I think everyone wants to have that infamous instrumental music played on the first 6 episodes of "The Dukes of Hazzard" that was filmed in Covington, GA before moving to California. Especially the FIRST episode during the chase scenes. Well, still no luck. BUT, I came across a Waylon Jennings tune called - "Big Ball In Cowtown". It's on his 1976 'live' album. This song sounds VERY & EXTREMELY similar to the instrumental music. Once you hear this song, you'll agree. I bet this song was the influence for the instrumental music. -Dar. One day a girl was sitting at home watching Dukes of Hazzard, All of a sudden, the channel went all fizzy then went out completely, the girl was CRUSHED!!! Her FAVORITE SHOW GONE!!! 'Ow well' she thought 'I still have Hazzardnet' so she went to go online... it turns out her COMPUTER HAD A VIRUS... and was busted. Which of the cast members have you met and what was your best and/or worst experience? I'm proud to say that I've met all the surviving cast members and more than once. I'm also happy to say that all my experiences were good ones. I've met Tom and John through their concert tours they did in the late 90's. I just finished watching this episode from season 6. And I'd be willing to bet that June Forray of Looney Tunes fame dubbed over the voice for the character 'Terry Lee' Played by Danny Cooksey. Anyone else notcie this? Was it ever explained why?

When I first started watching the Dukes (1st season), my best friend had already seen it (her DVD's), and she told me about Daisy's Jeep, and about her yellow car going over a cliff, so I was actually looking forward to that episode (she didn't tell me which Episode). When I was watching Herbie Goes Bananas some time ago I saw a scene which looked to have been taken on the Golden Oaks Movie Ranch. Can you imagine they try to enter this bug in the Brazil Grand Primeo Formula One race? Then after watching the movie I went to www.imdb.com and in the trivia section it said this "The only classic Herbie film to not be shot at the Golden Oaks Ranch". From their older movies I know that they used the pond and a tree at the Ranch. When I saw this scene, which is very short. The mountains look like California while the movie is set in Brazil. I was wondering if anybody else noticed, and I could be wrong, but the show the Gilmore Girls that plays on the WB and Family channel looks like it is filmed on the same set as the DOH. Maybe you all know this already but looking at the town square, the gazebo in the middle, the buildings, I'm almost 100% positive that is Hazzard County. Has anyone else noticed this?

Hi, I just wanted to give yall a quick update. The surgery went fine and her heart did good. But when she was in recovery, her heart started to slow down, I think. When we saw her in her hospital room, she was alert and talking. But her heart was starting beating slow and has stayed that way, but she is being monitored carefully and regularly. My mother and I (especially me) was very nervous, but I got better when people from our church and family started to come in. Please continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers. Hi everyone....I am new to this site and let me tell u one thing I love the Dukes of Hazard. I was exploring the net trying to find websites about them today and I found this one. This site looks pretty good right now of course I haven't seen everything yet. Hope to talk to you all soon.

Just though I should share this. Unfortunately this is not in english but Dutch though you can still enjoy the crashes. For the viewers looking closely you can see that about half of the footage is taken at circuit Zandvoort in the 70s and 80s. Also there is on DAF painted as a General Lee at the start of one race. Nowadays we still race backwards on dirt tracks only made especially for that one race, they will demolish the track and re-used it as farmland like it was before the race. We mostly have these races on Koningsdag and ascension day. No caravan races anymore but we still sometimes do drive on two wheels just to entertain the crown in the break. If you wan…
