hi there y'all y'all know who the main characters are, but for quick reference here is a list of them: Luke Duke - ex-marine, ex-moonshiner, works on the duke farm, driver of the car 'the general lee', oldest of the three cousins (not includind jeb), cousin to Bo and Daisy Duke, is on probation, parents died in a car crash with Bo's and Daisy's Beaurigard (Bo) Duke - ex-moonshiner, works on the duke farm, other driver of the car 'the general lee', cousin to Luke and Daisy Duke, is on probation, parents died in a car crash with Luke's and Daisy's Daisy Duke - works as a waitress at the Boar's Nest, used to drive the car 'the roadrunner', now drives the jeep 'dixsy', co…

Do you hav things in your hometown thats named like some of the places in hazzard or do you know people like the ones who live in hazzard? well i would have never believed it if i hadnt seen it fer myself, today as i was driving through downtown hazard, i saw a speed limit sign that the spped limit changes!!! the sign says spped limit 35 mph, you can go to that sign and actually peel the three off and theres another number in under the three! someone was tryin to put a speedtrap there lol i wonder who? lol

Yesterday, I was looking an interview to Gy Waldron on the extra features of a Dvd and he talks about all the Dukes family. He said the way the parents of the 3 cousins dead but I'm not so good to understand someone speaking english so I'm not sure: it seems to me to have understand accident or fire...something. Do you know it?

I started to read an interesting book on Hazzard bought on Amazon; if you like the idea, I put here some curiousity when I find there. Enos: Sonny was the 1st carachter casted for the series and the other seems to be tied with him John and Tom: do you know the 1st time they met was in a bathroom? It was the day of Tom audition (he was almost the last one to be chosen) and they started to speak about music. That evening, after the audition, they spent the time together singing and playing guitar John describe himself (when he was a child) as a "fat kid with asthma" and, about at 14 he was 50 pounds overweight to have a part in a production: can you imagine it? Cathy: she w…

i was just wondering because this morning, i went to go get the guy who works for us for lunch, and on our way to the house, i fishtailed, in the John Deere Gator. now i know that Bo and Luke do that a lot, and i was just wondering if anybody else suffered from DDS Duke Driving Syndrome. when i took him back to the tractor, he asked me if i wanted to be a racecar driver when i grow up. i said maybe. i'll take anybodys thoughts on this Catch ya on the flip flop:rofl:

Ok, it seems only Daisy change is clothes almost every episode; Jesse rarely, Luke sometimes have a different shirt (always squared but a little different colour). Bo has always the same yellow shirt (sometimes with the blue one under): only in few episodes I saw him with another shirt: a red one in "Daisy's song" and one about Christmas...

This is yet another RogerDuke inspiration lol...i was reading in my Hobie Hartkins post and he said that he could see himself hanging out with a bunch of men like that from the episode return of the ridge raiders, so i got the thought to type this up. Being as I love fast cars and whatnot, I would more than likely stay at the Duke farm lol or at Cooter's garage.

Hi All! Anybody know why he never wore it again after the first few eps in season 1? Why the change to blue? I thought he looked GREAT in the brown!

after the cast attended the funeral of Sorrel Booke, they all started talking about the past and such and how long it had been since they were all together. Then the idea was born to do a reunion movie, honoring Sorrel. It was sad that Sorrel was not in it, and even sadder that Denver Pile was fighting cancer at the time, but wanted to be part of the movie just the same. So what did you all think of the 2 reunions? I for one loved it.The first one was more like the old days times, and the second was more emotional, which I really loved. I like the closeness of the dukes in the second movie, especially when Luke meets up with his old love( for the life of me , I can't reme…

Who's your favorite person on the show who doesn't have the last name of Duke? Mine is Enos.

I preffer rosco over enos because rosco always makes me laugh no matter what he does!!! enos is really funny as well but i love rosco's comments and i love it when rosco calls enos or anyone else for that matter dipstick!!!! who do you like better of the two???

I was just wondering why Coy and Vance starred in most of season 5, then Bo and Luke came back near the end? Any info is appreciated!

Maybe I have been watching these DVD's too much but has anybody noticed how many different belt buckles/type were worn by Bo and Luke. I noticed in slot machines Luke wore what looked like a bear's paw southwestern style buckle(very cool) and then wore some type of brass buckle with what looks like an indian women's head on it later on in the season. Seems like most of the publicity shots for season one showed the Bear's paw buckle. Bo wore a big square buckle with a star in the middle and then also wore a big concho looking buckle. Anybody how many different ones they wore and if any are still in production? I tried looking for the bear's paw style and there are ma…

As I sat down today, and finished my six page essay over the Dukes of Hazzard for my Honors English 3 class, I got to thinking about making a thread on here about what the Dukes means to each of us. I'm going to post my essay on here for ya'll as it gives insight of what my opinions are and what my feelings are. Hazzard County U.S.A. As many people know, on January 26, 1979 the pilot episode, One Armed Bandits, of the hit 80's southern television show, The Dukes of Hazzard, aired on television for the first time. Many people, including the critics, at first thought the show was "idiotic," "racist," and "low rating." Fans across the world though, including myself, believ…

For me... it's a tie between Bo and Daisy. Why? Because there isn't anyone more pure spirited than Bo Duke, He fights for his beliefs and never backs down, drives The General Lee like he was born behind the wheel. Always fights for what's right and never turns down a challenge from anyone. He doesn't take any funny business from anyone especially Boss Hogg and Roscoe or any trouble makers the pass through Hazzard. And Sweet Daisy... Never a more beautiful woman has graced the small screen. She's tough as a bull, sweeter than summer peaches; has a heart of gold and loves her family no matter what. She's honest, adventerous and can stick up for herself, she's also very …

I was just wondering, has anybody ever seen any sort of map for Hazzard Country? Not a very detailed one, just like where the Duke Farm, Boar's Nest, and Town of Hazzard is in relation to each other. Thank you for listening to me

Has anyone on Hazzardnet either met the cast in person and/or got autographs from the surviving cast members? If anyone has written to cast members for autographs, how long did it take for a reply? I would have love to have gone to Dukefest, but I live in Canada and just don't have the money at the moment to take part in anything.

Okay, we all know Bo and Luke are on probation...for the whole series...even before the series started (Happy Birthday General Lee)...so how long was their sentence? Are they on probation for life? How serious is getting caught with moonshine that you're on probation for like...10 years? Were they still on probation during the reunion? Did they ever say when they got off? Just wondering.

Both John and Tom still look handsome as ever for their ages: Tom is 53 (Sept. 9, 1951) and John is 44 (April 8, 1960). Tom is the same age as my uncle and my cousin and Tom is two days older than my uncle. John is the same age as my cousin. I come from a large family where some of my cousins are the same age as my parents. Cathy still is pretty as ever at 50 (51 on March 1). She's the same age as my aunt. Sonny and Ben still look good for their ages. Sonny looks like he hasn't aged much since the original series. James and Rick look good too! What do you all think? Do you think the cast has aged gracefully?

Howdy everybuddy I made this quiz for y'all tonight, hope you enjoy! Be sure to post your results for me! Which Dukes of Hazzard Character are you? Under each character’s section, you will see a list of statements describing that character. If any of them also describe you, put an x in the box next to it. If they are only somewhat true, or partially true, for you, put a / in the box next to it. If they are not true for you at all, leave the box blank. When you are finished with each section, tally up your points by adding one point for each x, half a point for each /, and no points for each blank. At the end of the quiz, when you have filled out each…

Which boys would you pick? Out of a single one or both or . . .well voice your opinions on these boys Me and DaisyXEnos would take Enos of course. . .I love Cooter too.

don't ya'll think that them boys look good on top of a horse? In Bye Bye Boss, i think it was, you notice that Bo Luke and Daisy all are riding horses into the canyon. i personally enjoy watching Bo and Luke ride horses. their pretty good. i think Luke is the better one, though. what's your take on it?

I also posted this as a followup to the Hollywood episode, so forgive my redundencies, but it seemed that in the Hollywood episode they were no longer married, am I correct?

They are so much a part of the show as well.
