Here's a tough ethical question for you. On September 18, 1993 Tom Wopat came to my small northwestern Pennsylvania town to give a concert at our fair. Of course I met him afterward and got a couple autographs, pictures etc. Before the concert, he pulled up to the stage by himself driving a Chevy Suburban type vehicle (I'm not exactly sure what it was). After the concert, I was pulling out of the gas station and (you guessed it), he came driving by all by himself in that same vehicle. Since I was going the other way I just said to myself "Wow, that was cool seeing him one last time" and continued on my way. Half way home I realized, I should have followed him and passed h…

Does anyone know where I can find Tom's early albums? The ones from the 80's and early 90's when he sang country music. I have been looking all over the internet and cant find them anywhere. I have been able to find most of John's but cant find Tom's.

I really found this funny: Bo and Luke went to Atlanta to get something for Jesse I think.. Anyways Bo and Luke come out of some city building and hop in the General and Bo starts to take off like he always does, FAST. Luke: "Bo!!!" Bo stops and says "What?!?!" Luke: "This ain't Hazzard!!!" I cant remember much about that episode but I remember having a good laugh. If anyone knows the episodes name please let me know I'd love to watch it again. Thanks

For those of you watching the Dukes on CMT. I believe they started what was the seventh and final season of the show last night. From what I remember growing up the show really showed its age during this season (it still had its moments, but they were running out of ideas) One of the things I noticed as a Luke fan that though he was my favorite character growing up, they really didn't change or explore his character that much (or the others either for that matter). Why does Tom have a beef against Byron Cherry and Chip Mayer ", is it because they replaced him and John when they left because if that is the case then his anger should be directed at WB not at Chris and Byron. I bet he still holds a grudge today since whenever he talks about them he doesn't have anything nice to say so I'm gussing he got mad at them?.

I didn't know this but on that interview with Tom on the 4th season", he says that he actully read for the part of Bo before he got to play Luke". So what I'm wondering is why did he get the part of Luke and not Bo ? even though I know that they were having trouble finding someone to play Luke I just was wondering how did it end up going to John instead.

Calling all Luke Duke and Tom Wopat Fans! This is so sad, in a radio interview Tom has said that he doesn;t feel his character and role as Luke Duke is as well recognised or as, in some way suggesting Luke wasn't as important, as Daisy and Bo! It made me so sad to hear that and I think we need to tell him just what we think!! Come on, lets hear some support!

For any critics, who want to claim the Dukes didn't have great actors (Sorrell Booke was a terrific actor for example) all one has to do is look at Tom's Broadway successes. He has been in a ton of major productions and is a Tony award winning actor. He has also put out some really solid recordings as well and you could make an argument that he has had the best of the "post" Dukes career (though the others have done very well).

Have you guys seen how good Tom looks in the music video he, John and Cathy did for the Season 7 extras? His singing is also great! I keep watching this over and over again. He still looks good!

Was browsing around in under the John Schneider section and stumbled back upon the old thread of "Which Bo Duke is Better". Being a Luke fan, I decided to do a Luke poll. My opinion varies. While I'll always be more partial to the original... I do like the Johnny Knoxville version. I've been a fan of Knoxville's since 2000. I'll admit, he wasn't dead on Luke's character, but the movie did have it's moments, be them few and far (if at all) in between. This movie was made for the newer generations, not the older. And I think a lot of people tend to forget that little keypoint. I like to think on the positive side though (and believe me, that's rare) when it comes to this m…

Hey Guys Just wanted to let you know to keep your eyes peeled wherever you are in the world, wherever you go because I was delighted to find a Tom movie called 'Burning Rage' at Blockbuster for sale! I brought it and watched it yesterday and its quite a good movie! A bit like Dukes with a corrupt politician destroying a town and Tom plays a sheriff who has to save the day lol. Its great, I was so happy cause now I own lots of John movies and am pleased to finally get my hands on something Tom is in besides Christmas Comes to Willow Creek

I just watched all the DVD extras last night including 'Dukevision'. It was so nice to see Tom participate on the extras with his busy New York broadway schedule. Tom looked so handsome sitting next to Catherine and John. It was nice to hear him do a commentary on an episode. Good news - Tom, John, and Catherine are participating on the season four extras too with the feature - 'Building the Legend - The Dukes Story'.

How many of you watched the two episodes of "Home Improvement" Tom was on? I loved them both and he was so hot!!! I have those episodes saved on my DVR to just watch over and over again.

This may sound like a dumb question but I was wondering if y'all know what Luke's middle name was I know that his name was Lukas K. Duke I think that it could be Keith because that seems to fit him or Kay ", if someone could clear this up for me I would appricate because this has been puzzling me for awhile because I know that Bo's middle name is James but Luke's is a mystery and Daisy's is Mae or he just very well not have one but I doubt it.

I'm just curious but do you think after his mom's death he may have had an imaginary friend ", to keep him company cause i know he took her death hard.

OMG Tom was amazing. He came down and sat at my table and shared a drink with me...will post more tomorrow...wow what a great night!!!!
