  1. Wow ItalianFan, I love all those. I would put all 4 of those in my Top 10. General Grant, I hope you get a chance to see "Baa Baa White Sheep" sometime. In my opinion, that's one of best written Dukes episodes ever.
  2. I spent 3 summer camps out there!! Ask him if he ever went out to Camp Wilson where all the reservists hang out. It's a smaller camp a few miles away from the main one.
  3. Thanks Enos. I have a lot of respect for you too. You remind me a lot of myself when I was younger. You believe in the Good Book, hard work, honesty and treating people right. I suppose you folks heard from "High Octane" that my middle initial is L so I suppose I'll let you in on the secret. My middle name is Lee. You guessed it, named after the General. Well General Grant, as far as those slot machines go, I'll tell you what went through my head....steam. I'm pretty sure you could see it coming out my ears, I was so hot. The first boy I thought of was Bo but then I realized that them boys usually get in trouble together. Oh well, the story had a happy ending. That's what I love about living here. Hey Bo, I was wondering, does it bother you that Miz Tisdale can ride a wheelie longer than you? Daisy, did Jude Emery ever write to you or call? How's he doing? Luke, did you ever regret not going to college? You're so smart.
  4. All 4 of you are right. Bo wasn't in "Baa Baa White Sheep" Where was he? A) National Guard USMC Reserves C) boar hunting D) jail in Osage County
  5. You got all 3 right B.L. Sorry Bo, I made up still site #12. Which of these were on the show? Emery Potter's cabbage patch or old Clooney barn Mount Vernon Highway or Interstate 90 (episode names) Luke's Song or Daisy's Song
  6. I spent 3 months at Lejeune and 3 months at Parris Island South Carolina. If you want to see what Marine Corps boot camp was like back in those days watch the first half of the movie "Full Metal Jacket". Before I saw it, if somebody told me they could make a realistic movie about boot camp, I wouldn't have believed them. I would guess things have changed a lot since that was made though.
  7. Welcome to Hazzard County. This is the place to be if your a Dukes fan. What color is your hearse? Is it orange? Did you ever jump it over a creek?
  8. All 4 of you are right. DoubleX has 23 in a row (WOW!!) and Alex has 10. This question is from "Along Came a Duke" Who was Boss's Great Grandfather? A) Horrible Henry Hogg Moonshine Maximillian Hogg C) Lighthorse Harry Hogg
  9. It's good to see you back DaisyMae. You and Bo got all 3 right. Which of these were on the show? Hazzard County Preschool or Hazzard County Senior Citizens Center Putnam's Creek or Chickasaw Quicksand Bog Still Site #12 near Johnston's Overpass OR Still Site #7 near Clear Pond
  10. Hey Enos, if you and Daisy ever get married, who will you pick for your best man?...Bo, Luke, Cletus, Rosco, Cooter.....? Hmmm, refresh my memory now, was Rosco your intended best man when you got the hives?
  11. Hi Lori, I was in the Marine Reserves from 1978-1984. A big part of your Marine Corps experience will depend on what kind of military job you select and what the Middle East situation is like in the future. The best advice I can give you is to talk to people who are in now or have currently gotten out because I'm sure things have changed since I've been in. Those are the people who can give you the best advice so I'd talk to as many of them as you can. Don't make any hasty decisions. Learn as much as you can before you sign any papers because this is serious stuff.
  12. Thanks for telling me about this thread Bo. This idea came from the mind of a genius. Was that you Lori? This is going to be a blast. Is there any chance I can answer questions for Uncle Jesse or is someone else supposed to do that? YEEHAAWW!!
  13. Hey Bo and Luke, if orange cars became illegal, what color would you paint the General?
  14. Right Alex, Jessi and B.L. it's Hatchapee. Plainview County was from "Shine on Hazzard Moon" Alex has 9 in a row right (DoubleX still has 22) I agree Min, there's plenty for everybody so we'll both throw questions up there anytime we want. Maybe other folks will too....after all, it's clear these folks know their Hazzard trivia. Don't be shy everybody. This could get wilder than hot pursuit!!! Also from "Miss Tri-Counties" the three catagories that the three contestants competed in were racing, swimsuit and putting together a what?
  15. Which of these were on the show? Homer Griggs or Golmer Pyle Oxford Auto Parts Store or Mrs. Oxford's Boarding House Uchee Swamp or Uchee Road covered bridge
  16. Right Alex and Lori, it's Iron Mountain. Hey Min (or would you rather be called Jax, I can't remember.) it's going to be fun having you back on. Should we both post questions on the same day or should we alternate or what? We don't really have to have any system if you don't want to. I usually post questions and answers between 8 and 11 EST every night. It's going to be cool having someone else post trivia. It's not going to be as cool when folks find out how helpless I am on this end of a question. LOL Here's one for everybody...In "Miss Tri-Counties" three counties were represented? Hazzard, Riverton and......Plainview OR Hatchapee?
  17. Thanks for telling us Bo. Well, when you read a post like that, everything else on the trivia threads seems.....well....trivial. We'll be thinking about her. If you keep in contact with her please update us on how she's doing....unless, of course she'd rather keep the details private.
  18. Welcome back Min. I've missed you. Everybody got it right, she was a Baptist. DoubleX has 22 in a row right and Alex has 7. This bit of information was on more than one episode but it first came up on "Bad Day in Hazzard" When driving from Hazzard to Chickasaw, what mountain do you need to go around before you are in CB range of being able to talk to someone in Chickasaw? A) Razorback Mountain Mount Vernon C) Iron Mountain
  19. Sorry DaisyMae but I checked all my records and the best I could find was a dynamite shack. I wish I could call it a "factory" but I just can't. Well, look at it this way, breaking your record of 41 in a row is going to be pretty tough so you'll be on top for quite awhile.....or maybe you'll break your own record again someday. I'll be back tonight with 3 more...
  20. Welcome to Hazzard County Joey. Who's you little buddy? He looks mad about something. Oh well, he'll get happy real quick as soon as he finds out how much fun it is here. Buckle up for safety!!!
  21. Don't worry Brian, I'll protect you. I'm sending Maudeen the Mule to kick them city horses butts.
  22. Thanks Denver C. I've been practicing for years. Well Brian, you sure gave me a sigh of relief. I've only been using a computer for less than a year and Hazzardnet is the only website I've ever been on in my life so I'm pretty ignorant to how this newfangled techno stuff works. When I started getting attatched to the Hazzardnet I was a little nervous that I would fall in love with this version of Hazzard County Georgia and then it would somehow go POOF and all disappear. (See I really am dumb with technology...I bet computers seldom go POOF) Anyway, when you wrote in your post that "We've got many more years of Hazzard County fun ahead of us" I got a big smile on my face. That's what I wanted to hear (but was afraid to ask). It's reassuring to know that Hazzardnet is in it for the long haul. I know I plan on being here until I go POOF
  23. Alex, I went back a ways and I can find that you have at least 6 in a row right. If you know of more, let me know. I bet you'd give DoubleX a run for the money if you logged in more often. There I go, trying to stir things up. I feel like Cooter teasing the boys about who's the best driver. Don't ya just love competitivness?
  24. Well, I've been doing this a few months and it's run pretty smoothly but now I have a problem. Hogg's abandon ice house is from season 7 but I have to go through my records to make sure there's not an abandon dynamite factory. I know that there was at least one dynamite shed but it wasn't a factory. Before I say that the streak has ended, I need to make sure. I will add that I'm not real optimistic but I take this very seriousely and don't want to mess it up (well, I don't take it that seriousely...after all the Dukes are supposed to be fun LOL)
  25. DoubleX extends that streak to 21. Alex, you might have a little streak going on too. I think I remember you correctly answering some awhile back. If you get this answer right, I'll take time to look it up. From "Luke's Love Story" (season 1) did Boss say that his deceased Mama was a Luthern or Baptist?
