  1. B.L. continues her long streak of right answers with another correct one. In addition to "Enos and Daisy's Wedding" he also was reading comic books in "Welcome Waylon Jennings" and "R.I.P Henry Flatt" When it looked like Boss's bank was going bankrupt in "Sky Bandits over Hazzard" who was worried about getting their money to help their sister Beulah Mae pay for an operation? A) Jesse Cooter C) Grannie Annie Coggins D) Grady Byrd E) Widow Snodgrass F) Emma Tisdale
  2. Sean William Scott?.....never heard of him.
  3. Ding dang, possum on a gumbush....today (Aug 28) is Enos Strate's birthday. Happy birthday buddy. When ya git done chasin them Duke boys meet me at the Boar's Nest. Buttermilk's on me. It's the least I can do for the only honest lawman in this county.
  4. Looking good.....Hey TomBo, Is Dynomat something new?
  5. B.L. and DoubleX are both correct. DoubleX has 45 in a row right. What comic book was Enos reading in the beginning of "Enos and Daisy's Wedding"? A) Charlie Brown Superman C) Looney Tunes D) Beetle Baily E) Fantastic Four
  6. Which of these were on the show? Old Man McCain or Widow Baxley Four Leaf Clover Cafe or Clover Crossing Hoyt Axton or Charlie Daniels
  7. Hey dukefan1, you should try your hand at the trivia questions on our trivia thread. We always like hearing from Dukes trivia fans who are up to a fun challenge.
  8. Daisy, B.L., Alex and DoubleX are all right. Alex has 101 in a row correct and DoubleX has 44. How was Silas Hogg related to Boss? A) He was Boss's Uncle cousins C) He was Boss's grandfather D) second cousins
  9. I know what you mean Daisy. We should all take time to listen to the stories that elderly people have to tell (hear that Daisy?....you better start listening to me better) Seriousely, they deserve our respect and sometimes their stories are nothing short of amazing. I wish I would have taken time to listen to my grandad's old war stories. I'd give anything if he was still alive to tell me one now.
  10. I'm with you daisydukeXenosstrait. I LOVE them Georgia episodes!! I only wish all 7 seasons could have been filmed with that beautiful scenery. I guess I should be thankful we had 5 episodes filmed there. It could have been worse. They could have started out right away in California. I still would have loved the show just as much but it's so much easier to fantasize about living in Hazzard County when the scenery reminds me of where I live (with lots of trees)
  11. DoubleX and B.L. both got that one right. DoubleX has 43 in a row correct. From "Opening Night at the Boar's Nest" there are 5 members of "The Duke Family Singers". Who is the only member whose last name isn't Duke?
  12. Since I know there's a few Confederate War historians here on the Hazzardnet I thought I'd share this story that I ran across in the Erie (PA) Times-News earlier this week. Most of us look at the Civil War as ancient history, but this story made me realize it's not that ancient after all. When I saw the obituary of Maudie White Hopkins and it was sub-titled "Was Widow of Confederate soldier" I thought for sure that it was a misprint. I was wrong. The story is out of Little Rock, Arkansas. Mrs. Hopkins died a few days ago at the age of 93. When she was young she began taking care of William Cantrell. He offered to give her his land and home if she would marry him and take care of him. They married when she was 19 and he was 86. Incredible!!
  13. Oh come on Bo, now stop being modest. Remember now, you're representing Bo Duke....the guy who said (after being teased about his big ego) "I've been working on it for years" (...from "One Armed Bandits")
  14. You're welcome Alex. I hope those fireworks didn't wake anybody up in your neighborhood. Hey DoubleX, my computer's pretty slow and old so I'm not going to take the time to double check your streak number. I can't remember you missing one in a long time so I'll take your word for it. I don't think anyone will doubt you but if they do, they're more than welcome to double check the old posts and get back with me if they believe there's a problem. So, Alex has 100 in a row correct and DoubleX has 42. B.L. might have a streak too but maybe we can get that figured out later. In the meantime, you folks have more work to do. I have a whole bunch of trivia questions here just waiting to be answered (hopefully correctly). What was Boss's first wish in "When You Wish Upon a Hogg"? A) a lobster dinner one million dollars C) peace on Earth D) Bo and Luke in jail E) one million more wishes
