This is my general lee a little different take, the graphics are done in a ghost image. At the moment it’s only the door numbers but the rest will be done in a few years when i take the vinyl top off and paint it orange. The flag and name will be added at that time. The engine is only 318 but that ok it’s good on gas and still sounds nice with the glass pack and mild cam that it has. Car shots:

I just finished a list of all the dirt bikes that were on the Dukes of Hazzard and will post it shortly. If anybody knows of any errors let me know. Please note that these are dirt bikes only, not street bikes. There were dirt bikes in 6 of the episodes Miz Tisdale was on. She was in 11 episodes. She was also mentioned on 3 other eps but didn't appear. According to my numbers, there were 16 episodes that had dirt bikes in them....at least. I wouldn't be surprised if I find more. Come to think of it.....what kind of bike was it that Cooter used to bust down the door of the Boar's Nest in a Georgia ep? Sounds like I have more work to do.

After building, modifying and generally working on bikes for the past few years I've decided to step things up a notch, and have a go at designing, fabricating and building my own custom bike frame. I went through about a dozen designs, before finally settling on this one. This is a cross between an American beach cruiser, and a chopper motorcycle. I've decided to use only materials I have in my garage for this build. Luckily I have some round steel tubing, which is ideal for the frame. I'm going to incorporate the rear fender into the frame, so will probably use sheet metal for the rear fender. The rear dropouts, where the back wheel goes, is going to be the front forks…

Can anyone tell me a good place in: New York/Massachusetts/Pensylvania/Connecticut that can do a decent Dixie paint job? I'm using a '92 Jeep, although I know Dixie's a CJ7, but I need something to tide me over until I can buy a Charger to make into a General! Please, help! Oh, and any other details can and will help. Thanks!

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v628/82rollafan/toyota27.bmp I took that last December, so it looks exactly like that. This car is well known around here for, well, not too many good things. I'm surprised it can handle the little jumps I've put it through. But I did have to replace a transimission mount just after I did the jumps...haha it was jst a bunch of twisted metal.

This is kinda like a sister thread to 'Rosco as a Valet' in the fact it's supposed to be humorous and bring some laughs. These are road signs and parking signs that I swear, would be right at home in Hazzard! hmm... I wonder if Bo and Luke just flew by... Yup... I'm sure at least a few of these can be found in Hazzard....

Although I love the Dukes of Hazzard - I must say that my all time fav t.v. show is Knight Rider. Which would explain why my dream car is a 1982 Firebird with T-tops. I may not have the year that I like - but I still have the general type and it does have T-tops. It is a 2.8 litre V-6 with a five speed standard transmission. the colour was originally a fadded brown - which looked grey - but now it is black. it will look alot better when it is finally completed. I have to fix the whole thing up and safety it before i can drive it. Once I have it fixed up - i will be showing before and after pics on the net at this site - if people want to see them, as well as at KnightRide…

8) On Monday I was at Taco Bell and I see this 1969 or 1970 Dodge Charger Daytona in bright Pink and yellow number 42 and a lady owns this car. Somebody called this beauty a Superbird, and she pulled into a autoparts store parking lot with this car.

Hey y'all. You'll probably laugh at me for this but my pride and joy isn't your standard General Lee. My General is a push bike! But when I first got it it was in similar condition to the General Lee in Happy Birthday General Lee.Its frame was bent at the front (its a former stunt bike so that's not too surprising),the ball bearings were non existent, and part of the frame had rusted away. The previous owner explained that he stopping using it about 8 years ago, after he had bent the frame, and that the bike was about 20 years old. I bought it for €20 (about $35 i think),which was probably way more than I should have paid for it. As soon as I got it back to my garage,I immed…

Hi ! I have a 69' Charger that I'm working to restore as a General. Does anyone here have any front side marker reflector lenses (with housing/gasket)? These are kinda pricey for such a small object. They don't have to be in mint condition. I just thought that I would write and ask...Thank you for any help! Kind regards, Aaron dunnsville_va@yahoo.com

hey hey, I was just curious about your people's experiences with online fraud / bad purchases... if any of you have actually been put in that situation -- I have... I've bought a salvaged $15,000 car on ebay, only to find out it was totalled while being transported. Looking forward to your feedback!!

Hello, I'm beginning work on the interior of my General. I know that saddle-tan is pretty common w/ a lot of the Generals. Have you guys ever used the VHT Vinyl spray before? If so, have you used the saddle-tan or Buckskin tan colors for anything in the interior? Here is the link: http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1∂=VHT%2DSP944&N=700+301990+115&autoview=sku Thanks for any help! Aaron
