Tom Wopat/Luke Duke

Did the board server hiccup and delete my account and my post by accident, or did I violate some weird rule yesterday and get swabbed without any explaination? Since the system allowed me to re-create the account with the same nick, I'll assume it was the former until someone informs me otherwise.

I heard from a little bird that Tom is accident prone behind the scenes this was from John's mouth he said that Tom falls down in the bathtub at his home when he is not on the set of Dukes and he has had a number of close calls in real life and on the set of Dukes so I ain't kidding about this.

TOM WOPAT FANS UNITE!!! Current mood: determined Tom wopat fans Unite. We need to let Tom know how we feel about him. I don't know how many of you heard that interview. but he Feels that his Character Luke Duke wasn't as important to the show as Daisy or Bo. We need to let him Know it was. I was told that Tom will perform Friday, February 15, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. & 9:30 p.m. EST at the Cabaret Pittsburgh. The performance will be broadcast live online on their website for free. I for one will "attend".

Thank goodness for "Multi-Region" dvd players! They're taking Dukes off of Australian tv Lucky I can buy the dvd sets from America! They don't make them here in Australia yet for the "Dukes Of Hazzard"

Is it me or did Tom sound like he has sinus problems cause on the commentary for season 4 he sounded like he had a scratchy throat ?. I saw Tom in the music man on November 4th it was quite the show he did such a fine job as harold hill ", please check this play out it is so good. And after the show I ment him in the lobby and he signed my Tom Wopat jacket that I got from the fanclub and he was totally shocked that I had a jacket with his name on it ", and the best news is that I got called sweetheart by him I made my heart so filled with joy that I almost cried. On one of the DVDs Tom mentions that he has 5 Children, but i thought he wasn't married. Can someone confirm this please?

I really love Tom's singing voice. Ever since I got those two CDs, I haven't been able to stop listening to them. Its like silk. Its very relaxing which I need when I am having an anxiety attack. Keep up the good work Tom, you're amazing!!!!

what episodes do we see Luke duke sleeping I just bought season 4 and I already got season 3 so if anyone can tell me when Luke is sleeping and there is a shot of it, i would appreciate it

Send out a Happy Birthday to Tom, and can't forget Jeff Foxworthy in September 6, 2005 . Tom will be 54 on friday and Jeff is 47 today.

Do any of y'all remember the concert that him and John did when he got Laryngitis ? it must have been hard on him . John had to do most of the singning I bet I do remember Tom having to leave the wrap party early because his throat was sore. I recall reading that the next day he couldn't say a word he could only blink and smile at the fans and I also remember reading about the next day that when him and John were performing and one of the stage guys gave Tom a bottle of water for his throat and then a few hours later Tom got a tickle in this throat and he sprayed water all over John's jacket and John gave him a funny look.

It happened just two days after his fiftieth birthday. I'm just curious as to whether he was there. I know he did 9//11 themed show with Sigourney Weaver called 'The Guys'.

SMALLVILLE Tom Wopat will reunite with "Dukes of Hazzard" co-star John Schneider, who plays Jonathan Kent on the show, for one episode. Tom plays a childhood friend of Jonathan Kent. This I have to see, I did read somewhere it would be on the 6th episode of the 5th season. Not sure when the new season starts, but it's nice to see two great men reunite in other projects.

For any critics, who want to claim the Dukes didn't have great actors (Sorrell Booke was a terrific actor for example) all one has to do is look at Tom's Broadway successes. He has been in a ton of major productions and is a Tony award winning actor. He has also put out some really solid recordings as well and you could make an argument that he has had the best of the "post" Dukes career (though the others have done very well).

I didn't realize until today the musical Chicago is coming to the Benendem Center in Pittsburgh next week. That's a no lose situation, I love live theater, Chicago is one of my favorite musicals AND Tom Wopat. And for twently bucks for the peanut gallery tickets, ya'll know I'll be there. Maybe I can convince him to come perform at our community college theater where I'm Vice President of the Theater Guild. Yeah right. Pendragon

Why did Luke Duke always get hurt alot?

As a huge fan of Tom Wopat (have you not guessed yet!) it has come to my attention over the past few days how different Tom looks now compared to when he was younger. Quite frankly, I can't decide, I like the way he looks both now and then! What about you?

I was wondering why does Tom have that one chipped tooth on his bottom row ? i bet it is because growing up his parents didn't have enough money but he also said once in an interview that he hasn't been for a dental check up in awhile or maybe something happened to him when he was a little kid that caused it ?

I just watched all the DVD extras last night including 'Dukevision'. It was so nice to see Tom participate on the extras with his busy New York broadway schedule. Tom looked so handsome sitting next to Catherine and John. It was nice to hear him do a commentary on an episode. Good news - Tom, John, and Catherine are participating on the season four extras too with the feature - 'Building the Legend - The Dukes Story'.
