  1. I'm a classic country fan (60s through mid 80s) but I've been known to be caught listening to stuff that is completely different. Has anybody ever heard of Sade? (Smooth Operator) Her voice is amazing. She never did very many CDs but what she lacks in quantity she makes up in quality. It's kind of a soft-pop-jazz sound. It definitely ain't country but I love it. How about Carl Orff? He does the type of music you'd hear on a movie like Conan the Barbarian (although I don't think he actually did that movie) So you see goodolboy85, us Hazzard rednecks can be a little weird too...in a good way...LOL
  2. Weeelllllll doggie!!! This jist might be a molassas barrel full of fun!!
  3. You got it right dukefan1 Description: Luke drinks some poisoned pond water and becomes a not so nice guy
  4. fireman
  5. Hey Rosco!! I see you're logged in right now so I just wanted to say hi. I hope you've been doing well. Thanks for making us all smile. We love ya buddy.

  6. Well Emy, I don't like anything that was made after season 7 (even the reunion shows with the real Dukes in them) but you have a really good point. There probably aren't too many people like you out there who were drawn to the original series after seeing the Jessica Simpson version and the horrible "Beginning" movie where they found the General at the bottom of a river but if those things caused you and other people to become fans of the original series then I guess it's time for me to change my tune and say that it wasn't all bad after all. Thanks for giving me a different perspective. I'll still never watch them again but at least I feel a little better about them. If anybody else became a fan of the original Dukes series after watching more modern versions, it would be interesting to hear your perspective too. Thanks Emy!!
  7. Is this part of the other one that is posted? I'd be interested in playing Jesse or Jed. If the story is going to have Jesse marrying Granny then I'd rather play Jed. Sorry but I like Emma Tisdale too much to break her heart like that.....don't laugh, I'm serious....LOL I'm probably not logged in as much as the rest of you so I hope I wouldn't slow the story down. I log on every night (with very few exceptions) but don't always stay on for long lengths of time. Let me know..thanks!!
  8. Here's another hint: This person was once a Hazzard County Deputy (not in this episode though)
  9. Steve Erkle (I probably spelled it wrong but I never watched the show much)
  10. You got that right Lizzy. Description: A country music musuem inside the trailor of an 18 wheeler comes rolling through Hazzard County.
  11. How did your visit with Bo and Daisy go?

  12. Which of these were on the show? Lumberjack Hollow or Briarwood Junction Tadpole Swamp or Baker's Creek (episode names) Bye, Bye Boss or Farewell Chickasaw
  13. Welcome to the HazzardNet Elly May. You're sure coming in with a bang stirring up all this controversy. You're quite the troublemaker...LOL....just kidding...this idea is hilarious. My first reaction is that they'd never get married but if they did here's some other things that would happen besides what you mentioned. 1) Mr Drysdale would be real suspicious of the Dukes and think Jesse was only after Granny's money 2) Boss would try to get some of Granny's money 3) Emma Tisdale's heart would be broken (everybody say awwww) 4) Cooter would hook a nitrous oxide system up to the Clampett's vehicle 5) Elly Mae and Cooter would end up married 6) Daisy would have to tell Miss Jane to back off from flirting with Enos 7) Miss Jane would then start flirting with Rosco 8) Bo and Luke would race Jethro after Cooter hooked up that NOS system mentioned in prediction #4 9) The General would win after Jethro drove into the cement pond 10) After Cooter pulls Jethro out of the cement pond they all hop in to celebrate (well, everybody except Mr Drysdale. He's not real crazy about swimming with geese, ducks, frogs and largemouth bass) To top it all off, in a gesture of good will, Jesse and his new best friend Jed would trade hats. Of course they'd be dripping wet from swimming.
  14. B.L., Daisy and daisyXenos all got it right. Who fired the big gun on the armored personel carrier at the end of "Follow That Still"? hint: Bo and Luke were on probation and couldn't use a gun.
  15. Nice to meet you goodolboy85. I see you're no rookie to HazzzardNet but I don't recall you posting anything for awhile. I agree with you. I was disappointed that they didn't get married too. It would have been nice if it would have happened on a reunion show but no luck there either. Anyway, I hope you stay around and post more stuff. Catch ya later!!

  17. A lot of Luke's funny quotes are him making fun of Bo. It was rarely the other way around. Here's another one. It's from "Treasure of Hazzard" After Bo had just rescued a girl from being eaten by an alligator he asked her if she was alright and she responded that she'd never been so scared in her life. To that, Luke responded to her "I don't blame ya, after that cute little critter in the water it must have been plumb frightening to run into Bo here."
  18. As I recall, that's the episode that Boss was driving near the high school with the top down on his convertable Cadillac when the Hazzard High track and field team was practicing. The pole vaulter (who looked a little older than a high school kid) pole vaulted and fell right into the back seat of Boss's moving car.
  19. Right Daisy. Description: NancyLou Nelson from Alabama comes to Hazzard looking for someone.
  20. LOL That's a dangerous place to pole vault when Boss's Cadillac is driving through.
  21. Welcome to Hazzard County shortlegsdave. Since you're such a big fan you're sure going to love it here. Good luck with your collection!!! YEEEHHHHAAWWW!!!
  22. Right again dukefan1 Description: Snake Harmon might be slippery but he ain't slippery enough to slither away from the Dukes and a Texas Ranger.
