I heard from a little bird that Tom is accident prone behind the scenes this was from John's mouth he said that Tom falls down in the bathtub at his home when he is not on the set of Dukes and he has had a number of close calls in real life and on the set of Dukes so I ain't kidding about this.

I found this some where else and thought it was cute... 1 THING I LEARNED FROM THE DUKES OF HAZZARD Welding the doors of your car shut increases your coolness. You can't sit there and tell me that you didn't think the way Bo and Luke got in and out of the General Lee wasn't cool. Opening and closing the door like a normal person just wasn't good enough for these guys... they had to weld the doors shut and keep the windows rolled down to get in and out. The conventional way just takes too long! Bo and Luke were masters of the art of getting into a car through the window. I have acquired quite a collection of Tom's music over the past six months, including alot of his old country stuff (which is briliant!). Has anyone heard the 'live' version of "Road Home" that Tom has done somewhere along the road? I have it and it's my favourite of all! I'm just wondering if anyone else knows it?

Well, have to met Tom? And What was your preception of him? I ask because I've heard it different ways. Most people say he's nice, some people says he has an attitude to him, and there's somebody who said he was a bit of a prick. ~She-Wolf

I Love that Jean Jacket that Tom would wear on the show in the beginning of the show in the 2nd , 3rd season but how come he stopped wearing it later in the show ? Is that his jacket cause i seem to recall him saying that he brought his own clothes.

Yes Tom is my cousin. I'm not sure exactly how closely we are related, but I'm pretty sure he's my dad's 2nd cousin. I have personally never met him, but I know my dad went to his farm when they were kids. Hopefully one of these days I can meet him when he's in Wisconsin. There was one family reunion he was going to be at when I was younger, but he couldn't make it. So I just wanted to introduce myself, and let you all know there's part of the Wopat family on the board.

On one of the DVDs Tom mentions that he has 5 Children, but i thought he wasn't married. Can someone confirm this please?

As a huge fan of Tom Wopat (have you not guessed yet!) it has come to my attention over the past few days how different Tom looks now compared to when he was younger. Quite frankly, I can't decide, I like the way he looks both now and then! What about you?

hey everyone im a new dukes fan, just wanted to ask a quick question. when Tom appeared in cybill did his character have a dog called duke?.

I was wondering why does Tom have that one chipped tooth on his bottom row ? i bet it is because growing up his parents didn't have enough money but he also said once in an interview that he hasn't been for a dental check up in awhile or maybe something happened to him when he was a little kid that caused it ?

Why was Tom asleep in the General in the beginning of certain episodes ? like in " Sky Bandits Over Hazzard "? cause i remember reading that it takes him awhile to get his motor running Coffee is the only thing he can muster early in the morning so maybe he didn't have his Coffee ?

I received my weekly tv guide in the mail last night. It is a special edition that has a lot of comments from past tv guides. There is a quote from Tom Wopat in the 80's section regarding the Dukes of Hazzard. I wish I had it with me so I could type it in here. There were no pictures to go along with the quote to my dissatisfaction. Although it is pretty neat that from the whole decade of the 80's, he was one of the ones chosen. Go Tom!

I really love Tom's singing voice. Ever since I got those two CDs, I haven't been able to stop listening to them. Its like silk. Its very relaxing which I need when I am having an anxiety attack. Keep up the good work Tom, you're amazing!!!!
