Okay so here's the idea I had... We all know about the fan of the month and fan of the year achievments going on in Hnet, judged by the great RogerDuke! Congratulations to all who have earned and will earn this honour Thing is, don't you guys feel that maybe the mods need some kind of achievment of their own? They work hard round here to keep the forums running as smoothly as possible and update the website to keep us informed of goings on in the Dukes of Hazzard world. I am on the lookout for original Dukes of Hazzard episode scripts. The information I really need is the draft stage (first, second, third, final, etc.) and the draft dates for each script. This information can usually be found on the first two pages of the script. If anyone has authentic Dukes scripts laying around, I would sure appreciate your help. I would settle for photocopies of the first couple pages of each script, as long as they have the information I need on them. I would even be willing to pay for the photocopies (within reason). I would prefer final drafts, but earlier drafts are perfectly acceptable. Here are the episodes I need script information for: 166862…

Where might I be able to find out the shooting dates for all 145 episodes of The Dukes of Hazzard? I'm interested in knowing when they were actually filmed as opposed to the order in which they aired on TV. I know this information has to be available somewhere, but the Internet has turned up nothing for me so far. Apparently the author of the book The Knight Rider Companion was able to find out this information for the entire series of Knight Rider. Well, hi, y'all! Cousin Gaylord Duke here, from England, just passing through Hazzard. I've got a couple of questions. I've just discovered, to my great pleasure, that the two Dukes TV movies (Reunion and Hollywood), which I've never seen, are finally out on DVD. However, they're only available to US customers, and I live in the UK and need a disc that works with Region 2. Now, looking on eBay, I see that there's a couple of people advertising this disc in the UK, and one of them claims that it's the official disc, and that it works in Regions 1, 2, 3 and 4. Ok I'm excited, I don't know if anyone else knows this, but the Dukes is officially avaliable to buy on itunes and download onto your ipod if it plays video!! I've been sending in request after request for the series to be put on there for about a year and finally its here! Season 1 and 2 although I think they got the seasons mixed up because Carnival of Thrills parts 1 and 2 are in with season 2 :S But yeah! I think this is a major breakthrough for the Dukes and Dukes fans everywhere all around the world!! WOOO!!

Hey, gang. Don't know if anyone else has noticed this but me, but in the original trailer for the 2005 Dukes movie (the one that starts with a countdown: 05...04...03...02...01), the "Yeee-Haa" yell heard as we see the General flying through the air doesn't appear to be made by Johnny Knoxville or Seann William Scott. It doesn't match with the way their yells sound in the finished movie, and it DEFINITELY doesn't match the yells used for the exact same shot at the beginning of the movie (where the General is freeze framed in mid air and the titles are superimposed over the car). This morning I started reading James Best's book "Best in Hollywood". I found out that he was adopted and his birth name was Jewel Franklin Guy. I'm almost 50 and my whole life I'd never heard the first name Jewel before (for a man at least) This evening I went to a college basketball game and (you guessed it) there was a guy named Jewel on the opposing team. After the game I showed him the book and we had a good laugh over the cool coincidence of seeing that name twice in the same day. I was impressed because he knew Rosco's real name. I posted this question in the fanfiction section, but was told to try here, too. I am looking for an old story about a bank robbery I think. Anyway toward the end of the story, Cooter sneaks into Tri-County hospital and finds Enos in the recovery room and they go out together to find Daisy. Enos' patrol car had been fired upon by robbers getting away and he'd crashed. They find Daisy and she and Enos are kissing at the end. I'm not sure what happened after that, I think it was toward the end. Does anyone remember it? Or know where it is? I appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks and God bless.

Here it is December 5 on the southern shore of Lake Erie between Cleveland and Buffalo and we just had our first snowfall. Normally by now, we'd have two feet of the white stuff, although much of that would have melted. However, our first snow came today at 4pm (EST). I saw in the newspaper that Houston got snow on Friday. I saw on the national news that Georgia, Alabama and other states in the south got snow Friday also. If not Friday, then Saturday morning. Think about that. How often is it that the Deep South of Dixie gets snow BEFORE parts of the Great Lakes? Has that ever happened before? I don't know about you folks but I find this absolutely amazing.

Well lol...I've been off for four and half days and my Thanksgiving was filled with family, it was really fun, I left my house with my dad and cousin to my Aunts and Uncles house and had a huge Thanksgiving supper and spent the night with my oldest cousins and then had a second Thanksgiving supper that night again when my Aunt and Uncle took me and my four other cousins to our nanas and then we came back to the house and went to sleep. From my cousins house my mom picked me up and I spent the last two nights with her and I'm finally home and sore and tired as heck lol.

Me and my wife and kids went to florida for thanksgiving on the way back decided to visit the dukes sites in conyers and covington and got some pictures not as many pics as i would like but we plan on going back next year. I will post some pics.

Hi All, You're probably sick to death on this subject! I've just fitted a set of dixie horns to my '67 MGBGT (Okay, not quite a Charger!). They're made by Alpex, and I'm not really too sure how good they are. Trouble is, they seem to play very quickly and they're very high pitched. Any ideas how I can slow the tune down a little, and get them sounding a little more in tune - they currently sound a lot like this: But these are Alpex horns, and these sound okay... Example:...I say Duke...the person takes the last letter E in duke and makes another word, like Enos....the next one starts another word with S...and so on, hope this catches on. P.S.
