Miyazaki last movie. He's just announced retirement (I'll confess I've cried ). I've seen nearly ALL Studio Ghibli's movies, and in a World of "emotional pornography" (in movies, books, stories) I love these oasis of genuine and positive emotions. THANKS Hayao!! You gave me a lot, and I've learnt a LOT.

One of the BEST movies I've ever seen. Poetic, emotional, intense. And the sound-track... OMG, the sound-track is amazing (uh, well, Joe Hisaishi is great, always!!) OK, I admit I'm a fan of oriental movies....

So I just finish watching Smokey and the Bandit and watched the part with Sonny in it. But when he flew into that pond of water, I just had to laugh. The only thing I could think was, "He wasn't thinking that he would be doin' that more." I couldn't help thinking that since it's true. I wonder what he thought when he did have to do it, even though he was in a car and not on a motorcycle.

Anyone else seen Top Gun in Imax 3D? I saw it yesterday and it looked AMAZING. The first time I saw the whole thing. Now I love it. Commence the continual listening to the album. (Just normal me when I'm into something new.)

This movie stars Dewayne Johnson a.k.a. "The Rock". Its about a guy who gets released from prison after a botched bank job in which his brother is murdered right in front of him. This movie has a sweet looking 1970 Chevelle in it. This isnt for the kiddos, but I great movie none the less. Lots of action with some pretty good driving in it.

I love the son called "Get a Bloomin Move On it" it has this one verse called "The Self-Preservation Society" those three Mini's could give the General a run for the Money. It Stars Michael Caine as Charlie Croker.

Hey y'all I bought the Back To The Future box set on Sunday. My family are away down the country today, and I'm not feeling that great, so I decided to have a Back To The Future day. I wasn't around in the 80's, but I'm sure the idea of hoverboards and flying cars was very believable. Imagine what the world will be like in 30 years, in 2042!! I can easily imagine flying cars and hoverboards, especially since Doc and Marty have already been to 2015 and hoverboards and flying cars were common. So is everyone looking forward to converting their cars to flying mode? Or is everyone preparing for the end of the world in December?

I have my original DVD The Dukes of Hazzard The Beginning and I liked very of see and i think director Robert Berlinger did well the choice April Scott for be Daisy Duke, because she is very beautiful and Catherine Bach also! Okay I was searching the web to try to find out what year' Mustang was in The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift, and then I started (naturally) looking at other muscle car info sites and found the General Lee. Just watched this movie...with our own Tom Wopat in it...course he was a pshyco in it....stupid ants....anyways, if any of yall has seen it on sci-fi what did yall think of it? I didnt like the ending but it rocked!

Has anyone seen the previews of this move yet? I watched a preview of it online last night and saw one for the first time today on TV. Looks action packed and exciting. The only actor I know is Matthew McConaughey as the lead guy - Defense lawyer, Micky Haller. It will be coming out on theatres starting March 18th. The star of this movie appears to be a black 1969 Dodge Charger. Supporting co-stars include a Chevelle and a Camaro. Oh, Nicolas Cage is in it too, but who cares. Lookit the cars. This flick is described as an "action-horror" film. It won't be contending for any awards, but I give it early points for including real cars. I don't care if the acting is horrible and the script is awful. It's an hour and a half of car chases and explosions - count me in.

Worth seeing for the 1965 Chrysler Imperial decked out with rockets, flamethrower, and dual machine guns. There's enough mayhem in this flick to please anybody. It's an action-comedy, a thankless category that always gets shortchanged by critics and panned by serious movie goers who are looking for more blood and guts and fewer jokes. But if you see the movie for the sake of seeing a nutty, glass-breaking shoot-em-up with car chases and explosions, you'll like it. I don't know if any of ya'll got to see this movie on GMC, but it was a very good movie. Oh, did I mention Sonny Shroyer was in it? Well he was. It took at least a 1/2 hour, but he's in it. I would recommend this movie, even if it is just to see Sonny in it.

Who else loves this amazing suspense/thriller/drama/insanity movie!? This is for sure one of the best movies ever made. I go nuts every time I watch it, and much like the Dukes, it never gets old!!!

We usually don't go for Jim Carrey movies but this was a good one and we just gotta ask this pressing question. The guy who plays Mr. Falk, the lady's lover who's gonna lie on the stand...is it just me...or does he look a lot like Vance Duke? Did Christopher Mayer play this role? We looked it up on movies.com and it said "Chip Mayer". Did he use a different name? Say it isn't so Vance, say it isn't so!

One of my all-time favorite comedies, even though I'm not a golf fan. None of the characters, even Judge Smails, are really despisable. In fact, my sister and I will break out into Ted Knight impersonations and see who cracks up more. Bill Murray is a hoot. Rodney Dangerfield is still his wacky self. And don't get me started on the Baby Ruth in the pool scene. NOONAN!!!!

I like both of them but i preffer part 2. whats your favourite one and why.

i really enjoyed the first and the fourth one. but my favourite is the first one. i cant wait till the fifth one comes it in june 2011
