On TV This Week

I was flicking through the TV channels tonight when I saw "The Dukes of Hazzard" in the listings. I've been here before, and then been disappointed to find that it's the 2005 movie, but this time it was the real thing. Dukes is being shown on a UK channel called Forces TV (part of the British Forces Broadcasting Service - Sky 181, Virgin 274, Freeview 96 and Freesat 165). They're showing double episodes at various times on Saturdays and Sundays - tonight I caught the end of 'Mary Kaye's Baby' and then 'Repo Men'. Okay, the Dukes haven't moved to Mexico despite the thread title. And for those of you familiar with the episode titles of the Dukes cartoon series and the world travels of the Dukes in that series, The Dukes of Mexico isn't a title of one of the episodes. But I thought folks might like this story. Earlier today my wife was watching a movie called "The Mexican" on TBS. It stars Brad Pitt and Julia Roberts. I was in the dining room reading the Sunday paper when all the sudden I heard Boss call Rosco on the CB and Rosco responsing.... Sure enough there's a brief moment in the movie where The Dukes of Hazzard appears in a motel in Mexico in the middle of a Brad Pitt scene. …

Just wondering if anyone had caught the first 2 eps of secret life/amarican teenager with John on abcFAM? I had a chance to see last weeks ep.-I missed tonights show but will try to catch the re-run at 12.... It's a little uncomfortable for me with all those teens talking sex but it's not a bad show...plus a chance to watch Bo ....uhhh I mean John:p Tues night @ 8 east repeats @ midnight east p.s. The ep. of Home Improvement with Tom Wopat was on TBS today great to see Tom!

I search Dukes of Hazzard on Time Warner Cable and there are no more showings other than the ones that will be on at 1 and 2 A.M. tomorrow. Could they not be showing it anymore?

Howdy Y'all....My friend told me today that John Schneider was starin in a movie called, "You've Got a Friend" on the Halmark channel today (Tuesday 10, 2009) at 9:00 pm....eastern time....Sorry I don't know the others...It started 8 minutes ago...but someone may catch it...I wish I had that channel...hopefully it will be on DVD...Well enjoy!

It looks like our two favorite Duke boys have been reunited in animation.... according to my source, they will appear in an episode of Phineas and Ferb on the Disney channel on: Fri, Feb. 12th at 9:00pm and Sat, Feb.13th at 11:30am They play the Wilkens brothers....

Hey y'all, I don't know who here gets the channel, but on 3/24/08 at 3:20 PM and on 3/27 at 12 PM, Eddie Macon's Run is going to be on. The Channel is OMAX. That isn't a typo, it is OMAX.

Has CMT suddenly had a change of heart and brought back the DOH? I noticed it's on a few times today and then a few other days this week several eps in a row so does that mean they don't have anything else to show? or that they came to their senses and are putting it back on the air? B.L

has anybody heard why they took the dukes off cmt its been since july going on 2 months now i'm a big duke fan anytime other channels would pick this show up like insp or abc family cause cmt wont listen to the fans anyways

I saw a preview last night for a new show on Fox called Standoff. In the preview Tom Wopat appears to be playing a bad guy in one of the episodes. Not sure which one, but the show will be airing on Tuesday nights this fall on Fox.

Flipping through the channels tonight, I was happily surprised to find John Schneider on "Diagnosis Murder" on the ION channel. I caught it right in the middle - though I guess that is better than catching the last ten minutes or not catching it at all. It was a good episode other than the fact that John played a real bad guy in it and at the end was shoved over the balcony! It was good to see him . . .even as a bad guy. Howdy Y'all...I was gonna tell y'all bout this movie fore it came on but I wasn't able to get on the computer. Anyways it was a movie called "Shark Swarm" with John Schneider as one of the main characters it was on Sunday May 25, 2008 at 8 o'clock on the Halmark Channel... It was pertty good...I didn't like it when he kept fallin overboard though. Has anyone else seen this? is It a new movie? The ending made it seem like there could be a sequel to it...is there or will there be? Sorry for all the questions all I know was it was a movie that had John Schneider in it and I had to watch it! Then everytime he came on the screen I said, "I got to hug him!" ha ha. I sure hope …

I was just flipping through the guide on my Dish Network and noticed that ABC is airing Dukes at 2:00 Today (eastern standard time). The bad news is that it's the Johnny Knoxville version so I won't be watching it. The great news is that one of the three major networks seems to have gotten the ball rolling again. If they can have the courage to do this maybe we'll see someone pick up the original series! I'm excited! There is now hope that sanity is being restored!

Mini-marathon today Friday 27th started 830am Central time a few episode tomorrow. Then looks like a daily episode at 9am Central time....YEEHAAW

I was at my parents' house last Friday (I don't have cable at my apartment) watching TV. While searching through the channels, I found "The Dukes of Hazzard" on TV - and not CMT! It was ABC family...it was on at eleven at night - central time. They were playing "Repo Men". I was really surprised to find the Dukes on another channel other than CMT! On the schedule of ABC Family, it shows other listings of the Dukes around midnight, but not every night. I don't know if this was listed other place, but figured I'd place a little note of notices of other sitings of our Dukes. Take care and keep it between the ditches Garrett Duke

John Schneider is on a 2008 movie called "Ogre" that is on right now if anybody sees this post tonight. (Saturday March 8...9-11 EST) It is on the SciFi Channel. This Ogre is awesome....great special effects!!

Tom and John will be on The View together on Wednesday February 20th at 11:00am on ABC. Good news good news!!!
