When there were fires in the Smokies, she paid for people's houses and stuff.......I always said, if a cop ever pulled her over for speeding, in Gatlinburg ( Where the Smokies are), he wouldn't have the guts to give her a ticket! Everybody in that area owes her a lot....a WHOLE lot! She could've probably commited crimes in that area, ( if Dolly would ever do that...and she wouldn't!) and they'd never find a jury in that area to convict her! They would never be able to seat an impartial jury anywhere near that area!

KENTUCKY ( right above Tn. AND THE home of whiskey!) Bourbon isn't considered REAL Bourbon, unless it's made in Kentucky!, kind of like Champagne isn't really Champagne, unless it's made in France!
