  1. It's important to remember that a lot of these people that the Commissioner has listed here were never on the show. They were only MENTIONED on the show. Lizzy, The Commissioner is right about Cooter's cousin Earl. He was mentioned on "Along Came a Duke" and was an undertaker. In the case of the four relatives I listed for Enos, none of them were on the show. An interesting thing is that Sonny Shroyer mentioned Odie because he did it as a tribute to his real life father. (He told me that personally) Hey !1976, I'll watch "Close Call for Daisy" and find out when Minnie was mentioned and get back to you. I bet you're right about the translation problem.
  2. This one is from "Route 7-11" Bad lady to Bo and Luke "It's an 18-wheeler, you sure you can handle it?" Luke "Well, there's two of us. That's 9 wheels apiece."
  3. B.L. and Julie got it right. It's a Mustang. When the "Deputy Dukes" were hauling Rocky Marlow (Rosco called him public enemy number one through ten) from Springville to Hazzard, they tried to fool the two bad guys that were chasing them by stopping at a car dealer and trading their patrol car for what kind of vehicle? A) hurst ambulance C) ice cream truck D) black cadillac E) auto parts delivery truck

  5. Taylor Swift????? I thought the first song you'd want to learn is the theme to Dukes!! LOL Good luck Dixie!! It sounds like fun.
  6. The only family of Enos's ever mentioned on the show were...... His daddy from "One Armed Bandits" His cousin (no name mentioned) from "Find Loretta Lynn" His Aunt Minnie from "Close Call for Daisy" His Uncle Odie from "Enos in Trouble" Jessi, I don't think I'll post mine. Commissioner King has done a pretty good job here. What I will do is check mine with his and add anything I find that might have been missed. That might take a little while though. This is fun!!!!!
  7. I like this one from "Deputy Dukes" when Bo and Luke were escorting the dangerous criminal Rocky Marlow from Springville to Hazzard. Rocky offered the boys lots of money to look the other way while he sneaked off. Bo's response was, "We're country boys. We don't use no money. We just barter our way through life. Ya know if you was to offer me a bushel of corn, there ain't no tellin' what I might do for ya."
  8. Julie and daisyXenos both got it right. Description, If you were visiting Hazzard in this episode and called a taxi cab, Bo or Luke would be behind the wheel.
  9. Nice job B.L. You got all three of them right.

  11. This is unbelievable R.J.King!!! It's so awesome to have another person on this website who loves the Dukes of Hazzard so much to take the time to compile a list like this. There are so many people here like you on this website. That's why I love HazzardNet so much and so will you. I will check out your list more closely when I have more time. It will be interesting to see how well my records match yours. Welcome to the HazzardNet!!!!
  12. Welcome to the HazzardNet RJKing. I'm pretty excited to hear that someone else is interested in a map of Hazzard. Go to "Hobbies" and click on "map of Hazzard". There you will find 8 pages of mapmaking ideas and comments. This is just a suggestion but if you start posting all your mapmaking stuff there, it will make it easier for someone (in the future) who wants to explore this subject because everything will be organized in one place. I can't wait to talk to you more about this subject. You are going to make a great addition to this website!!!!
  13. Sorry to hear that Garrett. I want to thank you for your honesty. Even though you're out of our contest you could always start a personal contest of your own. Since we're starting a new month, make a New Month Resolution. If you can keep it up for a month, you can keep it up for another month, etc, etc. Congratulations daisyXenos!!! I'm proud of you. I'm doing okay with mine too.

  16. What a great thread. Thanks so much for posting all these. That one of Rosco in his wedding tux is kinda sad. The poor feller really got his feelings hurt that day. Oh well, like his Mama said "You're too young to get married. You're only 48"

  22. Okay, here's another clue. Enos broght home stolen jewels from California without knowing there were in his footlocker. If I recall correctly, they were emeralds hidden in his flashlight. I'm pretty sure about the flashlight part but not positive that they were emeralds.
