I don't do social media or keep up with celebrity gossip, but I'm surprised that no one has mentioned John Schneider getting re-married last month. As most of you know, John lost his third wife, Alicia Allain, to breast cancer in February 2023. He has now married Dee Dee Sorvino, the widow of 'Goodfellas' actor Paul Sorvino. You can read the LA Times article about their marriage here. I've just looked up Dee Dee's bio on IMDb - her birth name was Denessa Purvis Benkie, so maybe she's related to Rosco! I just found out tonight that Next week wednesday Dukes season two will be avaliable for purchasing. Found out at my work place because they already have it there but it won't be for sale till the middle of the week. I CAN'T WAIT TO BUY IT. I AM JUST SO EXCITED!!!!!!

Rumor has it that Tom Wopat will be at Hazzard Homecoming for both days, August 11 and 12. Along with this report comes the rumor of a "stunt demonstration", but we don't know if this involves cars or bikes or what at this point. There are more Dukes shindigs going on this year than you can shake a dipstick at! We'll keep you posted as more details roll in.

James Best, who is best known for playing Rosco P. Coltrane on TV's "The Dukes of Hazzard," will receive the Harvey Award from The Jimmy Stewart Museum. Best, 80, is scheduled to receive the award Oct. 20 at an event hosted by Nick and Nina Clooney. John Schneider and Tom Wopat are together in concert at the Fallsview Casino Resort in Ontario, Canada, April 12 & 13! Looks like tickets are still available, though last year's show sold out, so check into it soon if you wanna go. Note, you will need a passport to cross the border. The playstation network if anyone has the PS3 like I do I just downloaded the whole 1st season! They got 2 episodes in the wrong order too! One Armed Bandits is put as episode 2 instead of one and the same for Mary Kayes Baby is episode 1 when it should be episode 3! anyone have a PS3 on here?

I know this post is off topic, and all, but I also know many of us here on Hazzardnet like country music. A great man died about 1 am this morning in Nashville of Respretory failure due to complications of Diabetes. Johnny Cash was a wonderful man, but he is with his wife now, June Carter Cash, who died a few months ago due to heart surgery complications. This makes the third time they are being skipped. Now don't get me wrong I hated the time Tom and John were away too, but they made their choice and did what they felt was right. Having said that it is not fair to the folks that worked on those shows to not have their part of Dukes history shown. CMT needs to rectify this now and give this show proper respect by showing all episodes, evem if they are edited in spots. Robbie

Just curious. I plan on recording them from CMT on VHS. I was going to buy the Smokeyand the Bandit DVD today, but read that it is in widescreen, put it back, and said "Bring back the VHS tape!" Poor folks like me can't run out and buy a 16:9 ratio TV.

I see in the paper today that Earle Hagen died. He was a musical legend in television in Hollywood. The list of big-time TV shows Earle and Dean Hagen were involved with is longer than the road from Hollywood to Georgia. You can see his name run on the credits of every episode of Dukes. (or at least I think every episode...maybe someone can confirm that) Thanks for contribution to the greatest show in history, Mr. Hagen!!

I haven't seen anyone speak of the new calendar yet. There is one of Enos in this year's and last...he always gets shafted!
