I'm so happy for you Garrett that I can't stop smiling. I know waiting in line that long can be a hassle but the bright side of it is this... it proves that the Dukes of Hazzard is just as popular now it was 30 years ago and it shows you that it will still be this popular 30 years from now. (Bo will be 81 then by the way). Congratulation Garrett! You're an awesome person and I'm glad you had fun. .....and I'm still smiling!

Happy birthday to Daisy Duke on March 1st. Hopefully Boss will give her the afternoon off and make HossC be the bartender for the day so Daisy can celebrate. Wait a minute, as I recall it's Hoss's mom's birthday too so he should spend the day with her. Maybe we can get Brian Coltrane to bartend on Thursday instead. Make mine a buttermilk Brian. Hoss is buying.

Don't worry about it. Nobody in their right mind is going to think anything bad about the Girl or Boy Scouts. I'm not even going to click on that link and read it because it would be a waste of my time to pay attention to some confused person who wants to turn a good thing into a bad thing. The best thing to do it just ignore people like that. They're not worthy of your respect so that means you shouldn't take anything they say seriously and you certainly shouldn't waste your time listening to them.

Since I like dirt bikes I have all the episodes written down in my notebook that feature motorcycles but I've never owned a horse so I didn't write those down. I do remember the scene though but that doesn't help. Daisy took Enos to the airport but now Hoss has me thinking. I'm pretty sure the boys weren't in the car too. I do know only Daisy was in the good bye scene. I guess I'm getting a little rusty with trivia.

This issue has gotten coverage on HLN (HeadLineNews) and USA Today. I'm pretty disappointed at NASCAR for banning the General Lee. Political correctness has gotten out of hand. What are they going to do next, ban the pre-race prayer? Woops, I'd better not give them any ideas. I could write much more about how I feel about this subject but our three moderators are smart enough to not allow politics here and I agree with that policy entirely so I'll share my strong views elsewhere.... and strong they are, since I'm very offended with the implication that good folks like Dukes of Hazzard fans have an evil side.

My first car was a royal blue 1975 Mustang II that I took over payments of when my brother went into the Marines in 1977. The payments were 99 dollars and I had a steady part time job after school so it was no problem making them. I owned it for 11 years and it will always be my favorite vehicle..... Unless I get my dream vehicle someday, a white 1973 F-150 Uncle Jesse truck!

You're right about that being a scarey wreck Garrett. I didn't see the race but I saw the wreck on ESPN. I'm happy for your sake that NASCAR's back Garrett. I know it was a long winter for you. So, how are the experts predicting David Ragen's year is going to go? He's from Georgia so he's my favorite. By the way, he's from the northern part of the state like the Dukes isn't he?

Cool! Although I prefer to think Uncle Jesse is still alive and he's going out to plow the back 40 with Maudine the mule tomorrow.... I have to admit I like the picture of him in Heaven.

I seen something in the newspaper about Waylon's family releasing some of his never before heard music sometime soon. Since my computer skills are bad, maybe somebody here can find it and post a link with more information. It sure would be cool to buy Waylon's new album. It's been a long time since I've done that! Waylon lives!

Great pictures! Before I realized Tom was using a marker to sign the dashboard I thought something else was going on. I thought he was using a mini-flashlight to look for something illegal that Rosco had planted in his car to get him thrown in jail. I guess I had nothing to worry about. Tim Duke is a big strong guy and I don't think Rosco would try to pull anything sneaky with him around.
