Introduce Yourself

If you're new to our forums or have just been lurking without posting, here's a good place to make your first post by introducing yourself. Tell us how big a Dukes of Hazzard fan you are! But remember, there IS such a thing as TMI (too much information). ;)

  1. Started by bo-go-vroom,

This is my first post and my introduction. I read the 'warning' that mentioned TMI (too much information), and I do tend to go off in a tangent pretty easily so if you ever see me yapping, make sure to tell me and I'll try to tone it back! Anyways, my name is Cheyenne, you can call me Annie if you'd like, I'm 16 and got into DoH earlier this year, I want to say in July? I'm from Arizona but now live in North Carolina USA. I'm homeschooled so I'll probably be online pretty often. I want to learn guitar, I draw, (I'll be sharing often in the fanart topic) and I really like The Beatles/The Monkees. I don't know if you could tell, but my favorite character is Bo!😁…

Hi all, I'm new to this site and if you can believe it, new to the Dukes. My new husband is a big fan and I thought I should find out what all the "fuss" is about, lol. We've recently moved and found another couple who are fans as well so I want to plan a party with a Dukes theme and we'll throw on some DVDs and have a relaxing evening. So I thought while I'm here that you guys could probably give me some great suggestions for food at this party - what would the Dukes want to eat? Have a great day!

Well now i'm in my mid 30's and I do not drive a general lee but the dream still lives!! looking forward to getting to know the community

After reading a post from texasdaisy09 recently I thought it would be interesting to learn more about other folks here on the HazzardNet by posting the favorite 10 things in life that define who you are. Please don't list more than 10 but less than 10 is fine. Here's mine: 1) God 2) my family 3) USA 4) my home and woods 5) Dukes of Hazzard and the HazzardNet 6) the book I'm writing 7) astronomy 8) sports

Hey everyone. I'm Dani and I'm new here and am a huge fan of the Dukes Of Hazzard. I'm a country gal and proud of it. I own every single season of the Dukes Of Hazzard and recently began rewatching it from the beginning of the series. My favorite Duke is Bo Duke and I love John Schneider. I'm currently working on saving money to buy myself a horse. Some of the things I like doing are working with my grandpa out on the farm, horseback riding, reading, writing fan fiction, roleplaying, watching tv and much more. I love making new friends so if you'd like to get to know me better and want to know more don't be afraid to ask.

Howdy, i'm from Texas, I have been a fan of the show for a couple of years. I have a Dukes Of Hazzard collection. Where I live I think I am the only fan of the show. One day I want to meet the surviving cast members of the show.

Hi Everyone! I've been a "lurker" for years but just recently joined the site! I thought I would introduce myself! My pen name is Enos'sGal (or some call me EG). I'm an equestrian and love to read, have three sons and a wonderful hubby! The DOH was a favorite show of mine growing up! I wish they still made shows like that today! It was certainly special and something to share with the kids. In fact when the re-runs started a few years ago, my youngest son would watch them every evening with me and grew to enjoy it just as much! I've just finished writing my first fanfic and had an AWESOME experience! DOH fans just ROCK! It's nice to be here! Enos'sGal

My name is Carolyn. I haven't seen The Dukes of Hazzard since I was a little girl. But now, thanks to the miracle of DVDs, I can! I love the Dukes, and I've had a crush on Bo since I was 7. (But I couldn't admit it until I was 33!) I'm originally from Texas, now living in Oviedo, Florida. I work at a local grocery store, but like Daisy, I aspire to higher things. I'm aiming to work at Disney World in Orlando, hopefully at one of their huge resorts or one of the shops within. I'm a newly conformed health nut who loves kickboxing, weight training, biking and rollerblading. I'm also inspiring to be a writer. Hopefully I can write novels about the Dukes, a whole series, lik…

Hello all, I have been looking at the forum for awhile now but never posted. I live in Knoxville, TN (about 30 minutes outside of Gatlinburg). I own a 1968 Dodge Charger General Lee autographed by Cooter (before my ownership). Great General even though previous owner decided to keep it looking like a 68 instead of a 69 and I was perfectly happy with it. -Godfather

  13. Started by Pain Trane,

In the distant future, there exists a county. A county where gasoline and toxic smoke cloud the judgement of men. A county where fear and 'dem Duke Bois rule unchallenged. This summer, that's all about to change. James Best is 'Pain Trane', the Sheriff who puts the 'man' in 'lawman'. Hello, everybody. I joined up with HazzardNet to learn more about the first season. Who owns Rosco's '75 Monaco, Police 2? Where's the Polara, Police 1? What happened to the two Plymouth squads, from 'High Octane' and 'Mary Kaye's Baby'? What became of the season one guitar themes, that played in the early episodes? I hope to answer these questions and a little bit …

  14. Started by StarCarz,

Hiyaz all~ Just thought I'd throw a little "Hiyaz" to everyone. I recently picked up a 74 Plymouth Satellite in decent condition and I'm planning on dressing it up as one of the rarest Hazzard County Patrol units! I will see about posting some pic's soon. Anyway, just wanted to pop in and introduce myself.

  15. Hello! I'm another italian Dukes fan. My name's Margherita (that means daisy!) I love this telefilm and I'm happy to be here!! I want to make a question to the other Italian fans: did you notice that there are some dubbing errors in a few episodes? I think that some dialogues have been translated later from a different dubber, because sometimes you can hear Bo or Uncle Jesse or Boss Hogg speaking with the same strange voice that is not their dubber's one! What a strange thing.. Best regards to everyone!!

Hello there, I am new here and excited to have found this site! I am from South Dakota and I absolutely love The Dukes of Hazzard. The most interesting thing about me is that I am only 17 and I think that the Dukes is one of the greatest shows ever to air on TV.

Hey everyone. I've enjoyed watching the Dukes since it first aired and I know I'll enjoy reading and posting here. I live in south Florida and it used to be a little like Hazzard county here in the early 80s. Watching The Dukes of Hazzard reruns reminds me of the good-old-days.

Life goes fast. I probably posted here once upon a time. I have FINALLY completed a years long process. The General Lee is built from an original MPC kit from 1969 I picked up from e-bay. The previous owner had painted it a gold/copper color back in the day with automotive paint(cannot be stripped/etches itself into the plastic). I came across the Lee 1 story and it was perfect. It took parts from numerous kits and hours of replaying scenes from One Armed Bandit. Stories on the background cars to follow.

Hi y'all, I'm new here. I've been a fan of the show since childhood and one day I will own a General Lee. I currently own a Starsky & Hutch Gran Torino and a Knight Rider "KITT" car. I want a General, the A-Team van and a B2TF Delorean to complete my dream garage! I have started a World Map of TV/Movie cars where you can place a pin and picture of your car, feel free to add your General/Daisy Jeep/Hogg Caddy/Rosco cop car/Cooters truck, whatever, to the map! Steven Check my public profile for the link.
