Simulator 2013 over 15 but maybe I'm a little biased. I have found the General Lee for the 2013 version so I like to use it as a drive around vehicle. Here's the link. http://www.farming-mods.net/mod/general-lee-v2-0/ I think you will like it. If there are any farmers that play the game out there, feel free to post a link to your favorite mod that you downloaded. I'm gone!

Is anybody here into astronomy? I've been an amateur astronomer for 15 years. There's going to be a pretty good meteor show tonight. If you live in a city you will only be able to see the really bright ones because bright artificial lights drown them out. Of course if it's cloudy you're out of luck no matter where you live. Hopefully somebody besides me will get to check out the show.

Hi! I'm new on this forum! I've looked for a section to introduce myself but I only found this one, so forgive me if I wrong. Well, my name is Daniela and I'm from Milan, Italy; I recently re-descover myself fan of this beautiful tv serie; this is my story. I watched Hazzard (this is the title in Italy) when I was a child: don't know exactly why a day this year, mid-august I thought: "Oh, I'd like very much to see it again!". The day after, I went to a video-music shop to buy some films and thought: "well, today all the tv series have their dvd pack so...why don't look for Hazzard?". I looked up on the shelf where I knew there were those stuff and...what I saw? A long ora…

Going to be building my 2nd 1/25 General Lee. My first build I did not add a C.B or the Antenna. Could anyone possibly help me with a "build sheet" for scratch building the Cobra C.B and the RadioShack Antenna. I'd sure appreciate it.

Hello your friendly neighborhood Game Warden Here; Val Strate, with a fun and entertaining way to enjoy natures wildlife and winter! If you are like me and live in an area that gets colder than the seat of Boss Hogg's exercise bike, (that Lulu bought him for Christmas last year but he never uses.) You know that winter brings crystallized precipitation or in other words snow. The white stuff can be joyous as well as annoying. But have no fear; the Game Warden has come up with a simple and very fun game for you to play in the winter snow. You can play alone or with your friends. After the snow outside has stopped falling and you have a good clear day, take a short walk in t…

I love to cross stitch on my spare time especially during the winter time. It's nice to just sit at home watching a movie and drinking hot chocolate while cross stitching. I like cross stitch better than sewing, but i sew from time to time. I don't like to crochet because i think it is so hard to do. Christine Fontana

Well, I've watched and I've read 'bout all your beautiful hobbies. Now it's my turn. I like drawing, and I've always drawn since I was I child. Unfortunately, I draw only manga (I'm not able at all to draw real people or nature; and if I try it, it seems a manga ). And I've not so much fantasy to create my own characters (so I need a model to copy). Mhhhh.... it's not a good advertising for my works....... .... I know. Anyway, I hope you like it.

It's taken me long enough to get around to making a thread like this. LOL. Anyone on here love to sing as much as I do? I've been in Honor's Choir and all county choir for about 4 years now, anyone else in a fine arts group like this? Maybe you're in to drama or are more the artistic type.Maybe you even play an instrument of some sort. Why do you have a passion for a talent in the fine arts? Who got you started? Did you struggle along the way? Do you direct a choir/band? Or maybe even directed a play. (please for those who are in drama...correct me if I give misleading information, I'm not that familiar with the drama department.) I sing for two reasons alone. 1. My gran…

Been addicted to Shortwave Radio for so many years I've done lost count. Really want to get my Amateur Radio License (HAM License) someday. Was curious if there are any other SWL's or HAM's or potential HAM's around here? Anyone not familiar with either one... could simply ask the magic google box.

Finished in record time, considering the extreme nature of the build Only major regret is the wheel spacing....wide tires were definitely used, but I really am drawing the line at redoing the suspension to tuck them in more. I've just had enough.... Hazzard collection is now 7 vehicles strong.

So I've almost finished my err...I mean Colt's play set for Cooter's Garage. I've got to put some lettering above the main garage door and build one more dormer and then put the on....but we couldn't wait so let the play being and I'll finish later. Coot's Garage Features: The main designs of the ones on the show. -Working Folding Front Garage Door -Opening Rear Door -Loft Area -Working door to the "Office" -working side garage door (I took liberties with this one and ignored the weird little tie in piece that would tie in to Rheubottom's Store) Mainly because this is much more fun to be able to use another garage door for play purposes for my 8 year old. …

I've been pretty busy this past month, what with taking care of my chickens and peacocks and all. One of the peacocks started laying eggs last month, so I've been incubating them. Well, I had one due to hatch at anytime, so I was busy getting things ready for the little one. Well, yesterday I was at an appointment and when I checked the eggs before I left, they were the same as usual. When I got home, roughly 2 1/2 hours later, I go to check them again, and to my surprise one of the eggs was cracked. Knowing a chick was due, I immediately announced it to everyone else. That was around 4-4:30 pm. And for the rest of the day and all night, we were up checking on the egg. F…

Just to remind y'all: YES, they used a '74 Roadrunner which appeared in 5 of the first 9 episodes, then beginning with episode 11 they switched to a '71 Satellite Sebring in a Roadrunner paint scheme, hoping nobody would notice (we did). Some prefer the '74; personally I prefer the '71, finding it much sleeker and meaner looking with the wraparound bumper/grill assembly. Base kit is the Revell/Monogram '71 Plymouth GTX. Modifications include: -Replacement hood -Smaller-block engine (from 71 Duster) -Completely rebuilt & boosted rear suspension -Replacement tires -Wheel hubs from '77 Ford van Additionally, …

I have many hobbies but since one will let me share a fun story I'll go with it. I love 70's early 80's toys particularly Star Wars and 8 inch figures (OK dolls) made by a company called Mego. There were licensing gods back in the day. Megos were cool but were notorious for having the pin that connected the knee snap off sometimes while figures were still in the package. Recently when looking for a Bo Duke to add to my collection I used this to my advantage. I picked up this sadly neglected fellow on Ebay. Uploaded with ImageShack.us Back in the day there was't much you could unless you were able to work the pin off another figure (they all had …

My latest completion! Base kit was the vintage Monogram Mork & Mindy jeep, although the roll bar needed rebuilding (should go to the floor, instead of just sitting on top of the wheel wells). Scratchbuilt items include the CB antenna and mount, center console, sun visors, side lights, and headlights (made from polished acrylic diamante gems). Really happy with the carpet, stains and all!

Ok, so I am home from work (forced closure due to Corona Virus Governor directive). I've been working on a bunch of projects. This is a WIP (Work in Progress) of a 1:18 scale figure for Sheriff "Hammerhand" Ragsdale. This is the parts I've put together from various figures to work with. I need to do some sanding on the body, then add his bracelet and sheriff stars. Then he will need to be painted up. I also need to fabricate his extra gun belt and straps and possibly paint some pistols. Comments and Criticisms welcomed. I'm hoping to have this completed by the end of the weekend.
