  1. You do realize that even behind bars, this place is still under my control, don't you? One little sign from me and HazzardNet could make Brian Coltrane disappear... *indulges in own evil laugh* MUAHAHAHAHAHA! *holds hand up, ready to snap fingers* Now, what was it you said again? You might want to think carefully before you respond...
  2. What I NEED is to be let outta heah! Ya do remember who pays ya to basically run amuck all ya please in this place each month, don't ya? *mutters under breath* Geez, you'd think they'd be a little more grateful... *grabs tin plate the cookies were on and bangs it back and forth against the bars* Let me out! Let me out!
  3. *chugs a few mouthfuls of milk and then shoves another cookie in* Yeah, dat's it! Fwee like the cowodd you awe!
  4. *turns and glares at Brian. Shakes fist at the black clad Coltrane* Brian! I'm gonna get you for this! I won't be in here long, mark my words. And when I'm out, you better.... Oooh, cookies! *grabs a cookie, continues with mouth full* "You bettah wftch out, Bwian! Cz awe troh ou in dis pwace and fwoh away da key! Fo'ewah!" *munch munch* Got any milk?
  5. Oooh... Executive Office? I'm an executive, but I didn't give no permission or budget to put this together. Hmmm... *spies something in the corner* Is that a box of old fan fics that need sorting? *Leans in to get a closer look.* Man, I did enough of that today. Maybe I should leave those for MaryAnne...
  6. Or why Rosco decided to go into law enforcement. Perhaps an example of how Rosco used to be one of the best law men in the state...
  7. Yeah, where's the speechifyin'? LOL. I love a good speechify. Khee!
  8. In an effort to clean up the fan fiction section a little, we're starting a retired fan fiction section for stories that haven't been worked on for a while and probably have no prospect of being finished. If you find a fan fic that you believe should be placed in the Retired Fan Fiction section, send us a PM and we'll review it. Also, if you find a quality fan fiction that you think should be revived, please let us know as well and we'll bump it. We're also working on a solution to identify and feature completed fics. If you know of a completed fic, please PM us and we'll find a way to identify it as such.
  9. Congrats! You know, there's something about this show bringing couples together. Khee!
  10. Technically, that's a two word title, but since it's the same word twice, I'll give ya a pass. LOL. MaryAnne, didn't you use "Fire" as an inspiration in one of your fics? LOL. I clearly seem to recall the words "I AM THE GOD OF HELL FIRE!" in one of your fics, but I can't remember which one. Or maybe I'm just going senile...
  11. What a strange coincidence! I just watched a clip of that scene from Mary Poppins tonight. But before that, I had watched Weird Al's and that's why I came here to post. LOL.
  12. Yeah, red hats are no longer permitted because hunters were mistaking other hunters for . LOL.
  13. I'd have to agree with you, that's one reason I love the Dukes too. My parents made sure we never went without, but the way we were brought up, experiences and family were more important than material things. I think that kind of thinking is a little rarer nowadays, but there are still folks keepin' it alive.
  14. Uhhh, I always knew it was a hunting cap. I just asked my husband, "What kind of hat does Uncle Jesse wear?" He said "A hunter's cap." So, I'd have to say that little detail didn't slip by in our household. Khee!
  15. -Jack Webb was Sgt. Friday in Dragnet. -Harry Morgan played Bill Gannon in Dragnet. -Harry Morgan was also Colonel Sherman T. Potter in M*A*S*H. -Both Sorrell Booke and Rick Hurst guest starred in episodes of M*A*S*H. That brings us to Dukes.
  16. I see the Welcome Wagon already visited here, but I'll say "Welcome to HazzardNet" anyway! :)

  17. I'm with you, Roger. Charlie would make an excellent Uncle Jesse. AND Simple Man is one of my favorite CDB songs as well. "You better watch where you're going, remember where ya been. That's the way I see it, I'm a simple man." I was raised on beans and cornbread too. ROFL.
  18. I watched the premier of Only in America with Larry the Cable Guy. It was hilarious! And I learned some stuff too. He visited with moonshiners in Dawsonville, GA and learned the roots of NASCAR. His visit to the Emily Post Institute had hubby and I rolling on the floor. It was hilarious. I wrote some about it here: http://www.fanforums.tv/threads/285-Premier-of-Only-in-America?p=404#post404
  19. No problem. Yeah, you see them so much that you feel like you know them like family.

  20. Poll added by use of my magic bag of admin tricks.
  21. How ya gonna twist that one? Ghost of Hazzard One? LOL.
  22. You know, I thought the same thing, but I didn't go back to check it. I just checked it and YES, they took out the camera.
  23. Did y'all notice the 01 was an 84? That's Roddy White's number. (Or if you go back to when Dukes was on, two players wore that number, Sylvester Stamp and Alfred Jenkins. LOL)
