Hey y'all, Just a note to new users that your first post or posts will be moderated and they won't show immediately when you post. I did not formerly introduce myself before posting in the General Lee section! oops! anyway I am a huge Dukes fan I am 31 years old and watched it when I was a kid and loved every Friday night!! Anyway I own a Towing & Auto repair shop (no its not Cooters!) and I have been a avid Mopar nut my entire life my grandfather owned a Dodge,Chrysler,Plymouth dealership from 1965 to 1990 So Mopars are my thing! I have wanted a General Lee forever and last Tuesday I found the perfect 1969 Charger for my conversion! Here are some pics! I already have my WOLO Dixie horn! (could not resist JC whitney had a deal going on) Anyway I hope to share pictures as the conversion goes along…

Hey, I'm glad to find this site. I've been a Dukes fan ever since the other kids in my neighborhood introduced me to it way back when, when I was too young to really catch everything that happened, even...but I sure knew I liked that car! I'm a bit of a crafter and just finished a Dukes project, so I'll be posting that over to the Hobbies section after I get the hang of this forum. Thanks to HossC and RogerDuke for the nice welcomes. I am Robert John Broadhurst II. Dukes fan since TNN 1996. I was 9 years old. Now I am 33. I will be a fan forever. One can not ever get bored with The Dukes of Hazzard. My other shows are Gilligan's Island and The Andy Griffith Show. Fan of those since age 3 1990. One can not ever get bored of the island or Mayberry either. Looking forward to chatting with y'all. Hello. I remember my babysitter got me into this show! This is probably an odd choice for a favorite show, but it was one of them with the Beaudry's (weren't there only two episodes) and I was wondering if someone could tell me which one it was and what box set it's on: The episode I like is not the one where the Beaudry's get trapped in their own trap. I think they were doing something to Daisy (the other episode.) All's I remember, the Beaudrys put up quite a fight. They weren't easily beaten like other bad guys were. Thanks for all your help.

Hi everybody, I'm Brad & I have been lurking around here for the last couple of days. After watching series 1 & 2 last week with my son who loves it by the way (teaching the new generation what real tv is). The deep deep south reference is I live that far south, I live 'down under'. I've been reading here on and off for years, and decided it was time to join up. I'm 42 years old and have been a fan at least since the age of 2. Have two boys 9 and 10 who are the biggest fans I've seen since I was their age. I guess it runs in the family. From the age of 2, the oldest understood that watching a police car land in the lake was the funniest thing on TV. The youngest thinks Rosco is the real hero of the show, and makes his brother be both Duke boys so he can chase him. I found this site awhile ago and finally signed in a few months ago and well life got in the way...My name is Dan and I've been a Dukes fan for many years. At one point I owned the whole series but they were all destroyed in a fire along with all my other possessions a couple of years ago...I managed to buy the first three seasons at Walmart, but moneys tight I hope to get the rest of the show at some point. Hey ya'll! Just wanted to introduce myself! I love Dukes of Hazzard and I used to live in Georgia in Kennesaw. I miss Georgia and love the southern feel and charm. I love Luke and Bo and never could really decide which I loved more. One day I love Luke more then the next day its Bo. I don't know if I'll ever make up my mind! One day I would love to meet John Schneider and Tom Wopat, but I am grounded in reality that it may never happen. Anyway, I'm glad to be here and love it already. I hope to get to know ya'll! Been awhile since I been on here, lot's have happened in my life, and now I am here again, thank goodness my account is still here.! I was peeved to the bone when I found out WB wanted to strip the General Lee from it's flag, like are they nuts??? Was glad to see the forum on the flag is staying, that was a relief !!! Last Year, May 3 2012, I got married, and for the friends I have made on here, you know how my life was kind a mess, but now I am happy, I am married and thrilled to be back on HN!!!!!

Hello, as the title says i am a German Expatriate who live in Dubai since 2006. I am a huge Dukes of Hazzard fan since my Childhood and the General Lee is my dream car since forever I am glad that i found this site, and i am sure it will be very helpful in finding or building a General Lee.

Just wanted to say Hello to the greatest fans in the world!! Hope I can get to know ya'll and contribute to the forums. I have LOVED the Dukes ever since I was 4 or 5. I was born in 79 so I missed the bulk of the shows during the original airdate's but thank god for re-runs! and later cable with more re-runs and now season DVD's:D Again I hope to get the pleasure of meeting Duke fans here and becoming a part of the HazzardNet family J.D.
