  2. Welcome to the HazzardNet!!

  3. *Jesse takes the shotgun off "safe" thinking somebody or something might be inside attacking Molly or Alice. The air become silent with no trace of any aftereffects from the scream. Jesse wonders if he should intrude. He is concerned if he goes in he might witness an unspeakable horror. He is concerned if he doesn't go in he might miss an opportunity to save Molly and Alice. Jesse opens the door slowly.* "Alice? Molly? Can ya hear me? This is Jesse Duke here." Molly "Jesse, is that you?" Jesse "It's me." Molly "Are ya alone?" Jesse "Yep, nobody 'ere with me 'cept yer shotgun that ya left in the truck" *Door opens. Jesse is greeted by Molly while Alice is in the back of the room shaking like a leaf from fear*
  4. That is so cool!!! *in Rosco voice* "I love it. I love it!" That looks like it took a lot of time to make but it sure was worth it!
  5. I know A is Daisy's Jeep and B is Rosco but I don't know the other ones. I think Jesse's truck is C. I can't believe I don't know that one. These are just guesses: D) Enos E) Cletus F) Cooter (the Z sure seems familiar) G) Boss (although I thought he was Boss-1 on some eps)

  7. Now that's funny...no wonder I like this Hoss feller so much!
  8. Hi Bo, I see you're logged in!

  9. Since I don't really like to travel far from home I've never been to a DukesFest. The cool thing about Ray's show is how they play it out like a full episode. (In case anybody didn't catch my review of the last show go back to the original page on this thread to see it.) What I was really thrilled about, was just being around so many other fans of the show. Of course you get that when you go to autograph signings where the stars are but the feeling at these stunt shows is much different. You feel as if you are in Hazzard County watching a day in the life of the Duke boys and the rest of the good folks of Hazzard. I'm excited about experiencing it again. I can't wait until Saturday!
  10. *Jesse calmly walks past the big gator without event. It had been awhile since he had been out to Molly's shack but he managed to weave his way through the thick vegetation, quicksand, gators, snakes and bird-sized mosquitos, then finally located the beaten up shack. It appeared that Molly and Alice had already gone inside. At least that's what Jesse assumed since he hadn't run across them on the dangerous path. Jesse knocked on the door. Immediately a blood curdling scream pierced his old ears and sent shivers up his spine.*
  11. Thanks Daney...just a warning if you continue reading. Things might get a little scarey out there in the swamp so use caution when opening up that thread. I see you two got Hazzard Provenance going again.....nice!
  12. It's too bad that the writers never put a scene in one of the episodes where Boss had to disguise himself as Uncle Jesse.
  13. Thanks for the information How long is Carl's winless streak?

  15. If anybody is interested in more information on the next Dukes Stunt Show. It will be located just east of Cleveland Ohio on Saturday August 21st. You can go to www.lakecountyfair.org for more information. When you get there click on the picture of the General Lee to get more information about Ray Kohn or go to www.northeastohiodukes.com. To the best of my knowledge, this is the only Dukes of Hazzard Stunt show that exists in the world so it's worth going to if you get a chance.
  16. I wish I would have spent the last 24 hours thinking about this but I forgot all about it until I just logged in. Hmm, was it a shaving cream can? Don't get too excited about tripping me up Hoss...LOL There's a big difference between asking questions and answering them.
  17. Bo 42 Luke 36 Jesse 22 That could change at any time Jami. Since this game started it's had more turns than a silo full of snakes. It's too bad we have to takes points from anybody. After all, these three guys are alll pretty likable fellers.

    Astronomy

I bet you're talking about the meteor storm on Nov 16 2001. I say "storm" and not shower because it was the show of a lifetime. After seeing that one, anything else is boring by comparison. Last night's shower didn't produce as many meteors as I was hoping but I got my telescope out and looked at star clusters and galaxies just for fun. The problem with looking at other things with a telescope is you occasionally miss an extra bright meteor while you're preoccupied. Tonight will also have more meteors than a normal night but if folks didn't get out last night they missed the majority of them.
  19. Oh no, I know this one. It's driving me crazy. It wasn't a flashlight was it? No, that was the emeralds in Enos's flashlight.....shucks...I'll get it if I think longer.

It's still light out here in western Pennsylvania but that's not going to last long. Do you know how many hours ahead you are from Eastern Standard Time?

Is anybody here into astronomy? I've been an amateur astronomer for 15 years. There's going to be a pretty good meteor show tonight. If you live in a city you will only be able to see the really bright ones because bright artificial lights drown them out. Of course if it's cloudy you're out of luck no matter where you live. Hopefully somebody besides me will get to check out the show.
  23. *Jesse sees an available boat. Knowing that it belonged to his old friend Henstep McCullum, he grabbed the shotgun and untied the small motorboat figuring Henstep wouldn't mind. While crossing the swamp, Jesse hoped that Alice or Molly would turn around and see him but he had no such luck. His boat was slower than theirs so he arrived at the other end of the huge swamp later than them. By that time, they had already tied their boat up and went back to the shack. Jesse got out of the boat with the shotgun. He wondererd what had been making Molly and Alice so nervous. As the sky darkened in the shadows of the thick trees and vegation and the fog got thicker he noticed a gator's eyes poking above the water in a wet spot near him*
  24. B.L. and texasdaisy got those three right. From "Witness for the Persecution" Which of these were on that episode? Carl Dickens or Tom Pryor Benson's Woods or Hemlock Mountain Boss in a sheriff's uniform or Rosco in a white Boss suit
