Hi you have ever seen a movie called Moonrunners 1975 was made like The Dukes Of Hazzard carrying whiskey for Uncle Jesse in what does it remind you of between Moonuners and The dukes of hazzard ?????

Which do you like more Hazzard from 1979 and from 1985 or from Hazzard from 2005 film ???? Ame that movie sucked it wasn't like the TV series

Why does The Dukes of Hazzard General Lee 1969 Dodge Charger cars sometimes have an aftermarket mirror on the driver's door that looks different from the factory mirror?

So what does everybody think of last years and the one coming out direct to dvd this year sometime. And also did you know that Knight Rider the movie come out in 2008. And the they said that Miami Vice kind of bombed with people I think Hollywood is running out of ideas for movies now.

Did anyone else see it? The 2 guys one Blond one Brunette driving an orange 1970 Dodge Charger. They drive into the drive thru jamming to the radio. They drive up to the speaker and the driver the Blond guy says "We'll take 2 Chicken Potpies." 😀 Yeah I know the series didn't use any '70 Chargers only '69 and doctored up '68 with '69 parts on them before anyone points that out to me. But still a cool and Dukes related commercial to me. 😁

Now, is it just me, or has CMT not been showing the Dukes as much as they have before?? I thought the schedule was 7 PM, Monday through Friday??? It seems like in the past two weeks, every night I turned CMT on, at 7, there was something else on, anything but the Dukes.....is CMT trying to cut back on the Dukes? You don't think they'd possibly take them off syndication?? I will be pretty darn mad if they do!! I think it's safe to say the Dukes are still their highest rated show, if not then one of the highest! I had a dream last night... I went to Dukes Fest, and did lots of Dukes stuff. Then, I grabbed a hotdog or something and sat down. Ben Jones himself came up to me and said "Mind if I sit here?" so I agreed, and I got his autograph!

What is everyone's feelings on the episodes, of which there were quite a few, where a cast member would either play an identical twin of a character, or the character would have an "alter ego" change of personality? Did you like them, or did you feel they were too silly an stretched the credibility of the series; and what was the best and worst of such episodes? About a year ago I made a definitive list of all such episodes, but I though I'll let other members try to name the episodes before I give the list.

Well, it's racing time here in Hazzard, but of course it's ALWAYS racing time in Hazzard Co. The Moonshine Mauler is the favored winner this year, because of it's super charged engine and Hobie is the driver! There ARE some other racers though, who plan to give Hartkins a run for his money!

And that's Mr. Johnny Cash. I never looked up if he was in any as I didn't want to spoil myself, but it was disappointing that I had reached the end [of the series] and he never showed up. But hey, he made a song about the General Lee. It sure feels like we were cheated out.

I've always been intrigued by the one-off appearance by "(an)other Duke cousin", motorcycle riding Jeb Stuart Duke, played by Christopher Hensel, in season three's "Along Came a Duke". Odd that he would be introduced in such a way, never featured again, and in all my years collecting and writing about Dukes, I have never really found out the story behind the character. In my youth, part of me wondered if he had been introduced as a possible replacement for Bo should John Schneider ever leave - I vaguely recall an article with Schneider suggested that producers gave him a hard time after misleading them about his age when he auditioned and used to wonder if it related to …

I dunno if y'all saw but I did a little thing about the Demise of Daisy's RoadRunner and the phantom head that pops up in the back of the car before it goes off the cliff. A sharp eyed Duke fan pointed that out to us awhile back. Here's a story I thought would be fun to share. The other day I was driving down the road and during my journey I passed an Amish man in his horse and buggy. This incident brought back a memory. Several years ago(maybe seven or eight) I worked at a walmart store for a couple of years. During that time there was an Amish guy named Andy who also worked there. Andy was hired around the same time as I was. Hi all. Normally, a cast replacement is a bad idea, but the boys they got temporarily to switch for Bo and Luke were great. They just weren't Bo and Luke, that's all. Nowadays, if a network makes a cast replacement it's very likely to ruin the show/movie and/or the characters. Also, Byron Cherry made me remember Terence Hill with that blonde hair of his and his adorable smile.

I like that sound when the Dukes shift the General Lee gears. The motor goes vroom vroom. Anybody else like that sound too?

Hey y'all I was just wondering,did the sound stage General Lee,police car and various other cars have an engine and transmission in them? I dont mean like the bad guy's cars and cars used in one episode,but vehicles that were used throughout the series. Does anybody know if they had engines and transmissions?
