Dukes of Hazzard Movies

I just watched one episode where Luke was curled up in the back of Roscoe's car with Flash. When Roscoe got out and left, so did Luke. Luke said "Good girl" to flash. I'm lost. I was thinking Flash was a dude. Maybe Luke lifted the tail farther than we did....

Where are Coy & Vance now? Are they still making shows? Are they living in California? Any info...???

Ok i have read that Scott's Bo seems stupped but there where times the John's Bo was'nt the brights lights in all of Hazzard Also in the movie they seem to be women crazy but they where like that in the show to. Luke love story he what to be with her but yet he did'nt what to stop seeing other women :x and in other show the guys ether where runing after girls or very happy about spending all night out with a girl. From the first ep they uesd bad words. They where alwasy blowing or runing people off the road yet in the movie when they don't people cry about it. I ran into Paul Walker at Sema in Las Vegas and asked him when the Dukes movie was coming out. He said that he was not cast for the part? The last I heard he had it. Who is playing Bo Duke? Ok so what if Jessica is blone and the Bo and Luke dont dress or acted like the original's. The tralor looks good and just maybe they wont act or look dumb when the movie comes out. But yet some people already have there minds made up that this movie is going to suck. Im not saying it going to win an ocser. Saw the movie for the first time today as today is the first day it came out in the cinema in the UK. I thought it was great. One of the best movies I have seen in long time. It is also one of the better re-makes Hollywood has done. I thought all the cast and crew and Warner Brothers did a great job on this movie. I really enjoyed this movie and so did my Dad who came and saw it with me. I really liked what they did with Boss,Enos, Rossco and Jessie. Gooter was great as always and I enjoyed Sheev who was a fun new character. I would like to of seen more of Cletus and more of down-town Hazzard. Does anyone else think that they fact they are using like '80s Caprices as the Hazzard County sherriffs cars in the movie is totally gay? I mean when I was a kid growing up in the late 90s and first got into the Dukes, I'd fantasize about what the show would be like with modern cars esp like Crown Vic police cars.... Keep the General a 69 Charger, but for god's sake why they used Caprices is totally beyond me... If they wanted to be like the old show, get 76 Furys, or if they wanted to modernize the whole thing (which I think they did) why not use 99-present Crown Vics!!! Its completely insane to me... I saw this movie today in the UK and there is no talk of any drugs in this movie. I know 12 seconds got cut from the uk version and I also know that Jay said that when the DVD comes out they will have 1 DVD that is the same as the one you see in the cinema and another one that will be an adult one which will be a bit different to the other one. I am not sure what Ben Jones and any other Dukes fan is moaning about. If I had young kids I would take them to this movie. I see nothing to adult about this movie.

I'm new to this so please be gentle with me!! Preview screenings of the new Dukes movie opened today in the UK, (officially opening on Friday 25 Aug). Growing up watching the original series I had mixed feelings about the film. Being a lifelong fan it is great to see the Dukes on the big screen at long last. Although disappointed that none of the original cast were involved. When I arrived at the 10 screen cinema I was the only person in the auditorium! By the time the adverts and trailers had been shown there was a grand total of 10 people, not a good start!!! I felt that the film had a slow start and didn't seem to be going anywhere. I'm of the opinion the original cast can't ( and shouldn't ) be replaced. But there's something to be said for keeping the Dukes of Hazzard adventures going for generations to come, so long as '69 Charges don't become extinct in the process. That bein' said... The "next generation" concept, which would give the original cast well-deserved screen time, would be the best way to appeal to longtime fans while drawing new folks that never saw the show in their life. went to a website about sean william scott (has great info on movie) filming of the Dukes is scheduled to start Nov 9th in louisiana. one of those teen maguzines PEOPLE ??? had an article about Nick and Jessica's relationship and said that Jessica was currently filming Dukes of Hazzard If this is true it raises a lot of good questions like who was cast as Rosco Cooter Enos???? why film in luisiana it should be at the town sqaure on the backlot at WB in Burbank CA. Or mabe in Georga where the first five episodes where filmed. This movie is starting to sound WACK no wonder BEN JONES was so outraged. the producers don't know what there doing.

Just saw a quick story about the movie on Entertainment tonight. Not very informatinve but showed some pretty cool shots of the General in action. Uncle Jesse apartently drives a blue mid 80's to early 90's Dodge Pick-up truck, and saw Knoxville dressed in Boss Hogg's outfit. Daisy kicks some guy in the chest at the Boars Nest, and it showed Scott filming a scene driving the General by himself. Other than that it didn't show much.

So long as we're Christmas shoppin' for what we'd like in the new Dukes flick, lemme throw this one out there. Besides the '69 Charger starring as the General Lee, what other types of late-model cars or muscle cars would you want on the big screen? I remember that a Mustang was in the first reunion movie, and I enjoyed the fact that it was companionable to the General as far as age goes. (Anybody remember it, the "Double Zero?" I dont' recall the model year of the Mustang - it's a Ford, so you'll have to excuse me. But it sets a good example. It also got it's own die-cast release by ERTL. So WB could clean up on merchandising above and beyond the General Lee toys, …
