  1. Welcome to the HazzardNet Kip. Good luck with your search. Let us know if you find anything out.
  2. Any chance we can get more details?..... Like what were some of the questions and answers?

  4. They're a foot long and about 8 inches wide. They're from interior walls so they're in decent shape even though they look real old. They're unpainted and the edges are tongue-in-groove. I'm going to have to rewatch the Georgia episodes to see if I can find the wall although I don't have my hopes up that I'll se able to see the exact wall and even if I do, I can't be 100% sure my boards ever appeared on the TV screen. They were part of the farmhouse and that's good enough for me.
  5. Usually the folks who agree with me don't have much fun when they find out I was wrong....LOL I wonder if the folks at the wedding liked Hoss's hat.
  6. There's a website you can get on to see the ISS or space shuttle in orbit. (getting ready to launch soon). I don't remember what it is but I'm sure googling it would be easy. You have to be in the right place at the right time but the site explains all that. Of course it doesn't predict clouds and that's the biggest challenge, at least here in Pennsylvania lately.
  7. These are awesome James! I've been an amateur astronomer for 16 years now. It's the only hobby I've ever had that I loved ALMOST as much as Dukes and I'm still very active in it although not quite as much as a few years ago. My telescope is a 10 inch (diameter) Dobsonian. It's about the size of three 5-gallon buckets stacked on top of each other. I've seen a lot of nebulae but the human eye doesn't see a lot of color in them. And by the way Hoss, I'm impressed you know nebulae is the plural of nebula and not nebulas!

  9. I'll be looking for you in the front row at Westminster Abbey Hoss. I assume you'll be the one with the orange 01 hat. Yell YEEHHAWWW when it's really quiet in case I can't see the hat. On "Who wants to be a millionaire" they say to go with your first instinct so I'll go with A) Handleyville. I'm not sure what ep it was mentioned but I know it was mentioned once.

  11. Okay, I'm back from my nervous breakdown...LOL I can make it a whole week (or even year) without missing anything else on this computer....except HazzardNet. After a few days of prioritizing things in my life I feel much better now. I was getting a bit overwhelmed and had to throw a few projects out the window but I'm back on track now after streamlining things. If I have too much that I'm trying to accomplish and it starts to get to me I usually just make a list and put the most important things at top, but in this case I had to do that AND eliminate a few things to keep my sanity. Ralph Waldo Emerson said "to be simple is to be great" and I know what he meant. When life gets too complicated it's just no fun. DukesLuvah, how did that go? (or hasn't it happened yet?) I don't have twitter....or even a cell phone for that matter. Thanks for the well wishes Brad. CDoherty95, it technically fits into the Christian science fiction genre. This is my second attempt at a book. The first one was a modern day romantic fiction. I doubt either will get published because it's a competitive business but I won't feel good if I don't make an honest effort trying. Thanks for asking.
  12. I've been a little stressed out lately with all I've been taking on so I'm going to try a little experiment. I'm going to go a whole week without using my computer. Please don't worry about me. I'll be fine. I've become a bit of a slave to this contraption and it's starting to get to me. The only thing I'm going to do is check my e-mail once a day. That's it! I wish I didn't have to do that but I'm working on getting a book published so I have to. The book is one of the things that's been stressing me out but, mostly, I just need a break. Thanks for understanding. I'll catch everybody next week. I've never done something like this before but it's time. I'll let you know what a week was like without a computer. God Bless, Roger
  13. Welcome to the HazzardNet Simon. We're honored to have you. We hope you enjoy this place. We sure do.
  14. Hmmm, I wouldn't know where it is in "WB backlots" Where is it on the episode...Capitol City?
  15. Nobody here would say that you're crazy! I'm not surprised that "Happy Birthday General Lee" is your favorite episode. My guess is that it's the favorite ep of anybody who has ever built a General. Thanks for keeping us updated.

  17. The older skinny man pleaded his case to Rosco "Now I'm really sorry about this Sheriff but I can't hardly help it. I think she has the vapors. I replaced the fuel filter and tuned her up this morning. She was running fine until a mile ago. Besides, I had my four way flashers on so it really ain't my fault." Enos "That's what I told you Sheriff. He has his four way flashers on just like the law says he's supposed to" Rosco was irrated with his deputy "Hush you dipstick. Don't forget who yer superior commander is. Superior means your opinion is inferior so you should hush!" Enos tightened his lips and looked down at the dirt road in submission. Rosco stood there for a second thinking and then smiled "Well after giving it some thought I think I'm going to have to give you tickets for illegal parking, creating a traffic hazard, impeding traffic, having an unsafe vehicle and disorderly conduct. Khee Khee!" The man responded with alarm in his voice "But Rosco! I ain't got the kind of money to pay all those fines. Business has been bad lately and I'm flat broke. In fact, I'm broker than broke." Rosco displayed a clever smile "I tell you what then. Maybe....just maybe we can work something out"
  18. Well then I guess I'm going to call you that too. Now that you're into it a little more deeply is the car in better or worse shape than you originally thought? So, do you think this is going to be a project that will take several months? Keep up the good work Cooter!
  19. Nice job Hoss. I haven't been to a demolition derby in years. That sounds like something I might want to do this summer.

  21. Welcome to Hazzard County Ed. Sorry to hear about your Mom. Thanks for serving your country. I agree with you that the older shows are better!!! Roger
  22. You're off to a great start! It looks kinda weird seeing the General on his side! Thanks for posting the pics. This going to be fun (especially since I don't have to any of the manual labor)
