  1. Which of these were on the show? Plainview County OR Overlook County Vern Baskins OR Ernest Worrell George Jones OR Tammy Wynette
  2. Hmmm, nice job of paying attention. I wouldn't be surprised if Hoss puts up a sceeen grab to confirm that.
  3. Nice work as always Hoss. 'Ol Ace was quite a character!
  4. Welcome to the HazzardNet garrett. I hope you get a response soon.
  5. Lizzy and BL are right. Right after I posted the question I saw the post about sharing birthdays with the stars of the show. Cool coincidence! From "Deputy Dukes" who said "We're country boys. We don't use no money. We just barter our way through life. Ya know, if you was to offer me a bushel of corn there ain't no tellin' what I might do for ya."? A) Bo Luke
  6. practice
  7. Little John Schneider was just 7 days old when I was born. We're both 52. My grandson Luke (not named after Luke Duke) was born on Waylon's birthday (June 15)
  8. I had the opportunity to meet Tim at a Dukes event in Canton Ohio. You're certainly right Brian. He sure is passionate about the General Lee. I don't know anybody who knows more about 1969 Chargers than he does. .....and he certainly is worthy of the Fan of the Month award. Congratulations Tim and keep your General between the ditches!
  9. You got it right Hoss. It's People. Who's the only star of our favorite show who celebrates a birthday in July?

  11. There is no place in the entire series where they revealed how old any of the Dukes were. On "Happy Birthday General Lee" Luke said that they first got the General when Bo was just out of high school and Luke was just out of the Marines. That would imply that Luke is four years older than Bo because 90% of Marines back then only stayed in four years. But that presents a problem because in a different episode Luke's Marine buddy comes to town and it is revealed that Luke was a combat vet in VietNam ( I think that was "The Great Hazzard Hijack). If Bo got out of high school in 1978 (like John Schneider did) Luke would have joined the Marines in 1974 but US Marines weren't in combat situations that late in the war to the best of my knowledge. Swamp Molly rescued Jesse from the Feds in 1936. Denver Pyle was born in 1920. Boss's brother was born on 4-6-26 according to the episode "Baa Baa White Sheep" Since they're twins that means Boss was born then too. Rosco was 48 in the episode "Mrs Rosco P Coltrane" and was the quarterback for Hazzard High in 1944 in a different episode. Of course how old they were in real life compared to their ficticious ages were two different things. Enos and Daisy were shown to be about the same age but Sonny's waaay older than Catherine.
  12. All I see is a red X where the picture is supposed to be. I would like to learn about how to get parts like those. Of course the big problem would be insuring that they're authentic. Hopefully someone can get your pictures to pop up.
  13. Complete the name of this episode from the Dukes cartoon series. Boss O'Hogg and the Little (blank)" A) Surprise Treasure C) Secret D) Fib E) People F) Sheriff
  14. Great stuff Hoss! Thanks for sharing it.
  15. I have two words for you Monster01... Awesome! Absolutely Awesome! (Okay, your project's so cool I needed more than two words to describe it!)
  16. Wow, I bet that 4,5,6 matchup gave the commentators a lot to talk about. You don't too often see these three future hall of famers bunched up that close together. Thanks for the update Garrett and thanks again for letting me know about David Ragen.
  17. Thanks for posting this Dixie. Hey Hoss, you're good at posting links. Any chance you could put up something where we could get more information on this? My ERTL doesn't have an antenna so I suspect it's not the same ERTL you mentioned. I'd consider buying one if it's a big improvement. Thanks

  19. LOL Thanks for clearing that up. I've been confused more than once by screen names. The nice thing about this place is that it doesn't matter if you're male or female or what your race or age is or if you're American or not. Everybody's here because we have a common bond for the greatest show to ever be on television. I always get a smile on my face when I see young folks become Dukes fans. I occasionally get worried when I think that the popularity of the show might drop but something always pops up that shows me the Dukes of Hazzard will still be popular decades from now. I'm 52 years old and when I'm on my death bed someday (48 years from now) I hope I have a Dukes DVD on with a smile on my face knowing that there's still a lot of people in the world who share the same values that the Dukes have. Welcome to the HazzardNet!

  23. Hey check out my number of posts... Our favorite car is a '69 and it has an 01 on the side. That's just such a cool number I'm never posting again. I don't want it to change. Just kidding, you folks are stuck with me.
  24. Welcome to the HazzardNet!
