This was portrait I drew of Boss Hogg from the episode "Duke vs. Duke." Boss was explaining to Rosco that his secret weapon against the Duke boys was a "seeecret." The expression on Boss' face after he made that statement is priceless, even though it was for only a fraction of a second. I must say...he was my favorite character on the Dukes.

This is the other project I started around the same time as Daisy's Jeep. It's Swamp Molly's 1946 Chevrolet 1/2 ton pickup. The same truck also appeared (slightly more distressed) a few episodes later in 'Deputy Dukes'. I could continue adding rust and primer well into the new year, but I've decided to call it finished . I still love muscle cars, but I've started to really like these curvy pickups from the '40s and '50s. I'm thinking of doing a restored version of this one, so watch this space .

I've given all the best known vehicles their own threads, so I thought I'd start one for some of the miscellaneous vehicles. I can't promise they'll all be multiple views because they take ages. I'll kick it off with Petey Willis's 1968 Chevy Chevelle Malibu from 'Welcome Back, Bo 'n' Luke'. The hood comes complete with a Corvette L88 scoop. The sponsor stickers all seem to be for fictional companies, and reappear on race cars in other episodes. I've noticed that in many episodes there were two or more similar vehicles playing the part of one. I'm putting this here because it is considered fan art. But this is something I've thought was needed. If you use Google Chrome, you might have searched for a Dukes of Hazzard theme and found out there was none. Well no worry, I have created one. It might not be the best but I think its useable. I thought it was about time that 'the law' was represented in 'Fan Art'. Here's my version of Rosco's patrol car. I've gone for the most commonly used model, a '77/'78 Plymouth Fury. Once they had settled on this model, there are only very small differences between them eg. mirrors, lightbar and fixings, side strip etc. Now that I have the basic shape, I intend to do one or two of the patrol cars from surrounding counties.

Thanks to everyone for your comments. I've had a few questions about how my pictures are done, most recently from dukefan1, so I thought I'd try a brief explanation. I'm not saying this is the right way, just my way. Most of the computer images we deal with everyday are some kind of bitmap ie. a rectangular block made up of a grid of different colored dots or 'pixels'. This includes everything from drawings done in MS Paint to digital photos. They're very convenient for most purposes, but do have limitations. Here's the Mean Green Machine from season 5. For those of you that don't watch the Coy and Vance episodes, it first appeared in 'The New Dukes', and returned in 'The Return of the Mean Green Machine'. This was one of the easiest projects so far due to the body being mainly straight lines, although I only had screengrabs to go by. Like the camo patrol car I did recently, the paint job is not indended to be an exact copy, I was just going for the general look and feel. I based this version on its second appearance in 'The Return of the Mean Green Machine'. This is Boss Hogg's Triple White 1970 Cadillac DeVille Convertible. I was tempted to cheat and do it with the roof up like it was in 'Daisy's Song', which would have saved me having to do the interior , but this is how we remember it. Aside from the horns on the hood changing slightly during the show's run, it stayed pretty much the same. One notable exception to this is the door mirrors which are usually the stock, rectangular Cadillac ones in long shots (and as I've used here), but change to circlular, non-Cadillac ones in close-up studio shots. I'm guessing this is because the word 'Cadillac' appears prominently on them. I've included all the stock badges/emblems in my…

This one's been on the back burner for a while. It's Miz Tisdale's Checker cab from 'The Hack of Hazzard'. IMCDb lists it as a 1971 model. I've helped Bo and Luke out by removing the rust/primer and replacing the emblem on the hood - to be honest I had enough of rust and primer on Swamp Molly's pickup . The only other disclaimer is the poster on the trunk. Despite watching the episode over and over I couldn't make out the small text. I'm sure the top line is correct, and I'm fairly sure the line under 'Funeral Home' isn't 'Hazzard', but I just couldn't read it. Didn't know whether to post this here or in Hobbies - I'm sure the forum mods can move it if they wish. Since getting CorelDraw I've been playing around with vector-based artwork, and thought I'd have a crack at General Lee. It's still work-in-progress as I keep thinking of details to add/change. Basically it's a mixture of styles - crossed flags from Geogia episodes, wider nudge bar, red Georgia plates, headrests from Lee 1, white letter tyres etc., but being vector-based they're all easily changable. It's hardly surprising that Uncle Jesse had trouble finding his mortgage money each month, he changed his truck nearly as often as Rosco changed patrol car. In the Georgia episodes he drove a '68 Stepside with the red Ford lettering clearly visible on the tailgate. After that he drove a variety of F100s, F150s and even F250s (so I've read elsewhere), some with short beds, some with long, and with varying amounts of dirt. Bo, Luke and Daisy's desire for driving clean vehicles never seem to extend to Jesse's truck. Other trim pieces like mirrors and hub caps also appear/disappear randomly. G'day everyone, I have been very quiet and haven't posted alot really but have started a cool Dukes of Hazzard project - custom pinball. What can I say other than this will be a massive project that is going beyond my current skill set (hoping to learn enough to finish this dream project). It will involve CAD designing, timber work, steel work, artwork and god help me programming. It will be a full size pinball with a cabinet designed off the well known and typical Bally / WMS 90's cabinets with some unique mechanisms inside. I'm started down the road of a project I've had in the back of my head for some time. My goal had been to recreate one of the iconic buildings of Hazzard to serve as a showcase for the 1/25 scale MPC DOH car kits. I quickly gravitated to Cooter's garage- for me, it has the most character and recognizability. Following in the footsteps of HossC, I've been rearching the building inside and out. Unlike some of the facade buildings on the Warner backlot, this one actually has a practical interior- when you see scenes inside the garage, they really are inside the garage building just off Hazzard Square. Hoss's General Lee artwork (which I think looks really good) reminded me of something I did on an old fanfic folder years ago (like 14 years ago...). Keep in mind y'all, I can't draw. What I ended up doing was tracing the two cars you see in the picture. What I can't remember tho' is what image I traced them from. The folder had started with the just the Confederate flag and the 01 box on it. Then I drew the crossed racing flags. Then I realized the rebel flag looked out of place so I started drawing the General around it. Then I had all that room on the back of the folder and thought, "I need Rosco's patrol car!"
