Dukes of Hazzard Movies

hey yall Mark Duke here,just saw the movie again and I ll might gonna see it again this weekend. The second time around it starts to grow on ya im tellin ya. I caught some lines i missed the 1st time like "no dont hit him hes aj foyt my fingers are sticky from eating this popsicle

I know it may be a stunter, but what's up with that wierd roundish number 0 on one of the pics? The only time I vaguely remember seeing that type of 01 was maybe on General Lee race-car for one of those electiric race tracks I had as a kid, but I can't recall for certain. Only thang I can figure is that the movie is using this type of font for long-distance shots of the General, and maybe this 01 somehow looks improved or something. Any comments?

I'm worried it's not going to make the money it should now.. opinions?

Just wanted to let everyone know that the Extreme Lee that was mentioned in a post back in November is being featured on TLC's RIDES this week, airing at 10:00 pm on Tues 1/25 with repeats at 1:00 am on the 26th and 3:00 pm on the 30th. From what I understand they will feature the building of the car on the show.

I heard that in the last season or two they started to use model cars instead of actually performing stunts. Does anybody know which season this started happening and does anybody know where I can see a clip? The idea sounds horrific, but I'd like to get a look anyway.

I just picked up the latest issue of Hot Rod because my 2 1/2 yr old son pointed out the General Lee on the cover. It has an article about the cars used in the movie.

Found this out on some other sites and did a post on this before.Seems they went back after they finished filming on this movie and did some re-shoots. I wonder what they had to ad to this film? I see thet have done the same thing on the new Pink Panther movie and I think they do it all the time on other movies.

Man O Man, I could kick myself in the ass for not carrying my camera 24/7. The crew at The Boar's Nest was the biggest yet. They busted some serious tail yesterday to finish up and all I can say is WOW. I came back through late and got some night shots. It gets dark around 5:00 over here so its the best I could come up with right now but I'm on my way out for more building shots. There were 2 jeeps there, 2 of Boss's cars and a BIG 18 wheeler which must have carried them there or was housing some LEE's. Let's say one day a movie came along for the Dukes, let's say 100x better than the two we already got. Now, let's say the only really major change they make is they decide to reduce the number of cousins by making someone siblings, like the Duke boys or one of the boys and Daisy. How would you react to a move like that?

I want to take our almost new 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 to a custom paint shop, and have it painted like the General. Dukes Movie:lampoon or honest attempt?

I just found out that the reason why the Dukes movie has been pushed back to August 5th. The reason is that Warner Brothers have made 2 car movies for this summer. The Dukes of Hazzard and a new Herbbie movie.. They have decided now to put out the Herbbie film first. Someone at Warners must have thought it was a better idea to do this.
